We have been to the hotel 4 times and always been unyk we found this time everybody was using jacuzzi even children when it supposed to be 18 so it took the shine off the holiday even people with grey hand bands were using all the facilities.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Unique experience was excellent.

We booked half board. Unique breakfast was a la carte( excellent) Dinner experience not so. Food was good but the buffet layout was a long line which created a queue. Found people where getting anxious and did not comfortable.

The hotel was in an ideal location so there was lots to do as well as having a lot of relaxing spots if you didn't want to do much. The spa was really wonderful and the staff were excellent. We had the unique club which gave access to certain areas which was definitely worth it for us.

The buffet was terrible but the hotel and unique option for breakfast was really great. And the location meant that there were loads of options right outside of the hotel. We had also paid for half board which included the buffet in the evening but we weren't going to eat there again so the hotel, with the help of booking.com amended our booking for us which shows excellent customer service.

Super clean and Unique experience worthwhile with vip lounge and breakfast. Very efficient service throughout and staff generally very friendly. Great evening entertainment provided. Great spa experience. Numerous pools to choice from. Lots of pool bars and snacks a plenty. Right on beach if desired. Dunes nearby.

Á la carte experience in La Toscana restaurant very efficient but this resulted in hurried albeit perfectly tasty meal. This spoilt the experience somewhat as first course and wine arrived before cocktails served. Not relaxing really unfortunately, but this was only minor gripe for whole week. Happily will return to hotel.

Pools and beautiful outdoor areas. Quality of rooms although would be nice to have soft furnishings such as rug etc. Customer service generally excellent apart from 2 members of staff that treated us like children when stating rules of the hotel. Location is excellent.

Liked everything although our least enjoyable aspect of unique club was the indoor lounge. It feels very cold, dark and uninviting. Food offerings limited and not appetising. Just didn’t feel like a treat or positive aspect of unique club. Maybe would be better to have a voucher for snack and drink to use by the unique pool so can enjoy the sunshine. Could benefit from facilities for baby’s and young children such as playground or safe splash pool. Some of the entertainment offerings were excellent such as violinists in early evening and acrobatic group. However some were very poor with one particular act that played 3 times within 7 days. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they were good but they were very average. These are just helpful suggestions to improve what is an amazing hotel.

Everything. The team at Lopesan Costa Meloneras were all very professional and always on hand to help. They went above expectation when I was not feeling well one day. They really looked after me. It was my first time staying at such an establishment in GC. I was soo pleased with everything I will definitely go back.

There was nothing not to like.
