What brings this place up is the people and the atmosphere. There were nice animations, all staff was super kind, the gardens are lovely. The animation team did a terrific horror house on Halloween night. We really appreciated that they changed the bungalow as we couldn’t stay in the initial one due to health concerns, and the complimentary water and drink. The food was average but with enough variety and healthy options.

The facilities are a bit basic or old. The first bungalow was too humid. You have to pay for some games like air hockey or billiard. Limited gym, no real spa, it was in the sister resort. Overall, a bit too expensive. As suggestions: a small renovation team could refresh one bungalow at a time with limited impact on the business; there is a need to renovate the gym and install a sauna next to it; the best food was the Canarian one, you should serve it more often.

Noise On last day, a brand new,very expensise fleece jacket & gloves were either STOLEN or removed to housekeeping but not located by our departure. We can't claim on insurance as police not notified . If now found please post to A G Harrowell, 12 Portland Grange, Upper High st., Taunton, TA13PZ, UK . I will pay for post & Insurance, PLEASE

Excellent resort. Great facilities for everyone including those with young children. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return in the future!

Nothing

Bungalows were kept very clean, cleaning staff were excellent. Food was very nice, always a good choice. Plenty of activities for children and adults. Animacion team were very good.

The night time entertainment on some nights was a little quiet. The children loved the shows, singing, dancing but were not interested by bingo night for example.

Everything is excellent. Very good hotel for family with children. The food, pool, room and staff are really good. I can not complain anything.

It would be perfect if there was a shuttle bus between airport and the hotel.

Great location, rooms, good buffet food, value for money

kids club was a joke, was not running on some days without anyone knowing. the hours offered very poor and staff not very friendly. swimming pools not heated, freezing by end of October.

Great location near the bus stop and a walk distance from the dunes.

The only place to have a good cafe was opened too late.

Food was delicious! They provided every day something different, we got even sushi and tacos . Like home made. Near by ocean. Near by city. Staff members very friendly! We rent a car from hotel. So you don't need to go and search for car rentals.

Perfect for family

This hotel is very good for families. Also the all inclusive food and drinks are of good quality. The entertainment is a big plus, with different shows every evening. Also the children have a Kids Club and Mini Disco. The pools are climatized and have 26-27 Celsius degrees wich is really good for swimming. The staff is very helpfull.
