Location was about 10 min walk to the beach which has many bars, restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe , 10 min walk to the Yumbo Centre fantastic for 2 euro beer, happy hour for cocktails and sprits and drag shows on during the day, restaurants and mini golf there too. Accommodation beautiful everything you require, pool area plenty of sun loungers. We arrived late however there is a telephone number you can call and there give you a 4 digit code for gate access and into your room as access into your room is coded not keys. Supermarkets mins away from accommodation. Was a perfect holiday location.

The accommodation is a touch dated but it's very convenient in terms of having 2 bedrooms. It's also perfectly located with a short walk to the beach and right next to the best supermarket in Maspalomas: Supermercato Bolanos (great staff, good prices, well arranged store with everything you need). The beggar in front of the supermarket is also super well behaved and quietly sits there reading German novels! So back to Las Rosas, check in was simple and the staff were helpful. The highlight of this place is the pool which is of great size with plenty of sun loungers. On our last day we found the pool gates locked and when I asked the staff they said it would only be opened at 10. However a quick word with the site manager and it was unlocked. The rooms are cleaned, beds made and rubbish taken away roughly every other day which is fantastic. Please leave the hardworking cleaners a tip at the end of your stay. I would definitely return here. Great value for money and perfect location.

One night at 1.30 or so a.m. a couple of dirk-head young Germans decided to make a racket shouting and playing in the pool. They really need someone on site 24/7 so this doesn't happen. The vast majority of the fellow guests were lovely and behaved responsibly.

Room was big enough and the hotel was nice, small and calm. Heated pool was great temperature, loads of loungers and good location short walk to either the beachfront (lots of stairs) and the Yumbo centre. Very cheap supermarket just outside the hotel and a few bars and restaurants right outside as well if you don’t want to venture too far. Great shower pressure and hot water constant for three long showers. The best beds and pillows I’ve ever had on holiday.

WiFi was non existent, shower cubicle a bit tight.

2 bed apartment. Great for a longer stay. Really good size heated pool, plenty of sunbeds. No facilities on site but there are two very good supermarkets within a minute's walk. Any queries we had were dealt with attentively though don't expect the staff to speak English (we found Google translater useful)!

It is basic and some areas in apartment and communal need some work done on them. However, this was really good value for money and therefore you cannot expect this to be of a high standard so it is not really a dislike. Something important to consider. Our room had no aircon or fan and we turned up in an unexpected heat wave. So if you have issues with regulating your body heat, this is not the place for you.

The apartment is big and comfortable with 2 separate bedrooms. It is well equipped, perfectly located near beach and shopping centers and well maintained thanks to flexible cleaning personnel.

During our stay we encountered twice an issue with the code to the door not functioning properly. During both of those cases the reception personnel was absent physically (despite ongoing working hours) and difficult to contact using one of multiple emergency contacts. Luckily a non-english-speaking maintenance guy helped us out so that we didn't have to sleep outside. But those door locks should be improved, we had luck that the issue occurred during the day when we could get help! Additionally on some warmer days we could use the air-conditioning (although it's well indicated in the description that there's none).

Pool was great, not very crowded, since Nov the water was heated which was nice. Cleaning service was collecting trash and asking if we needed towels replaced everyday. Accessing via code was very conveninent.

Wi-Fi was very poor and had limitation to only 4 devices, which for a 4-ppl family with multiple devices is quite inconvenient. We were asked to keep the terrace closed for security reasons which was difficult to bear with during hot nights. A ventilator would be nice. Kitchen facility could have been better especially when it comes to the number of pots & pans.

Perfect location, and only 2 minutes from two supermarkets. Central for so many places. Room was cleaned several times, and with care, I appreciate it. Balcony had good sunshine in the afternoon. Good, comfortable beds.

Shower was partially broken, but this was a minor problem. Also the balcony door was difficult to open sometimes.

Las Rosas is a 3-star Aparthotel which provides 3-star accommodation at 3-star prices. The staff, particularly the manager, are friendly and very welcoming, making it a most enjoyable place to stay. The local supermarkets and restaurants are within very easy walking distance. I have felt very comfortable holidaying there for a number of years.

The forecourt area is in fairly urgent need of repair and will become, or already is, a cause for health and safety concern.

Walking distance to beach, restaurants and Yumbo Shopping Centre. Supermarket just outside the apartment. Good residential area. Swimming pool was also great! All appliances needed to cook at the apartment if needed.

Everything good. Apartment as per pictures, however deco and finishes looked a bit more aged than advertised pictures but still great value for money and stay was great.

Nice big apartment with lovely big balcony facing the sun! Great location for Yumbo, Cita and beach front, equidistant from each. The Sandia centre, with it's 2 supermarkets, bars and restaurants is right on the doorstep, literally less than 1 minute away. The pool area is lovely, perfect for those Gran Canaria days when the beach is too windy to really enjoy. Plenty of sun beds, lots of space and the pool was heated (Jan/Feb 2023). Very clean and well kept and sheltered from the wind. There are also good toilets with showers by the pool as well as cold showers around the pool. Firm but comfortable bed, no complaints there. the usual thing of 2 singles pushed together to make double (a very big double!), The apartment was well equipped; toaster, kettle, microwave, 2 ring electric cooker, large fridge/freezer, hair drier. The bathroom was a little tired and could really do with some shelving for toiletries but the shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. They also supply shower gel.

Not much room for improvement, but a refresh of the bathroom wouldn't go a miss, some shelving, certainly, but that didn't detract from the stay. And maybe some big tea mugs, you can't get a decent cuppa in those little ones ;-)
