Nice neighborhood, shops and buses nearby, friendly staff, tidy and clean appartments, comfy beds, cleaning service, great patio pool.

Appartments are not sound proof, so sometimes you can hear the neighbors, as if they were inside your appartment. The kitchenette is really small and basic, but perfect for making breakfast. There aren't too many sockets.

We’ve stayed here before but last time in the all inclusive part, this isn’t all inclusive (although you can pay extra if you wish to go in the all inclusive) and we found it much quieter, which is what we wanted. Our apartment was on the ground floor and lead on to a private patio which had a table and chairs, and then on to the poolside area where there were sun loungers to lie on. So certainly everything you need if you like relaxing by the pool. The apartments are very well maintained and are serviced five days per week. They are perfectly located for the local mini supermarket, fast food takeaway and the Holiday World centre. There’s a taxi rank right outside the main entrance and it’s a two minute walk for the free bus that operates daily to Maspalomas, and a five minute walk for all other buses that’ll take you all over the island

As an adult married couple we’re used to a double bed, here we had two singles which were pushed together but with the slightest movement would push apart so you could find yourself falling out of bed and getting squashed in between the two beds, so not very good. There’s no actual oven in the property which of course we’re used to at home, and with the rise in the use of air fryers this would be an excellent addition for the kitchens and of course would instantly broaden the horizons in what you could cook. A barbecue we enjoy too but there’s no facility for this either. We stayed for three weeks so it would’ve made all the difference to have a bit more versatility in cooking means.

Nice location, excellent staff, very clean, quiet and comfortable. We've been at Koala more than 5 times. We really like there. Nice neighbourhood, easy access to many places. 30min walking to Meloneras beach. We love exercise, so its a perfect place.

They don't keep request rooms. I've booked a self kettering flat and requested 1st floor ( flat on top) but all was taken when I've arrived and they move us to one flat on ground floor. At least they had charged less.

Spacious, fully equipped apartment with central AC, stovetop, microwave and mini fridge. Staff is top notch, very friendly and attentive.

Wi Fi malfunctioned. Bathroom needed a little TLC, mainly the shower area.

5 mins from the center (by car), quiet neighborhood, nice apartment with big terrace, well equipped kitchen, nice bathtub, comfy beds.

Some shadow on the terrace would have been nice.

We got twin beds and the cleaning is not the best! The floor could be cleaned better

omg, the pool was amazing, warm enough to swim and if you take a ground floor flat you can just step out of your door in the garden to the pool, it’s so lovely. bathroom was nice, and kitchen and little living room as well, got a vault for free as well, I like the location cause it’s a bit further from everything which was more peaceful. little spar supermarket around the corner for groceries. super friendly cleaning staff, very clean..

for me the mattress was too hard and uncomfortable but I have a pain condition , I asked the property upfront and didn’t get the right answer to this and had to wait a long time for it :( I wish booking.com had a mattress selection. I was lucky to be able to take the softer mattress of the sofa on the bed so it was less painful to sleep. it would be nice if hotels would take questions related to mattresses a bit more serious.. the flats are also a bit noisy so depends on your neighbors. I was lucky to only have one night of drunk people entering, waking me up. the other days were smooth. the pressure on the hot water in the shower is very low. but for me the pool and view just made up for all of it.

Friendly, accommodating staff and all areas of the complex were very clean.
