Didn't partake in breakfast Perfect location

Tv channels only 2 were English I.e bbc and sky news Had to vacate apartment at 10 am and my flt was late evening no shower/changing room but reception were able to allocate a room after 12 which was ideal

Fantastic staff at the front desk, always smiling and positive ! Cleaning service at the highest level. Cleaning the bathroom and changing towels several times a week. Location - very close to the beach and the promenade with restaurants. Spacious apartment equipped with everything we need to live. Kitchen clean and equipped with everything we need. The hotel has a super pool and jacuzzi overlooking the ocean and beaches which is impressive. The hotel has restaurants by the pool. There are also restaurants in front of the hotel which is for +. One of them is La Costa Cocktail & Bar where Club House music is played daily - if you like this kind of music you will be satisfied ; deep bass until 2 am with a drink on the terrace.

1. No parking for guests. 2. Air conditioning : Lack of investment in cleaning and refreshing the air conditioning and air supply ducts to the suites. Upon entering the apartment, we were "hit" by a musty/fungal smell - after the season if you don't dehumidify the A/C in the car, it's the same smell. When I saw the air ducts and the air conditioning unit outside the apartment, I knew that it had not been refreshed for a long time. Despite buying 2 Ambi Pur air fresheners, which did nothing, after 1 day I turned off the air conditioning and then the smell disappeared. We opened the windows and there was a natural draft. I don't know if it's out of frugality, but I can't imagine if there were 40 degree temperatures like in Dubai ; then I wouldn't let go.

The views and location were beautiful, 2 minute walk to fantastic beach, all very clean, relaxed and fully equipped, everything you needed in apartment the jacuzzi with view and pool, we used every day even, after long days on trips! They let us stay in apartment all day, the day we were leaving as was not being occupied that night, we had a later flight so made for a really lovely last day chilling by the pool and of course jacuzzi!

Restaurant only had limited menus in German, the first day we had a coffee and was told it would be a little while as they were doing breakfast for clients? Which was fine! She was lovely and very apologetic but felt the lack of other languages and information on notice board outside coupled with this put us off using restaurant a bit, which was a shame! Maybe some more info/menus about restaurants in rooms in multiple languages would be good!

The location was superb - waking up to the sound of the waves below was so special. Balcony (upper level) is definitely worth requesting. The room had everything you could need and there were a large number of supermarkets within a 5 minute walk if you needed to buy food etc. Reception staff and cleaning staff all really helpful and friendly. Great that you can buy 5 litre bottles of water at reception rather than have to carry them around town! We wanted a beach holiday with a hot tub and pool and that is exactly what we got. So happy. Not noisy at night and plenty of restaurants nearby.

We knew we were self catering but were told the pool bar served breakfast. So, we thought we would treat ourselves to a lovely breakfast by the pool each morning. However, the pool bar is poor value and lacking in choice. This was the only issue - we would have happily spent our money there every day if it had been different.

Excellent beach front apartment, with pool and jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Pool bar wasn’t always open, but that may have been because it was quiet when we were there. Food/snack options limited, so we didn’t eat there and just bought some food at the supermarket to snack on during the day. Location superb, surrounded by shops and bars, with a bus stop close by, for trips along the coast or to the local water park.Staff very friendly - mainly dealt with Rocky (not sure if this is the correct spelling of his name) who was very welcoming and helpful.

The Atlantic Beach Club is perfectly located on the edge of Playa del Ingles, with stunning views and direct access to the beach. It's a fantastic location for sunbathing, swimming and exploring the lively beach area, which is less than 200 meters away. Access to the beach is just a few steps or down the steep driveway if you are driving. There are two free parking spaces directly in front of the Atlantic Beach Club, but these cannot be reserved and are available on a first come, first served basis. The hotel has a large pool and a squeaky clean jacuzzi with ocean views, which is an outstanding feature and provides a relaxing retreat. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The pool bar and cafe is a convenient place to get breakfast and snacks. The staff at the Atlantic Beach Club is generally friendly and very helpful. Roque at the front desk is a rock star and really takes care of all your needs in a timely manner. There is also a public elevator nearby that connects directly to the upper part of Maspalomas, which is very convenient if you have mobility issues. There is also a great cocktail bar and delicious Italian restaurant just outside the hotel entrance. The Atlantic Beach Club is a great choice for those looking for a beachfront location, stunning views, direct access to the beach and friendly staff.

The decor could use a bit of an update in the rooms, the pool bar, and the lobby, but on the other hand, someone might actually like the holiday themed look and feel.

Perfect location for the beach,shops, restaurants, bars, bus stop. Stunning view, friendly helpful staff, immaculately clean everywhere and apartment very well equipped for self catering and very spacious . Air con was fantastic as was the power shower. Huge bottles of water available to buy at reception for good price save carrying back from supermarket . Launderette on site available to book too I don’t believe an extra charge either.

The on-site bar/ restaurant, we felt only catered for German/ Spanish clients, the menu and opening hours (which were sporadic) were only in German . We were the only English here at the time.

Good location, cleaned regularly and whole hotel was clean, everything we needed was provided (pool towels, hairdryer, kitchen utensils etc), staff were lovely - always said hello, very helpful, hotel was peaceful

Pool bar could have been better (lack of menus, we weren’t sure what we could order etc), not a lot of seating directly by the pool (most sun loungers are around the corner), rooms could do with a little bit of a refresh (painting, art on walls etc) but this didn’t bother us at all

Great location and spectacular views from our patio of the Atlantic Ocean and dunes. Plenty of restaurants and bars and shops within walking distance of our complex. The front desk staff were very helpful in organizing trips for us and taxies when needed. Would highly recommend the Atlantic Beach Club as you will not be disappointed.

The complex is a little tired and could do with a little makeover. Also make sure you let your taxi driver know to drop you off at the Chill Out Lounge level otherwise you will have a bit of a walk to get there through a shopping mall and not easy with bags.

Location was amazing close to the beach and bars. All the staff from reception to cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was great size, clean and with good kitchen. Really comfortable beds, including the sofa bed. Netflix and YouTube for younger kids/teens. Quiet and peaceful during Feb half term in the UK so no battle for sunbeds.

The reception area is in need of a bit of updating (the toilets however are lovely) which would only improve the first impression.
