10 stars for the exceptional value for money. The site is well maintained and a lot of the bungalows have secluded gardens. The bungalow has kitchenette with microwave kettle and fridge and is cleaned daily by housekeeping. The gardens around the 4 pool areas are well maintained and the whole site is quiet and peaceful. There is small shop and cafe on site. The site is only about 10 minutes walk from Yumbo centre.

Nothing to dislike but be aware that there is no air-con and wifi is additional charge - but this was no issue for me and I was aware of this when booking.

Reception gentleman helpful and friendly- had stayed last year so knew about the place etc. Quiet outside the school holidays and after a pride event- close to Yumbo- supermarket on site and across the road- café/restaurant on site. Pool bar was good and reasonably priced. Many bungalows- this time i was in a quiet area which was good- patio outside with table and chairs and sunbeds if needed.

Unfortunately either side of my bungalow there were two private owned bungalows and they were used by heavy smokers. I am not a smoker and found the smoke drifted into my bungalow if door was left open. (which I needed to do as there was no air com).

Not sure why they have such low ratings, the bungalows are clean and have all the necessities for a short stay. It was serviced every day, which for a short self cater stay is absolutely amazing! The place was quiet, beds not the most comfortable but still a great place to stay. Outside area of the bungalows with outdoor sink and shower, table and chairs all covered by a wall to ensure privacy. In the area there’s a bar, a restaurant and a supermarket. Location perfect for the beach and all nearby amenities. Just a 5 min walk to Yumbo, with all the bars and restaurants possible. Another great feature was the parking, which was inside a gate and always available for customers. Price was absolutely fantastic during the season and would definitely stay again.

Close to all the bars and restaurants but complex is lovely and quiet. It's nice having your own little bungalow and garden.

When we got there we were told the main pool wasn't open as they were re painting it and pool bar was closed,there were 3 other pools but I think booking.com should have informed us that main pool and bar area was off limits for the whole of the duration we was there as I probably would have looked at alternatives.

Staff and location is hard to beat. Each individual bungalow varies in terms of when last renovated but basically the same. They are a little basic and perhaps tired. But cracking value. With 4 pools. Even on busy days the place never seems overwhelmed

During our stay there are several units undergoing rebuilding and some days could be very noisy with builders tools ( I assume this is only temporary)

I have stayed at Los Arcos many times. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Lots of free parking on hand if you have a car. Most units have sizable gardens with real grass and sunbeds. You never get this freedom in a hotel setting unless you pay silly money. And four separate swimming pools. Come on what's not to like ? Los Arcos is booked ( sometimes full) for many months of the year. Logic says they must be doing something right !!!

The individual units can vary a little in quality and can be pot luck. But they offer exceptional value for money and this more than compensates for any little irritations

***For the cost*** great value. It was Very Basic with a nice kitchen area, living area & bedroom With nice garden area outside. Was cleaned daily Staff great Shop on site Pool on site Great for sunbathing Mainly adults wih a few more familes on the weekend

You have to pay for wifi No iron ( but am sure if you ask they will have one)

The place was lovely all facilities very clean restaurant there breakfast was great and tasty home made chips as well very nice 4 swimming pools there and the staff were lovely

I could not say anything bad about the place the whole experience was excellent went 2 the main city Las Palmas and visited some nice places

Location was perfect for all local landmarks - upkeep of the facilities including pools and grass/ flowers was exceptional

Maybe our own error but only one set of keys so as friends we found it difficult to plan our evenings out without the other being unable to get back in through the main gates.

Absolutely brilliant but no less than we have got every time we have stayed there. All managers and staff are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble We have been there for several weeks due to a family emergency. Everything was made as easy as possible. We would give this accommodation and staff 10 out of 10.
