We usually get a villa by the sea but it was time to try an All Inclusive… I was genuinely apprehensive but all my worries were unwarranted! The rooms, bed & showers were spacious, clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast and dinners were varied and tasty. The “al La carte” restaurants were different enough to be fun and and tasty. The hotel activities staff were fabulous and obviously worked very hard to put on several “pool” activities and entertaining evening shows! It was a 5 min walk to the shops/market and maybe 10 mins to the lovely Maspalomas dunes & beach. All in all a fabulous holiday, thanks!🙏

We rented a skippered boat with Aquasport vis the hotel for 3hrs. That was disappointing.

It was a very comfortable place to stay for five nights. I am a light sleeper and the beds, quietness and blackout curtains gave me an excellent night’s sleep. The A/C was a little cold for me and I had to keep adjusting the default setting but it was a small thing. The food was great and we tried all of the themed restaurants. Kulinarium was our favourite. The pools were lovely, if a little chilly at first! We enjoyed moving around each day. There is a quieter one tucked away beside the hotel which was probably our favourite. The whole place was like a botanical garden with so many palm trees and plants. The vibe of the place was very chilled with lots of older people and young families. We didn’t expect the evening entertainment to be so good but we thoroughly enjoyed all the evenings we spent at the main stage. Wonderful dancers and acrobatic displays! The staff were lovely and extremely hard working. I woke up early one morning and saw a cleaner washing the paths outside, from my balcony, while it was still dark! I would recommend this Hotel to anyone.

The shower in our room was a bit leaky but it was no big deal. Two of the themed restaurants we went to were buffet style, with much the same food as was at the main restaurant, which was not quite what we expected but it was a change of scene. The food was still very nice.

I liked everything, the room, the pool, the beach, the bars, the food, the entertainment, the parking space for our rental car, the beach volleyball every day…

Hard to find something. It was only 4 Stars. I think if u want really fancy 5 Star food u need to book a 5 Star hotel ;) But i have already booked 5 Star hotels where the food was worse than in this 4 Star hotel. I think the main restaurant was the best but in the Italian restaurant there is room for improvement. E.g. the risotto in the main restaurant was great and far better than in the Italian restaurant. And i have seen better pouched eggs than the ones u have in the gourmet restaurant. But these are only very small things…

Hotel was very modern. Nice swimming pools. Can help yourself to beers, wines, soft drinks at different spots as well as being able to go to a manned bar and get cocktails etc. Good food choices, italian and asian themed buffet restaurants were delicious.. Lots of staff and all friendly. Different entertainment on every night. There's a sports bar that shows all major games.

Poor beer selection, only amstel or flavoured cruzcampo. There's a steak restaurant but there was no availability to dine there during our 4 night stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Riu. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Black out curtains in the room and a comfortable bed. The buffet has a decent selection of foods and we really enjoyed the Japanese resturant the evening we booked on. Plenty of bars around the resort with quick service. We were allowed to continue to use the facilities after check out until our flight and there is a shower that can be used after check out.

The toilet in room 2015 is making noises, it need to be looked at.

This has been probably the best All Inclusive stay I’ve ever had in my life. All was close to perfect: a hotel itself, a great choice of food, swimming pools, a super friendly staff, drinks at the bars. On top of it we enjoyed two big parties: the New Year eve and Friday neon one. We will come back!

If I really had to think about anything to be improved, that would be a quality of some evening performances: people who can not sing, should mot do that. 😁

Sun loungers uncomfortable Towels are totally worn out and need to be replaced by hotel I was disappointed that the hotel had no arrangement with local golf club as my son got a few months ago with a different hotel to get great value golf especially when RIU mentioned golf as a facility

I travelled with 16 my son and he loved the activities and the gym at the hotel, great location and a very clean hotel, the steak house restaurant was our favourite

Breakfast was very hectic,and rooms could be a little noisy in the mornings but that’s to be expected from such a large hotel,

All food and drink was good. Entertainment was good especially the Riu white party. The views from the infinity pool were lovely

Location was disappointing as I planned to swim in the sea but the neatest access to a beach was about 15 minutes walk. Our bedroom did not have a nice view. It was overlooking the restaurant
