One of the best places we have stayed. We will definitely be back. My wife and I were amazed at how excellent the reception was when we arrived, and how quickly our messages were answered. The bungalow is perfect, everything is new and there is no mess at night. We really liked it because we wanted a place to rest. The place is 1.7 km from Maspalomas beach, which is very beautiful. We chose to rent a car in the city for more comfort, but if you prefer, there are plenty of taxis too. Many thanks to Mr. Vincenzo Frasca.

I just liked everything.

The apartment was spotless clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment had excellent air conditioning. There was a beautiful pool area which was very quiet and relaxing. There was no breakfast available at the property, which was not a problem for me because I had a bike and cycled to different locations for breakfast each day.

The area was very quiet with very few bars and restaurants within walking from the apartment. Again this was not a problem for me because there was a Taxi rank beside the apartment and you could go to most places for €8 or less.

Spotlessly clean and well supplied with linen and kitchen equipment. Location was perfect and plenty of parking outside.

Not a major thing but there were no instructions for anything - where to put the bins or how to work the 3 remote controls for the TV. The house next door was being renovated while we were there. While he was doing his best there was a lot of noise - a heads up would have been helpful.

The place was so cute and fetch we loved it, the place was so tidy and cute and everything was perfect. The location was excellent for a taxi ride to Yumbo. Even though we were the neighbours from hell the neighbours were so nice despite us being chaotic

The property has no negatives, but maybe a bottle opener would’ve been good
