One my bed was the best I ever had on holidays my mattress was 12 inches app and very comfortable also I thought the appointment was set out very well. It the first time I have stayed in an adult only hotel,but would recommend it and will look for adults only hotel in future the apartments is only a stone thrown from the beach,,, also I have to say the receptionist that email me to let me know that booking, con had been hacked,when I had a email to pay, and I sent a email to say I had all paid and got a email back to say it pay or I lose my booking and payment,,,and this payment will go straight to the hotel and the money will be back in your account in 15 minutes,, I sent a email saying it didn't make sense to me and I feel it a con, wouldn't pay tried to ring booking, con and could not get through,,but the receptionist in the Tagoror beach app sent email to me saying booking, con was hacked so well done to the receptionist, also the cleaning lady was very good 👍 thank you receptionist and clean lady 👍

Well it not anybody fault but it very hilly Every thing else was fine

-location was great halfway between the beach and the Yumbo centre. About 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff were very friendly and welcoming Housekeepers were also on hand to give extra towels etc should we need them Rooms basic but perfectly adequate for your stay. Beds were really comfortable with a good amount of storage. The kitchen area and bathroom were also decent with a good (extremely) hot shower. I would definitely book this place again

The pool area looks a little tired and could do with sprucing up, the loungers are uncomfortable and a bit worn

location location location guarded 24/7 staff on duty very polite and understood English language well. the very constant hot water supply was amazing.

single beds on the terrace there is a high extension on the external wall. this blocks the view when using the patio chairs and maybe it should be a glass petition so u can see the view. needs more kitchen utinsells like large carving knife 🔪 and scissors ✂️. needs more pillows available on the beds needs a non slip mat inside the shower bath to prevent slipping 🤧 injuries

5 days a week, apartment cleaning and change of towels Kitchen equipped with microwave, coffee filter machine with filters kettle, toaster and kitchen ware for 3 people. Very close to the beach, 2 minutes walk. Close to supermarkets as well

The furniture and bathroom are rather outdated, but to be fair they were perfectly functional so after the first day, we didn't notice them at all. All in all was a good flat for us.

The location is fantastic. The supermarket opposite is excellent and well stocked and priced. Reception staff was very helpful when needed information on the bus route to Las Palmas and even printed timetables for us. The pool area is in a great spot for sunbathing and is a good size.

The apartment could 100% benefit from a few more electrical outlets. The fridge was in one socket, and then there was only one other socket next to the cooker for toaster / kettle. Th only socket in sitting are was taken by the tv, we couldn't watch tv whilst, phone etc was charging and could only charge one phone at a time.

Clean nice apartment in a good location just a few minutes from the beach and main shopping and cafe area. The apartment itself was very comfortable for me - everything you need. All equipped kitchen except an oven. On the reception you can have a free towel for a beach or for the swimming pool which is on the 5th floor ( nice pool and you can sunbathing there) :) and forgot to say the mattress was really good - I was sleeping so nice during my stay there.

5* Location, with all your basic needs covered. Clean and tidy with helpful, friendly staff. Good value for money.

Sadly, the rooms are a little dated, but the most problematic by far is the really poor glazing. The apartment is on the main road into Playa del Ingles beach and from 6am (when shop/hotel deliveries start) its like they are walking through your bedroom (and we were on the 4th floor !!!) We understand they are aware of the issue and gradually upgrading the glazing, but it's so bad it's as if there are no windows in your room at all.

Staff were brilliant, room was exceptionally clean , only problem I had was there was a wall outside side of my appartment what was 6 floors high with crumbling rocks on it covered with netting , this scared me , asked to move rooms because of this , I asked if another room available they said all rooms full , so had a few sleepless nights

The room was very clean and well equipped. The standard of housekeeping throughout the week was very high. Kitchen has everything I needed and more, plenty of storage, a reasonable TV, comfortable beds and a large balcony.

The windows are quite old and both patio doors had broken locks which had been replaced by bolts. The soundproofing through the windows was very poor so trucks unloading woke me each morning around 0700, even with earplugs. If you are a light sleeper take good earplugs. Room in November was quite a comfortable temperature at night but you might miss air conditioning in the summer.
