**Very satisfied with the hotel.** It is beautiful around the houses with nice lawns, bridges over the pool, and bushes with flowers. The pool isn't extremely warm, but definitely warm enough to make it tempting to swim to cool down after a few lazy hours on the sunbed or a workout in the hotel's gym. The youths have been there almost every day lifting weights. We've been lucky with the outdoor area of our bungalow. From the terrace, there's a nicely sheltered deck with a tree outside the sitting area. Someone has hung Christmas ornaments, and beautiful red flowers bloom on the tree. The only downside is the pigeons that are a bit too intrusive, so we have to keep the terrace door closed. There are mini-golf and tennis courts on the hotel grounds, and although we are really bad at tennis, we have played almost every day. The breakfast at the hotel is superb, with free cava every morning, a wide selection of coffee, pastries, and cold cuts, and you can sit both indoors and outdoors. We've mostly sat outside and had plenty of space. We have chatted a bit with the receptionist Sara. She talks to all the guests and seems to enjoy her job.

Perfect location, only 10 -15 minutes work from plenty of bars and restaurants (including Swinger clubs if that is your thing), yet very quiet at night when you want to sleep. Parking available nearby. Felt secure as only one entrance/exit which is ocked at night. Of course fire escapes are all round. Had a minor problem with aircon which was tended to within 10 minutes. One of the best (if not the best) place we have ever stayed out in Spain. Lovely pool, private patio area too. Satelite TV.

Reception only ever seem to have one person working on it, so sometimes it was a wait for service if the person in front of you has a lot to discuss.

Great location close to beach, shopping and transport to other areas. We had a 2 bed apartment for 4 people. Nice rooms. Nice pool with a good amount of sun beds. Facilities in the kitchen were good. Plenty of plates, glasses, bottle opener etc. Cleaners were friendly and came at least 5 times a week.

The rooms need a little bit of TLC. Small things scuff marks on walls, chipped floor tiles and the back door in the kitchen catching on the floor as you open it. The bar/food area was very limited food served between 12-3 only. Considering the number of guests this was a surprise. The pool itself could do with being de-leafed more regularly.

It’s quiet with beautifully maintained grounds. The location was perfect for me right in the heart of Playa del Ingles without feeling noisy or busy. Because the pool is so big, it was always easy to find somewhere peaceful to sit. Because the property is ground level and only surrounded by other ground level properties, the view above and around you is sky and palm trees and you’re never overlooked by tall apartment blocks. The staff on reception were friendly.

Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were a little tired looking. There were also a couple of spots of peeling paint in the living area.

The bungalows and facilities are loverly with everything clean and fresh. This was our second time staying and we would defiantly stay again. The pool is large and the grounds feel like an oasis in the middle of what can be a busy resort. The housekeeping staff work super hard and always do an amazing job. We don’t tend to use the bar but it does only take card payments.

The reception staff are rude and dismissive. We emailed the property 6 months before our arrival asking for 2 bungalows next to each other and we’re told they would try to accommodate this. When we arrived we were opposite sides of the property. When we asked why we weren’t next to each other we were told it was because the hotel was full. With 6 months notice you think they would be able to plan accordingly but reception staff were quite frankly rude about it and didn’t offer any apology. Multiple times on our trip when we approached reception to ask a question or book a taxi there was no staff on reception and we had to stand around for 5-10 mins before being brushed off. Not every hotel is perfect but this did make us question coming again to an otherwise perfect hotel.

We didn’t have the breakfast as we bought our own but it looked very good value! Everything was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful! It was a very well run accommodation with every member of staff working in a team to make our holiday perfect 🤩

Sunbeds around the pool were being saved with towels on them from 9am all day and then people not turning up until 5/6pm to sit on them. We thought this was unfair and selfish and this should have been stopped. It was not a problem for us as we sat all day by the pool on our sunbeds but some people with young children could not get beds when they came later or left to eat and then returned.

Felt luxurious for us. Pools lovely. Different depths. I could swim from one end to another and do lengths for exercise. Pools not completely joined u. The location of the property was in the centre of the resort (Playa del Inglés). The bungalow was spacious and air con was excellent. The patio area was very good with a table, chairs and sunbeds. The pool was large and clean. It wasn’t difficult to get a sunbed. Overall the complex felt relaxing. I would return again in future.

The furniture was quite aged. The birds in the trees around the pool area were noisy - can’t be helped. There were two resident cats which, whilst cute, wasn’t really appropriate for a holiday resort. Not enough to put me off returning.

Sara in the Bar was so lovely and helpful she is an amazing asset to the Cordial Biarritz. As a person who has restricted mobility these Bungalows were such a pleasure everything in the complex was so close. I would most definitely look forward to staying there again. Also the size of the 2 bed apartment was amazing easily the biggest I've ever found in the canary Islands.

There was a dark haired girl on the Breakfast bar a couple of the mornings during our stay and we all found her to be rude and unpleasant. There could be a better selection for breakfast but in saying that you could always find something. We actually stayed for 10 nights in total.

We had a very good stay with our family. The children loved the pool that was rinsed/cleaned every morning. Luckily our room had no problems (compeared with other family members) and everything worked perfect. The reception staff was very helpfull.

Breakfast was ok. Would be better if there was one extra staff. There was only ONE service staff to handle everything (set and clear the tables, clean dishes, fill the buffet etc.) That one person was running around and had no chance to both fill the buffet, clean everything and be service minded. Stressfull to watch and made the atmospher more stressfull than neaded.
