Another fantastic stay at Fayna Apartments during Winter Pride! The location is simply perfect—just a short walk from Yumbo Centre and the beautiful Playa del Inglés. The room I requested was ready on arrival, and everything was spotless. The attention to detail and cleanliness never fails to impress. A huge thank you to the entire reception staff !!You guys always make us feel so welcome. Coming here almost feels like arriving home. This stay, I’d like to give a special shout-out to Ana, the new receptionist. Ana, you’re absolutely amazing! Your vibrant energy, kindness, and constant smile made each day brighter. You went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and cared for, and your positive spirit was truly contagious. You’re such a fantastic addition to the team, and we can’t wait to see you again on our next visit. Grateful for ALL OF YOU for creating such a warm and inviting atmosphere. Location, close to everythaing, relatively quiet.

Large group of young Spanish stayed for two nights about 22/23rd of June 2023. Very noisy during the night until about 3am with rubbish music playing. These ignorant people shouldn’t be allowed to spoil other guests sleep time. We don’t pay good money to have to put up with that racket. Security or reception should shut them up.

Location was good, close to La Sandia, Cita & Yumbo centres for restaurants, bars, cafe's & nightly entertainment. The pool, pool area & sunbeds were cleaned daily, a life guard was on site daily too PLUS they gave you a large towel to use around the pool area. Apartment was clean & tidy. A great shower. Cleaning staff were excellent. All the staff @ Apartmentos Fayna were very helpful.

On occasions the Wi-Fi would be slow and drop out... you needed to re-enter details. Egg cups not in the kitchen supply. No hair drier in the bathroom. Slightly noisy when people are opening the patio doors : wooden doors on rails. This particular room : The tap in the bathroom hitting the mirror glass when used. Toilet was very close to the wall and the toilet roll holder was next to your arm, bit of an awkward position to sit on the toilet, not in a natural position. All minor issues which I'm sure the small team of staff @ Apartmentos Fayna will rectify in due course.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious and the balcony had a great view. We were close to restaurants and free park spaces were available. The pool is big and clean and they also have other services like laundry and the fact they have a 24 hr reception is quiet helpfull. But the best if their personal, Nic and Ana were excellent host as well as Lucre our cleaning lady. Fayna is great value for money, we definitely recommend the place for the best stay in Playa del Ingles

Internet in our room was really unstable, and something which could be improved is a renovation of the rooms, although it is not a must would be a nice to have

Friendly and helpful staf. Clean room and very confortable bed. Nice new toilet and shower. AC that makes the room very cold quickly. All basic utensiles in the kitchen. The location is walking distance 5min from yumbo,beach, supermarket, restaurants. Nice and not overcrowded pool area. Recomended!

The rooms are newly renovated and some really small details look not finished yet. Some noise in working hours from the construction going on in the building but not a big problem at all. The price in my opinion should be like 15 - 20% lower for the category offered. These are really small details, I would anyways stay there again if I want to stay in that category.

The location was great, the size of the apartment was very good, the pool area was nice and spacious, the apartment wasn't noisy. The staff were very friendly. The trip was very good value for money and would happily consider staying there again in future.

The bathroom is pretty basic, although this was clear from the photos on their website. Rather than having a shower over a bath (which could not be used as a bath because there was no plug) I would suggest installing a stand-alone shower enclosure instead when they next renovate the apartments. Also, extra plug sockets in the bedroom and living areas would be useful

Great, quiet pool area, no activities or music. Decent kitchen with everything needed to cook dinner. 24h staff were always nice and helpful. Cleaning was ok.

I mentioned bringing my light mobility scooter in the booking, and was bid welcome. They failed to mention that the "accessible" entrance includes one high step of 20 cm and a doorstep of 5+ cm. I had to lift my scooter over every time i was going on our out. Also the ways down to the beach have stairs, so i had to make a 1,5km detour. Not recommended if you are not mobile! The elevator is also tiny, my scooter barely fit and i had to take a separate trip with my suitcase.

This was my 6th time staying at Fayna and I couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. This apartments are just a short walk from yumbo and the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Reception staff are always incredibly helpful, with a smile, and ready to assist with anything i needed. Unfortunately they couldn’t accommodate my room request this time due high occupancy but they truly enhanced the overall experience. The rooms are clean and cozy and have everything needed for a comfortable and stress free stay. The housekeeping staff does a wonderful job of keeping everything in pristine condition. Pool area is perfect for relaxing. It’s well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers. I highly recommend Fayna for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located apartments in playa del Inglés. Congratulations to all Fayna apartments staff for all your work, keep going See you all in November 😊

The staff were very helpful and friendly, It was in a great location and was nice and quiet.

The hotel is less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Yumbo, great if you want to go out there. We love walking, so we enjoyed the 15 ish minutes to the Dunes. There is a Dino's supermarket less than five minutes walking where you can go for groceries. The location for us was great. The room was more than we expected, the bed was BIG, king size! We would have loved AC on the room. The room is big, spacious, it had an exit to the pool which we didn't use by the way. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Nico in the reception always with positive vibes. I should bring people like him to France. Overall the hotel is very nice, I would definitely come back, I think is a bit expensive for what it is but I was satisfied with it.

At some point they might need to start considering the refurbishing of the toillets, they start looking a bit old. Other than that, I dont have anything else to provide feedback.
