This is a great place to stay if you want a relaxing holiday, where you can have slow mornings having breakfast at the balcony looking at the swimming pool and then just walk to the beach in 5-10 mins. It is very well located: 2-3 mins from the bus stop, near a big supermarket and very close to the most famous beach. The apartment itself is like a real home, there is almost everything you may need for your stay. Washing machine is a big plus. There was even body milk that was very helpful for my sunburnts. The huge TV is really good to have some nice time when you’re back from the beach. Balcony is also really nice to spend time at. The apartment was super clean. The sheets smelled really nice. The communication with the staff was fast. At the time I booked, this place had the best price so I can say that it is really good value for money.

The only problem I had was the noise. I could hear all night long the sound of tv from the next apartment and also the ones walking wildly upstairs. The noisy guests are everywhere so there is nothing you can do about it, but if you are sensitive about noise, you should keep in mind that the apartment is not soundproof.

excellent location friendly staff kitchen good equipped, a salat bowl would be also good to add though bed was very comfortable very nice balcony ! ++ top internet speed, more than 200 Mbps downling (better than what I have at home..)

Huge smart tv! The apartment has everything that you need including nice balcony, nice swimming pool in the complex and great location! 3 minutes from really nice beach and a bit farther the dunes. and great value!

the check in was smove but this that you need to contact and you have code just for 20 minutes its anoying

The room was very big. Everything we needed was there.

No AC.. It would have been better with an AC, but it was ok without it as well.

The apartment is well located but that's it. Had a bad experience with the host who gave us a different apartment than we booked (NOT pool view as advertised) without informing in advance, host unresponsive and not kind. Not recommended.

No towels and no Air-conditioning. Noisy and hot place to stay. Moreover, we were reassigned to a different apartment than the one we booked (pool view) and got one looking to the back of the building where the water sewage of the building is. Not only the view was terrible but the constant sound of water dropping and the smell were very unpleasant. They didn't even care about informing us about the difference with the apartment we originally booked, we noticed it only when we got in. Asked about the change and they just said they had a repair in the other one and only this was available. Asked for towels and no response. The host is not the kind type of person you find everywhere in GC. The ad says free parking on-site with no reservation needed but they mean free street parking outside of the complex, which is difficult to find. They said parking is free anywhere, but is not. Last day we got a fine of 40eur we had to pay for not free parking. Not recommended at all!
