Loved the style of the hotel, loads of places to explore and discover, the whole vibe and amenities, food was delicious plenty and varied and all was complemented by the amazing professional and genuinely kind staff… would love to come back one day! Keep up the amazing work you are all doing!

Would’ve loved to see complementary filtered water dispenser on each floor or an alternative to this in the minibar. Water is one the things we shouldn’t worry about in hotel of this caliber. Same goes for the lunch and dinner service. As done in the case of the breakfast the water should be complementary in my opinion. Thank you for considering it!

One of the most amazing and defenitely most beautiful hotels I've been to. All the area was so well planned and stylish, staying true to the Jungle theme the whole hotel has. Also, the hotel area has nice long path you can enjoy and walk around even with a stroller. The dinner was nice with a lot of variety and changing each night. The service and the employees where super well trained and with the highest level of customer service. Always polite, always helping, always ready for pleasant small talk - truly a level of customer experience to learn from!

The rooms could be lit a bit better. Even with all the lights on, it was a bit dark in the room. The birds on the breakfast were annoying, yet I don't know what to do against them. I would highly suggest thinking some kind of system against the "sunbeds reservers". I mean, you can go for 30 min to grab a lunch, but many beds were reserved for hours with nobody present. Each pool had a pool guard, so he/she could leave a note/sign on the towels (eg parkingwatch), and if the person has not come back within a certain time, the towels should be collected and sunbeds freed - quite a common practice in some hotels.

Clean, lovely staff, lots of pools and sun beds, family room was large accommodated 2 adults 2 teenagers with plenty of room, reception staff accommodating when asked for extras in the room. Mini bar, hair dryer lovely complimentary items. - we did arrive too late for our complimentary drinks though! Breakfast choices were excellent.

POV - property was excellent some areas with signs of wear and tear but nothing to complain about. Not a lot to do in the immediate facility other than shop or dine out. Beach was in walking distance if that’s your thing and the local bus station was nearby. If you are bed and breakfast dining in the buffet restaurant was expensive for a family of 4 - would go full board if booking this hotel again.

The hotel itself is beautiful and spacious, with an elegant design that made it feel both welcoming and luxurious. One of the highlights was the waiters and maintenance tea, who were consistently attentive, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. The buffet was another standout feature. It offered a wide range of options, catering to different tastes and dietary needs, and everything I tried was fresh and well-prepared. I also appreciated the gym facilities, it's a decent size and equipped with high-quality machines.

The rooms are not soundproof, and we had a poor experience because of this. To make matters worse, the receptionist we initially dealt with was unhelpful and unprofessional. Thankfully, the situation was eventually resolved and we were moved to a different room. It’s also worth noting that parking is not included in the stay, even though the car park is owned by the same hotel group, which felt disappointing. The Wi-Fi is adequate for basic browsing, but it wasn’t password protected, which raised some concerns about security. The toiletries provided were quite basic, and there was no available drinking water in the room, and since the tap water isn't safe to drink, this was inconvenient.

Location was unbeatable, the staff are all friendly. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice, the way the hotel is themed is something out of a movie. It was my birthday also and the setup they did for the day was amazing however my mum did pay for this, it wasn’t a complimentary surprise.

I didn’t like the layout of the bathroom, sharing with my mum and having the toilet and shower separate made it a little annoying to get ready as the shower do was also frosted but you can see through it. The rooms are quite dark as well so not the best lighting for doing your makeup.

Lovely food. Really friendly, helpful and warm staff. Great family friendly place to be. Close to the beach and amenities. The attention to detail was great, the scale of the resort was amazing. My kids had a lovely time.

The rooms were noisy. You could hear doors slamming and parties happening from all sides which was challenging with a baby. Also, we wished the swimming pools were heated. The water was too cold for my kids so we ended up only using the pools once or twice in eight days.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is great for when you are up for a very relaxed holiday, whether it is a babymoon, holiday with small children or couples holiday. Very beautifully decorated and clean rooms.

The facilities were not optimal. We had to pay 5 euros to ask for a spoon in our room. There was only one toilet near the pool area (9 pools) - they were very clean though. Also the main bar next to the pool did not have many seats and it was sometimes a bit unclear who/what/where when ordering. Other Lopesan Resorts had a bit more entertainment in the evening, perhaps because this is a childfriendly resort. Not too much to do in the area around.

The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were excellent. Our room, a standard double, was very spacious and the bathroom was excellent. The African restaurant was excellent as were the breakfasts with a vast selection on offer.

The hotel is one big wind tunnel. Only the bedroom was an enclosed cosy space. The lounges / bars whilst beautifully decorated and furnished were always subject to drafts which, at this time of year, were a little cool in the evenings. Perhaps an adult only restaurant would be a good idea for those of us that have had kids and now want more peace and quiet.

Not much. Areas for improvement would be the pool bar food menu and speed and friendliness of staff. It would also be good to have an at sun lounger drinks delivery service via the app, as seen in other hotels, as some pool areas are quite an inconvenient distance to the nearest pool bar.
