Extremely well maintained. Lovely grounds and presentation. Staff were extremely kind and friendly and service was of high level. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms were a great size. Quality of food and drinks were at a very high level. The location for Christmas in the sun was fantastic for our family. A relaxing week away.

Although stated that all pools are heated they are still too cold to enjoy. It was very disappointing to also find the hot indoor jacuzzi was indeed not hot at all.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good. Swimming pools were very attractive, well managed and well maintained

The two fine dining restaurants were very disappointing. The food was not five star by any means. The menu was limited and pretentious. No vegetarian options and two out of 5 main courses in the Spanish restaurant were for 2 people only. Not a good experience. The room was basic level decor for a five star hotel. It was cold in the evenings, no heating had to request a heater. Very few English channels on tv in room, over 40 in German! English channels were all news. Should have Netflix available to log into.

Food as always excellent & fresh. Location is great & there are lovely shops & restaurants close by. Pools beautiful & plenty of loungers. This is our 5th visit to this property as a multi generation family. The garden bungalows (ground floor) are excellent for those with limited mobility.

Would be nice to have uht milk in room and proper tea spoons. Never enough creamer sachets. Very minor issues!

Food was excellent and all prepared in front of you. Staff treated us like long lost friends

The buffet was permanently crowded, even though we were not in high season. It is a big hotel with many guests but it might be useful for management to explore otter ways to provide a better access to the buffet, in particular for a five star hotel.

The food for breakfast and dinner was great quality and there was a lot of variety to meet everyones tastes. The staff are exceptional, and are incredibly friendly particularly with the children. They also speak numerous languages, and clearly really enjoy working at the hotel. The hotel is very clean and has a palatial feel to it.

They only offer half board, so it can become very expensive very quickly. There is no visibility of your bill until the end either, so my recommendation would be to go to the front desk each day and ask for an update. It is primarily aimed at adults, so whilst there are no signs or official no no's, inflatables and noisy children in two of the pools are frowned upon. There is however a great kids pool and the kids club is there, and we based ourselves there with our 7 and 2 year old.

Gym was a little small and could do with some updated treadmills. Food at the buffet was ok. Could be more flavourful- but hard to cater for mass dining

Mainly the food. It is definitely not five stars. The main, buffet restaurant, is OK, but it's not five star food. This is a very big hotel and I realize the logistics involved, and spain is what it is when it comes to food, it will improve with time I'm sure. With good food I would happily paid more for my stay. The "fusion" restaurant is a catastrophe. The spanish restaurant is OK, especially the location. Wine list is the same all over the hotel and it is not what you would expect if you label yourself with five stars.

Choice and quality of food as excellent as was variety of eating areas in breakfast restaurant. Great staff!

The buffet breakfast was very good and plenty of choice from fresh fruit, bread and cooked meals. There was a good variety to choose from and the staff were really helpful.

There was nothing that disappointed us and we liked everything that was on offer the only thing I would say that some people seemed to try to reserve sun beds by the pool and towels were left alone on loungers but no one seemed to police this element as it was stated in the property that this was not allowed and towels were not removed.
