I liked everything, the room, the pool, the beach, the bars, the food, the entertainment, the parking space for our rental car, the beach volleyball every day…

Hard to find something. It was only 4 Stars. I think if u want really fancy 5 Star food u need to book a 5 Star hotel ;) But i have already booked 5 Star hotels where the food was worse than in this 4 Star hotel. I think the main restaurant was the best but in the Italian restaurant there is room for improvement. E.g. the risotto in the main restaurant was great and far better than in the Italian restaurant. And i have seen better pouched eggs than the ones u have in the gourmet restaurant. But these are only very small things…

Hotel was very modern. Nice swimming pools. Can help yourself to beers, wines, soft drinks at different spots as well as being able to go to a manned bar and get cocktails etc. Good food choices, italian and asian themed buffet restaurants were delicious.. Lots of staff and all friendly. Different entertainment on every night. There's a sports bar that shows all major games.

Poor beer selection, only amstel or flavoured cruzcampo. There's a steak restaurant but there was no availability to dine there during our 4 night stay.

This has been probably the best All Inclusive stay I’ve ever had in my life. All was close to perfect: a hotel itself, a great choice of food, swimming pools, a super friendly staff, drinks at the bars. On top of it we enjoyed two big parties: the New Year eve and Friday neon one. We will come back!

If I really had to think about anything to be improved, that would be a quality of some evening performances: people who can not sing, should mot do that. 😁

Sun loungers uncomfortable Towels are totally worn out and need to be replaced by hotel I was disappointed that the hotel had no arrangement with local golf club as my son got a few months ago with a different hotel to get great value golf especially when RIU mentioned golf as a facility

All food and drink was good. Entertainment was good especially the Riu white party. The views from the infinity pool were lovely

Location was disappointing as I planned to swim in the sea but the neatest access to a beach was about 15 minutes walk. Our bedroom did not have a nice view. It was overlooking the restaurant

The breakfast buffet was really great, lots of choice. As was the lunch buffet. The Asian a la carte was really good too. The pool was great and the kids pool area was great. The music in bars were good especially the violinist and the guitarist in the purple bar. The beds were really comfy.

The shower seemed to scold you every 20 seconds with boiling hot water which was very annoying it happened every day and also happened in our friends room so presume it’s an issue over the whole resort. We were right above the main bar which was a little annoying with a child if we were in bed before 11pm but understand it’s a family hotel so most people could have children. Cocktails could be better and more freshly made.

Clean hotel and pools, great selection for each main meals. Super friendly staff, animation can be avoided if needed.

-People smoking at the pool even with kids around. -snacks between BF/Lunch and Lunch/dinner would need more variety -snacks at the evening bar only include peanuts -pools close to early (6:30pm), when the sunset is ca. 7:30pm.

Solid 4 star hotel, where you wanna go with kids . Everytime you want to complain about something you have to remind yourself that this is indeed 4 star hotel. Tip of trip- Good coffee can be found at sports bar!

The blankets should be better.

no sauna present while information on internet led me to believe that there was (welness). no duvets presents and only sheets and blankets. no late check out possible. no responses to questions asked via riu and booking.com app.
