I had a wonderful stay on my own. The apartment is in a great location. The cliff top promenade is just a very short walk. The Kasbah entertainment/shopping centre is just across the road with lots of bars, restaurants, shops and open air stage. There is quite a lot of noise that comes from there, especially at the weekend. Less than a 10 minute walk down a slope just next to the apartments, will take you to the main entrance to Maspalomas beach with many bars, restaurants and shops. The apartment reception team are friendly and helpful. There is frequent cleaning and towel changes. The beds are comfortable. I would describe the apartment as basic. There is lots of hot water and the shower was great. WiFi connection is brilliant too. The pool area is nice and was never busy when I stayed early April. I booked this apartment as the price was good compared to many others. I would stay again if the price remains competitive.

The settee/futon in the lounge is very uncomfortable and nothing else to sit on except plastic chairs.

The receptionists were friendly and helpful. I was allocated a room on the top floor (as requested). The local sandy beach was not steep and was not too crowded. The nearest supermarket was just across the road. There was rarely much wind on the balcony. The cleaning lady came late to my room which fitted in with my sleeping patterns. The Kasbah CC was quite close so only a short walk from the final bar of the night back to the apartment.

The weather was a bit disappointing, cloudy much of the time with rain on 4 of the 10 days I was there. Coming back from the beach you either had to climb quite a steep slope or a lot of steps. The light in the corridor outside my room never came on so it was dark trying to find the keyhole to open the door (the receptionist explained that it was a management decision to only use every other corridor light).

Excellent location. Maspalomas beach within 5 min walking with all restaurants and entertainment closely. Grocery shops and other restaurants the same close distance. One of the central bus stops for almost all main directions within 3 min. walk. Airport by bus within half an hour distance. Pleasant and kind staff. All basic necessary stuff was available. Towels changed and rooms were cleaned often. Very nice surprise was a sparkling wine with glasses for the New Year night😊

Kitchen cutlery supply was quite basic. Should be improved.

Clean, basic accommodation with warm welcome and attention from staff (thanks so much Adela!) who go out of their way to help. And well located. Apartments are full of light and are very warm on sunny days. Cleaning staff friendly and respectful of your space. A great little holiday home at reasonable prices.

Unfortunately the complex is close to much of the late night clubs in Playa and therefore loud music and lots of clubbers around until the early hours of the morning. Bring ear plugs!!!!

Location is perfect , staff are super friendly, Anna (Annia)from reception was very nice and helpful- explained to me all the details about where to go and explore the island. Ladies who clean the room every day - super friendly. Couldn’t ask for more . Money wise super value, nice rooms , kitchen with full equipment so u can cook or do your breakfast 🍳. Remaining staff from reception fantastic. Also the place offer chill out zone after check out , u can store your luggage, watch tv , or be by the pool and even have a shower 🚿 (after check in ) I know I felt like with a family . Loved it every minute and I will be back 👋🤗❤️

One thing I will change is the shower gel provided for a little bit better although I bought my own.

Beds were comfortable. Apartment clean. Towels and bedding changed during the week's stay. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff. Nearby choice of supermarkets and shopping centre. Close to beach. Near to airport bus stop and transport generally. At least 2 nearby markets on Wed and Sat. Free airport transfer to apartment. Excellent facilities after checkout while waiting to transfer to the airport transfer like toilet and HOT shower.

Airport transfer dropped us off 1 1/2 blocks away for no apparent reason. Not required for our February stay but no air conditioning for hot summer months. There was a floor fan though. Unusual layout with internal bedroom and bathroom.

My experience in the Strelitzias apartments during this Christmas period was excellent. In the beginning, they had offered me a room facing the pool, but I wasn't there to swim but to relax and prepare for an exam. I asked for a room off the passage. They offered me a room on the 4th floor. I chose these apartments because I saw on Google Map that they had a terrace facing south, therefore exposed to the sun all day. It was warm during the day and cool at night. Really excellent. The apartment was sufficiently large, about 30 square meters. It had a small kitchen with fridge, two electric hobs, microwave, a filter coffee maker (I recommend bringing a moka), water heater, toaster and was complete with pans, plates and cutlery. The table in the kitchen was small. Better to eat on the terrace. If it's too sunny you can ask for an umbrella. If something is missing, just ask the staff and they will provide it. The bathroom had a shower of approximately 70x70 cm and the hot water was always available. The lack of a bidet in the bathroom is a problem for Italians. You have to take another shower. There is a large living room, with a sofa and a coffee table, with a television in front. This isn't very logical because I think that we do not go to Canarie to watch television. I would say that the sofa and coffee table are useless, especially considering the microscopic dimensions of the kitchen table and the availability of a terrace. The Wi-Fi was good. They clean the apartment almost every day and change the towels often. There was no air conditioning but only a fan. I was there in the winter and definitely didn't need any cooling equipment. I don't know if there could be any problems in the summer. There are very few mosquitoes, but it is better to take precautions in the apartment because they can enter in the evening. There is a Dino market 50 meters away so it's easy to do your shopping.

I complained too late about the loud voice of the neighboring guest who spent hours on the phone on the terrace for the entire period of my stay (almost 20 days). It was very annoying. It was my fault that I didn't ask to move to another apartment right away.

This apartment is perfect. Location is right by the beach by a few minutes walk. The facilities are great for self catering accommodation. There are bars and restaurants nearby literally across the road. There is also a small supermarket opposite the apartment. Everything here was perfect and me and my family could not fault it. Most importantly, the staff are amazing here! They really went above and beyond for us. I left something behind during my holiday here and they were so kind to post it to Ireland for me. This is very much appreciated!

The staff are so friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for me. Beach a few minutes walk and the Yumbo for nightlife. Its my second time here and I will definitely return for short trips in future. Check out is 11am but there's a locked luggage storage area and shower facilities which was amazing because my flight wasn't until late so I got to explore and get some more good weather.

I would prefer adults only and a larger pool. But there's nothing bad to say about this place.

Really good location with wonderful staff. Both the apartment and the building were meticulously cleaned every day. The reception was really helpful and kind.

The kitchen equipment was a bit poor (e.g. no sharp knives) but it was enough to cook a basic meal. Also there is no designated parking space, only street parking but we always managed to find a spot.
