I particularly liked the layout of the property. The facilities poolside were first class, jacuzzi etc. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils also, wanted for nothing. It was fantastic that you could buy large water containers at reception at a very reasonable price. Most importantly the reception and cleaning staff were first class. The friendliest staff I have encountered in any of the many hotels my late wife and myself stayed as we travelled throughout Europe yearly. I would like to say a very special thank you to Rocco at reception who arranged to have me stay in my apartment until late that evening as my flight was not leaving until 9.15 pm, at no extra charge. Lovely obliging guy. All the staff are a great asset to Palm Beach Club. I will certainly stay at this hotel again should I be fortunate enough to return.

The only fault I found was the lack of non slip tiles in the bathrooms and poolside. However, this would not prevent me from returning to this lovely hotel with the most beautiful sea views from all appartments.

Tv channels only 2 were English I.e bbc and sky news Had to vacate apartment at 10 am and my flt was late evening no shower/changing room but reception were able to allocate a room after 12 which was ideal

The location next to the beach was excellent. The receptionists were very helpful arranging for me to move upstairs as I had requested when booking. I slept very well every night. The location was quite close to CC Kasbah.

I was unable to find out how to enter the building if I had arrived late. When I checked in the receptionist did not mention that the main lift access would be closed later or how to get in when the lift is closed. The lift from the reception level to the beach was unavailable throughout the holiday so the choice was a steep slope or about 60 steps down.

I feel horrible that I took this long to write this but we had a very busy 3-week European vacation and the Atlantic Beach Club was our first stop after Paris. I had read in previous reviews but I really can't articulate how kind Roque (I hope this is spelled correctly! Sounds like "Rocky") at the front reception desk is. Truly one of the nicest people we have met. All of the staff was very warm and friendly. The location can't be beat (end of the strip, no resort to your left). The photos don't do it justice, it is even nicer in person. I was worried that the name "Beach Club" would lead to a party atmosphere and that couldn't be farther from reality. It has a very calm and peaceful vibe and it was nice to hear the laughter of young children with their families. The location couldn't be better....restaurants and convenience stores directly outside, a short walk down the driveway to the beach, and a beachfront full of a variety of restaurants, tourist shops, rentals, etc. The beach is beautiful and so expansive it doesn't feel crowed. Water at the end of April was warmer than Vancouver Canada August! And no seaweed! Crystal clear.

In the room there are 2 single beds joined together to become a double bed, my back hurts a lot at night because there is a hole where the beds join.I suggest having something available to place on top of the mattress to avoid falling into this hole in the middle, the back pain the next day is big I made a reservation for apartments with 3 people in each, but the maid prepared the rooms to receive only 2 people, I had to go ask for towels and bed linen at reception because they didn't They had prepared the rooms for 3 people and yes for 2 people as standard.

The location was superb - waking up to the sound of the waves below was so special. Balcony (upper level) is definitely worth requesting. The room had everything you could need and there were a large number of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk if you needed to buy food etc. Reception staff and cleaning staff all really helpful and friendly. Great that you can buy 5 litre bottles of water at reception rather than have to carry them around town! We wanted a beach holiday with a hot tub and pool and that is exactly what we got. So happy. Not noisy at night and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We knew we were self catering but were told the pool bar served breakfast. So, we thought we would treat ourselves to a lovely breakfast by the pool each morning. However, the pool bar is poor value and lacking in choice. This was the only issue - we would have happily spent our money there every day if it had been different.

Fantastic staff at the front desk, always smiling and positive ! Cleaning service at the highest level. Cleaning the bathroom and changing towels several times a week. Location - very close to the beach and the promenade with restaurants. Spacious apartment equipped with everything we need to live. Kitchen clean and equipped with everything we need. The hotel has a super pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and beaches which is impressive. The hotel has restaurants by the pool. There are also restaurants in front of the hotel which is for +. One of them is La Costa Cocktail & Bar where Club House music is played daily - if you like this kind of music you will be satisfied ; deep bass until 2 am with a drink on the terrace.

1. No parking for guests. 2. Air conditioning : Lack of investment in cleaning and refreshing the air conditioning and air supply ducts to the suites. Upon entering the apartment, we were "hit" by a musty/fungal smell - after the season if you don't dehumidify the A/C in the car, it's the same smell. When I saw the air ducts and the air conditioning unit outside the apartment, I knew that it had not been refreshed for a long time. Despite buying 2 Ambi Pur air fresheners, which did nothing, after 1 day I turned off the air conditioning and then the smell disappeared. We opened the windows and there was a natural draft. I don't know if it's out of frugality, but I can't imagine if there were 40 degree temperatures like in Dubai ; then I wouldn't let go.

Excellent beach front apartment, with pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Pool bar wasn’t always open, but that may have been because it was quiet when we were there. Food/snack options limited, so we didn’t eat there and just bought some food at the supermarket to snack on during the day. Location superb, surrounded by shops and bars, with a bus stop close by, for trips along the coast or to the local water park.Staff very friendly - mainly dealt with Rocky (not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) who was very welcoming and helpful.

The views and location were beautiful, 2 minute walk to fantastic beach, all very clean, relaxed and fully equipped, everything you needed in apartment the jacuzzi with view and pool, we used every day even, after long days on trips! They let us stay in apartment all day, the day we were leaving as was not being occupied that night, we had a later flight so made for a really lovely last day chilling by the pool and of course jacuzzi!

Restaurant only had limited menus in German, the first day we had a coffee and was told it would be a little while as they were doing breakfast for clients? Which was fine! She was lovely and very apologetic but felt the lack of other languages and information on notice board outside coupled with this put us off using restaurant a bit, which was a shame! Maybe some more info/menus about restaurants in rooms in multiple languages would be good!

The location of the Hotel was ideal, with stunning views from the balcony. The apartment was incredibly clean and provided all the necessary touches to make the stay comfortable. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Free On-site laundry service available (booking required at reception). La Costa bar & restaurant was fabulous, with lovely views, great food and cheap drinks.

Whilst the kitchen is incredibly stocked well with utensils, Kitchenware and cutlery, there was no vegetable peeler.
