Rooms were clean and well served. Location was excellent. Facilities were really good - variety of pools and sunbathing areas, including a nudist section for those who enjoyed nude sunbathing.

Customer facing staff were a bit non communicative, bordering on unfriendly. One other point is that although there was a tv in the room, there was only Spanish channels (understandably) and German channels. It would have been nice to have access to a couple of English speaking channels, even BBC World would have been good.

Great front line beach front location . Close to shops & bars . Very friendly staff. Room towels & sheets changed daily. Food is outstanding ! Great variety , Spanish flavours & very good quality. Free Cava at breakfast too. Pool is small. Bar is openair & away from the Hotel facing the sea. A steep walk up hill is the massive Yumbo shopping centre and bus stops to all areas including Airport.

Bedrooms very clean but basic & tired decor. No hotel lounge to relax. Evening entertainment takes place in the restaurant while you eat. However, the Hotel knows this and is about to have a total entire refit this year !

If you want to sleep, it is impossible. Loud music until late....

We liked everything. The staff is very friendly and will always help if you need help. Very close to the sea, literally 2 steps away, it is also convenient that there is a bar from the hotel and all the necessary places nearby: shops, cafes, bars, surfing club

There are two parking lots nearby, one paid, one free, but there are very few spaces in the free one, you have to stand in line to get a place and you never know how long it will take. But there is no parking in the hotel itself

The hotel’s location is excellent, right by the beach, close to the promenade and plenty of restaurants. Very friendly staff, good food. The rooms are very clean, cleaned daily. There is a large parking lot 100m from the hotel. I definitely recommend it.

The downside is the weak and noisy air conditioning.

Fantastic location right beside the beach. Really friendly and accommodating staff. Very clean _ apartmentscleaned to a high standardon a daily basis. Great choice of food.

Pools were small.

The staff were amazing. Bunch of helpful, smiling people. They gone an extra mile to make sure we are satisfied during our stay. Very good location, very clean hotel and great food.

The WiFi is only available at the reception but this helped us not to check our phones all the time and go to the reception area only when it's necessary.

Excellent hotel in Maspalomas. The location is the best and everything you need for a comfortable holiday is located in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.- good beach, shops, shopping centers, bars and restaurants. The hotel is not large but very compact with everything you need. To the hotel restaurant I give my 12 points - excellent.

Maybe a little weak sound insulation and relative street noise.

Excellent location, great staff that always provided us with all information, nice food, very nice X-mas gala dinner. Thanks for the chocolate we found as a present from hotel for Xmas, really very nice.
