The property was very clean & the staff were excellent and efficient whenever you needed anything.

Parts of the bungalows needed a little TLC, a few tiles were cracked, the pool didn’t feel heated as advertised etc.

Nice bungalows. About €8 for the taxi to the beach, but there was also a free bus (we never used). Beautiful beach. Aquarium in Las Palmas worth visiting, about 1 hour on a bus journey. There are loundry facilities on site in the resort for €4. Taxi from airport about 30 minutes €50. Would recommend the hotel. Friendly staff. Kids club from 11am to 11:45 where kids do arts and crafts and are minded. Other activities throughout the day. Miss it already. 😀 The bed upstairs in the bedroom was very comfortable, the couch downstairs not so much. Kettle in the room. Air conditioning was quiet, which was great.

Hard to find a parking space, so we didn't bother renting a car.

Lovely breakfast every day with a great selection of choices. The pool was huge and lovely to look at - shame that it was freezing cold to get into!! 🥶

The AC in our apartment was next to useless - it really didn’t cool the room down and the temperature was fixed so we weren’t able to lower it. As mentioned above, the water in the oool was really cold. Limited parking facilities and we often struggled to find a parking space for our rental car if we had gone out for the evening.

The vibe round the pool was great. Lovely pool and feel. Animacion was great! Music and games good. Shop on site was so good and reasonable prices. Rooms were okay but a little dated. Although a couple of negatives. I would definitely recommend and would go back in a heartbeat.

The food was plentiful in choice but some of the quality wasn't the best and the restaurant felt a little like a canteen because it has no windows and acoustics are loud. Sunbeds were okay but some are starting to fall apart.

What an amazing place. It has everything you need for a great holiday. The staff are working hard all day to keep the place and pool clean and today. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is standard all inclusive fare, but is of really good quality. The entertainment in the evenings is a bit lacking, but that is not the fault of the hotel. The daytime entertainment programme is one of the best I have experienced and the kids loved it.

We absolutely loved our stay for the second year in a row. The staff are outstanding, in particular Fran who goes out of his way to make every person feel very welcome. It is the attention to detail in this place. Beautiful surroundings and had a great week.

Minor thing was there was not many rooms booked so the menu was a bit limited, but even then the chefs prepared us a la carte meals from what they had.

the pool was in good condition and the water was clean and good temperature. Breakfast and dinner were good. Rooms were nice. Staff was extra friendly and attentive. I must give a special mention to Fran from the bar for being super helpful.

Good meals with variety, clean & spacious bungalow, personnel was friendly and helpful.

Even though there were certain rules about the pool, like not occupying the sunbeds before a certain time, these were "booked" from people by placing their towels several hours before they actually showed up or they would leave for 3h and come back then. Moreover even though balls were not allowed around the pool, no one said anything to the kids playing with them.

the location is always great! the food is amazing and the staff are just exceptional. the pool is just great as well

the lock on the door sometimes stuck but once we managed to know how to lock it properly it was fine.
