I'd like to find a place with no restrictions time for the pool and 1 hour more for the spa will be paradise 😊

The location is very good for accessing the centre and the dunes/beach. The breakfast was of a good quality. The staff were helpful and did address any questions I had. They were very friendly and attentive which was excellent especially the staff in the outdoor areas.

The air-conditioning in the apartment wasn't great and could do with being enhanced. Someone did come to look at it but more or less said it is what it is. The spa facilities in particular the pools are tired looking and could do with investment and longer opening hours. Seemed to have a confused feel about it. Small improvements could make a big difference here.

The hotel is in an amazing location on the edge of the town with views across the golf course to the sand dunes and sea in one direction and to the hills in the other. It has a wonderfully relaxing ambience and never felt busy (it helps that it's adults only and does not have evening entertainment). I swam in the heated outdoor pool every day and nearly always had it to myself. The rooms are much bigger than average with a large living room as well as the bedroom. This was our fourth visit and although the hotel has changed ownership since last time, everything was just as good as before. Lots of good restaurants within 10 minutes walk.

Very slow wifi and low hot water pressure. Both issues were probably because we were in one of the rooms on the top floor at the far end from reception - which we had requested because of the amazing views from three balconies which well made up for those minor issues.

This hotel is packed with features: good breakfast, beautiful pool area, an amazing spa area with a huge jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath, a decent gym and a massage parlor. The view towards Meloneras is breathtaking.

The weakest link, but still a strong one - is the quality of food. The breakfast buffet isn't bad at all, but not the best I've had. The gym equipment might need some updating soon. Some devices needed repair.

This hotel was a bit cheaper than the other hotels nearby so I was a bit worried but turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Staff in the check in were friendly and the room was bigger than expected. There was a nice terrace right next to the pool too and that was great. Breakfast was good - not like hundred of options but still enough. The view from the breakfast buffet is great and the loungers on the pool side were comfy.

Check in and check out times seems to be maybe the reason for the lower prices. Check in is at 4pm and check out at 11am. In quite many hotels it's from 3pm to 12am which geaves you a bit more time to sort your stuff out. Then again I got to use the pool and towels after the check out too so not gonna complain about the hours too much.

The location is very good, the indoor and outdoor pools are very good. The breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast in the pool area was quite good and had a beautiful view over the golf course.

The equipment was very outdated, the sofa in the living room was uncomfortable and the noise of the heating and cooling system in room 211 was heard all the time. It was very disturbing. The sheets were not changed for the 5 days we stayed at the hotel.

Pool area is very nice with plenty of space and loungers. Two pools, one heated one not. I stuck to the heated! My room was huge and comfortable and looked onto the pool and beyond. Loved it. Bed very comfortable too.

This is maybe my 5th visit to Vital Suites and it's the best hotel in Playa del Ingles of the 6 hotels I've used here. So my negative is a tiny one....no English TV channels. No major issue as the wifi allowed me to watch my rugby match uninterrupted on my Tablet. But most 4* hotels have the 4 main UK channels at this stage.

The two pools are great, one of which is heated. The pool area is well maintained, spacious, with plenty of sunbeds. The room is huge and had a great view. Breakfast is excellent. Freshly squeezed orange juice is a great way to start the day!

Nothing really. The bathtubs have been removed and replaced by showers and I thought the shower accessory needed replacement. A very small issue compared to the positives.

Good location, lovely views, large rooms, good sized pool Hotel is a perfect size for me, not too many rooms so it doesn't feel busy or crowded. The staff are friendly, particularly the team running the bar by the pool

The rooms feel a little tired but it does appear that the rooms are in the process of going through a needed refurbishment. Breakfast was ok but a bit limited but it did the job. It would be good to get fresh cups every couple of days in the room. Also 20 euros to use the spa facilities is far far too much considering the overall state of the spa. Not being able to put charges against the room was a little irritating as well but not insurmountable imposition.

The vibe is super chilled, very quiet, and you really detach from daily routine. It s not the newest hotel, however it s really well kept and clean. The food at the hotel restaurant by the pool is really good (did not expect that), and the prices very cheap (I live in London). Cleanings happen everyday until 3-4 pm, which means that you can sleep even until late, but your room will still be cleaned. All the staff is very nice, especially the ones by the pool and restaurant. Receptionists are ok. The view from the pool is amazing, overseeing the golf club and the dunes. The spa is also really good and clean, the staff down there is GREAT, and the massages are amazing and cheap.

The shower in our room was good but could be improved. Water pressure is great, but the shower head holder was broken and it did not stay up while showering. Could be be fixed easily. Changing the beach towels was not a smooth process. You need to pay 1 euro per towel and it s totally fine. However, you need to let them know one or two days in advance when you want to change them as they will not have them for you otherwise.
