This hotel is a gem right next to the yumbo. I arrived early and was able to check in early as room was ready. Supermarket right next door. Rainfall shower was hot. Air conditioning was useful at night, and balcony is a sun trap overlooking the pool. Pool area was clean and plentiful sun beds. I didn’t try the breakfast as went to the yumbo (Mardi Gras and Buddies do great breakfasts) There is a bit of noise from the yumbo at night but it didn’t bother me, I quite like listening to it on the balcony when returning from a night out. I couldn’t hear it with the balcony door closed. On checkout I was offered to store my luggage, and was given bus details to the airport. I’ve been here a few times already, and will definitely return.

Good location next to Yumbo centre full of shops and resteraunts and night life. short walk to bus stop for all bus connections over whole island . very nice and helpful staff , apartment had all cooking facilities big rooms and balcony overlooking a lovely swimming pool and surroundings. Adults only so no children running around , Mixed clientele , LGBT friendly great for people watching . Supermarket with everything needed next door to hotel entrance . Good value for money at £100 per night .

Its a hotel from the 1980's a bit dated but clean and practical . Pillows are like round logs and very uncomfortable. No ventilation in bedroom or bathroom.

Very convenient for the Yumbo centre. Reception and domestic staff were generally wonderful. Room did everything I needed it to, and even had a kettle (I'm British)!

Staff were incredibly helpful for the most part, couldn't do enough for you. However, one staff member is very militant about making sure only guests visit the pool area, that was needlessly like being interrogated. Could have at least asked politely, rather than acting like I'd wandered in off the street and needed chucking out as roughly as possible. View is of the Yumbo centre - form your own opinion, but not my idea of pretty. Some of the other guests were very creepy and behaved inappropriately, but this isn't the hotel's fault.

Spacious, friendly staff, rooms were cleaned every day to a high standard. Location was great - very central.

Pillows weren't the best and there was only 1 each. There was no iron on site or tea or coffee in the room.

daily cleaning as needed, as well as changing towels , that is very good. The location is perfect for everyone who comes and wants to be close to Jumbo. So they won't hate you if you need to change your clothes several times, for dinner, for a drink in one of the cafes, and of course afterwards if you go to the clubs you need a slightly different outfit.Maintenance was also good in the circle by the pool, I think it's high time to change the sunbeds in the nudist area.If you have guests, no one will cause you problems or take up your time.

Everything was the same as the previous few times, so if the guest came to be on vacation and not to make requests to the hotel staff, he will be fine.It was nice for me and that's why I'm coming back, and I'll be there again in May. Of course, everyone would like the pool to be even bigger, the bathrooms to be new, the hotel to have a garden with a cruising area, but....

The room was much bigger than anticipated. It was also great having a separate lounge/tv area away from the sleeping area. The balcony was big enough for us to enjoy the view, it was well equipped with aircon, coffee machine and a nice bathroom. The cleaning service was also great, and the staff generally very helpful.

The minibar wasn't cold enough - some of the food we bought went bad quite quickly. Also it would have been nice to be able to use the safe without having to pay extra (it's already in the room, why charge more?). Instead of a double bed, we had two single beds pushed together which is not comfortable for a couple (unless you hate each other and don't want to cuddle).

Very nice sized room, bathroom recently repainted. Receptionists, chambermaids and cleaning service were extra professional and helpful. Very convenient for Yumbo and Av. Tirajana. Main Playa del Ingles beach a 15/20 minute walk down hill of Av. 8 de Marzo

No tea/coffee facilities in room. Nice pool area with responsive bar staff, but they could perhaps change up the same songs played every day. Noisy at night, but this is to be expected opposite Yumbo.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The service around the pool could’ve been better. I find it. The staff just stand around all day on their phones where they could go around to each of the residents and ask.

The property is quite old and needs a bit of work for an adults only and prominently gay hotel. The naked area is dismal. They should have a water pool there or a plunge pool even it’s like you are ostracised if you wanted to be naked sunbaking.

Helpful reception staff and room cleaning was first class. Comfortable bed, powerful shower and toiletries restocked daily. Good location but on a lower floor so not a very nice view from my balcony. Loads of space in my suite but pictures an wall etc. Nice cafes in the road outside serving nice coffee and breakfast.

Food at poolside was poor, had to ask for kettle, should have asked for cups and spoons etc. Had asked for a higher floor room but was on the first floor - perhaps i should have asked at reception. Storage in room was very poor. the only shelf to put boxers, socks, t shirts etc on was also the lid for the cupboard containing the room safe ( 2.5eu per day) and that needed to be held open to get to the safe. It was a bit weird to just have one sheet to sleep under - but it was warm despite being December. Didn't like the dark coloured wall and ceiling or the bathroom tiles that had also been painted with the same colour. Some of the areas around the pool looked very neglected
