Everything was great about this place, safety was key . Couldn't get in without key card . Staff great, friendly, cleaners were lovely, pool was a great size, no fighting for sun beds We asked for ground floor, which for us was great as was just a few steps from terrace to the pool Beach was a 5 minute walk, and was 10/15 Mon walk to Yumbo . Thought we would miss having a snack bar but tbh, it was great as no drunks were around pool, completely safe for kids, there was no shouting, swearing etc, just a nice peaceful, quiet place to relax (you can bring your own drink and food to pool side )

Really good stay here as always. Staff are lovely people and very friendly and everybody does a good job. It is one of the places that I make sure I go back to whenever I am on the island. Very handily situated for both the jumbo centre in one direction and the sea in another direction.

If you like a lot of space for your clothes you may be disappointed as there isn't much in the way of furniture as these apartments are quite small but they have everything in that you need for a pleasant day

This apartment was in an excellent location pool was nice and quiet and the staff were very friendly.

The beds were very comfortable another pillow would of been nice. Some wine glasses and bigger cups as the cups were very small.. A kettle instead of a coffee maker for those tea drinkers. Better knives and iron and an iron board in the room. It rained a few day's whilst we were there some English channel or even a smart TV so you can at least watch Netflix.. The Electric kept tripping off if you used the toaster, microwave and cooker which was a bit of a pain while in the middle of preparing food. These are just something that would of made our stay 10/10. Hopefully these slight issues would be taken on board and it's an easy fix.

The location is perfect everything was nearby. The swimingpool ,sunbath emazing I dont think they have kitchen or reataurant but there is no need for that because you can fix tasty breakfast in the kitchen of your apratatment. The guys in the reception were kind, and helpful thanks Aziz, Eduardo, and Geovanne

The Wifi was not good enough , it goes very slowly and somtimes interrupted, I hope they can fix it. It was a bit expensive rent Otherwise I was satisfied

The apartments are very conveniently located for the shopping/bar area of The Strand, the beach and the Yumbo Centre.All are just five minutes walk away.The apartments are an all in one kitchenette, bedroom and diner withe balcony, comfortable for two people with all mod cons and everything needed for a nice stay.Theres a supermarket 2 minutes away also.There is on street parking nearby in abundance at most times of the year (during carnival season it goes) There's plenty of places to eat and drink nearby in the centre of Playa.The dunes are ten minutes away.

The apartments are L shaped so half will have a sea view but no direct sunlight after mid-morning.the other half have more sun but no seaview from the balcony. The apartments are close to the RUI big hotel so there is noise from that and the vehicles that service it Likewise cleaners tend to stop by in the early mornings with attendant noises from cleaning vehicles.The sound of bottle banks being filled and emptied is regular and can be noisy from 7am onwards. At weekends expect street noise at night until the early hours and during carnival week you are right in it until 5am when all goes finally quiet so if you need your sleep, pack earplugs!

Loved the quiet pool and useful apartment which has everything you need. Everyone is nice and the location is perfect. You are within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and nightlife.

The Wifi connection could have been a bit better as sometimes it would drop but it wasn't a big issue and may have only been a problem for us as we stayed on the top floor.

After reservation was confirmed got email that say if you're arriving after 8pm you must take a taxi to get keys.... etc. I had a delay on my flight, was able to get there just after 8pm on a week day, because of email, had to rush and pay 46 euros for a taxi just to find out it's someone that stays until 11pm... could just take the bus and get there just few minutes after 8 and save 40euros. NOT GOOD.....

Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped, with fridge/freezer, microwave and utensils. Excellent shower with plenty of hot water. Clean towels every other day. Pool area was well maintained with comfortable sun beds. Reception staff were very helpful and allowed us to keep our room until 3pm on day of departure.

No toiletries provided and no drinks or snacks on site, though there was a good supermarket close by.

Apartment was clean and comfortable, pool looked clean. Location was great. WiFi included Easy access and location Best shower I've used in gran Canaria

Email from reception saying that if you arrive after 4pm you have to use their transfer only. If you arrive late and don't pre arrange transfer you I'll not be able to check in. Rooms are small but adequate

Fantastic value for money. Good location - short walk from shop and Yumbo centre and beaches. Apartment clean and in good condition. Nice pool. Friendly, helpful staff.

Multiple separate SSIDs for WiFi doesn't work well with randomised device MAC addresses - because each connection uses up a registration (3 provided by default but you can ask for more) That needs to be modernised to a single SSID for seamless roaming. Once connected it works pretty well.
