The pool was good and spotless, bungalows are comfortable. Greenery all around. Area is away from noise and bustle of the resort. There is a basic gym, sufficient for a lazy holiday. TV with channels in different languages.

Double bed is small, but comfy enough. Breakfast time is too short 8.00 to 10.00. It may be ok for the seniors, not for below 50. At least on week-end it could have been till 11.00. Almost the same choice every day. Quality 7/10. Coffe better than expected in such establishments.

We had all inclusive. Spacious bungalow and variety of drinks and food. They always have something you like. Gym got what you need. Always sunbeds available. You have your own space in front of your bungalow with chairs, sunbeds and a table as well. In the room you have towels, a soap, hairdryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, AC and small fridge. TV has Netflix. And the rooms are very clean. Can always get something to drink during the day at the poolbar. We will be coming back if it’s available

Didn’t matter to us but wifi is so slow it’s almost like no wifi. Loud between the rooms. No pool/beach towel, you can pay deposit of 10euro and get 9 back at the end of the stay. Have to pay 1 euro to change it and needs to be paid in cash.

Breakfast was very good and lots of choice. Staff and service was were excellent. Grounds very clean and well maintained. Everything on one level, except for gym. But who goes on holiday to use the gym? Sunbeds were always available, at all times of the day. There is no smoking or vaping by the pool, which was great.

Could have more public toilets in the restaurant area. There are very few bars / restaurants within a reasonable distance of hotel. We knew this in advance, so be aware .

I love that Canary Garden is a little further out , yet only minutes from the lighthouse or playa d’ingles by taxi and they offer a free bus to Melonaros. The apartments are spotless and all the staff and incredible . The choice of meals throughout the day are varied and can’t be faulted. This was our 4th time staying at Canary Gardens and it did not disappoint. In fact it was my husbands birthday whilst we were there and we received a lovely bottle of Cava to celebrate .

Nothing throughly enjoyed our stay.

Overall was a good stay. Good food, excellent hard working staff!!!Nice pool but too cold. Beautiful place and one more time ! Hats of for the staff - you were brilliant 👏

Entertainment very limited except couple of artist that was great and dint finish after 40 min. Cold pool. All services finishing at 11 pm. No option to buy a drink. No smoking through whole area ( first ever stay that I needed to go outside of hotel grounds to have a cigarette) Beds are awkward to get out/in as one person have wall next to. No replacement of coffee and water.

Breakfast and Lunch at the pool was amazing. The food was very nice in the main buffet restaurant. The hotel was absolutely spotless clean and the staff were so helpful and friendly.

The only two little negatives I would say are: - the showers in the bungalows are fast and powerful which is great but the water runs cold after a few minutes of using them - it would be great to have the dinner time a little later - perhaps 6pm until 9pm as opposed to 6-8.30pm. If you arrived a little later for dinner around 7.30/8pm there was not much replenished at that time, but having said that the food was lovely. A little more pizza and pasta choice would top it off.

I like everything great please to relax it’s so clean quiet food was very good always fresh everything bungalow is great stuff very nice transport to the beach is great entertainment every evening If you need peace and full relaxation it’s for you just relax and enjoy beautiful nature a lot of palm trees green grass and beautiful tropical trees nice relaxing area with great sofas and huge bads for sunbathing and birds singing all the time strongly recommend to people who need full relaxation definitely not 3 star definitely 4 thanks guys for everything we really enjoyed our stay

The food is excellent and extremely varied. Incredibly clean and calm all over. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The gym is good. The nightly entertainment was an enjoyable diverson. Wifi and TV and aircon all worked well. The pool is lovely. Excellent value for money.

Having to leave

The bungalows are equipped with everything you need and are very clean. The beds are normal/medium soft, so suitable for everyone and with mattress protectors for hygiene. It is quiet, everything is clean and seems like an oasis compared to the dry island. The staff are very nice and helpful. The pool area is very well maintained, smoking is fortunately not allowed inside the complex. There is plenty of choice at the buffet. There is a free and fast bus to the beach, although you can also walk the distance comfortably and without much luggage. About 25 minutes. There are a few restaurants within walking distance and a mini market across the road.

On some evenings, loud dance music for about 2 hours.

Excellent breakfast, plenty of choice, fresh omlette's or pancakes available every morning. Plenty of fresh fruit, yogurts etc. Bread and pastries, cheeses and cold meats. I am gluten free and gluten free bread was available to me.
