The facility and stuff were all the way friendly and supportive at any request. The place has two swimming pools, table tennis, pool, laundry, gym. Basically everything what you need for pleasant and calm vacation.

I'm giving 8 out 10 only because breakfast could be improved. It is very average and basic. Also at the price of 12 euros it is overpriced for what you get. We just had the breakfast at the hotel twice. All other 12 days we found luck elsewhere. Luckily there are more than enough good places for breakfast, e.g "Calma cafe" near playa de Ingles and "El Tablero" shopping centre. There is a good cafeteria on the roof. Together with my wife we are good Italian coffee "maniacs" and both places does provide that. For some also might be disadvantage that there is no fast and direct walkable route to the beach. The fastest route is approx 20-25 minutes by foot one way. Luckily we had a car and did not mind to drive to the beach.

The resort is calm and well designed for a comfortable vacation under the sun. The pools are warmed and there is plenty of chairs and shade.

The apartments need renovation - the doors weren’t really closing (the bedroom door especially..), the front door did a strong clack noise when closing which easily wakes you up from sleep. There were some stains on the couch from usage. The cutlery is too modest (e.g. no cutting board, or a real knife) which made us eat at restaurants more often than we intended to.

The roof terrace on our bungalow . The very good WiFi. The heated pools. The dedicated adults only pool. The way the pool and sunbathing area had been built in an area that had been scooped out so that it was protected from the wind.

The food wasn’t great. We just had breakfast which was ok….better than our previous hotel round the corner …but not great.

The hotel is very beautiful and calm, with pools and plants in the common areas, very well maintained and modern. The personnel was extremely sympathetic and provided a lot of help to visit the city/island and to have dinner outside. The rooms are cosy and quite big, with a bedroom, a large bathroom and a living room with kitchenette and a lot of storage units. The room had also a nice patio outside, with 2 chairs, a small table and a drying rack, which was very useful. The breakfast was incredible, with a lot of variety, good quality food and drinks, and original meals. The bar near the pool was nice. Dinners are good, with singers performing 2-3 times a week. I recommend the hotel !

The hotel is a bit far from Playa del Inglés and Faro de Maspalomas and the closest access to the Dunes is 25-30 min walking. But you can ask the reception for a taxi, which are fast and cheap (5-7€, 5-10 min to go anywhere in the city). Taxis are everywhere, anytime in the city, so no problem to come back.

Staff were great. Area was very well maintained, very quiet and nice. Pool bar was nice and breakfast/lunch items were very good.

It's a bit of a trek into main town or dunes by foot. On map it appears close as the crow flies but the actual walk itself is about 30 min to town and about 45 to dunes

The breakfast was awesome, planty of option... gluten food, etc.The staff is amazing, very kind. The facilities of the hotel are great. Amazing swimming pools, for both kids and adults.They have 2 gyms, planty of space, and a shower room if you need to stay longer after check-out.

I dont know if it was something temporary, but I didnt bought the buffet when booking and when I ordered meals from the a lá cart menu, they werent good. One of the starters (croquetas) were very bad cooked and then I had to return. The staff did the right thing and didnt let me pay. The hotel should pay more atention to restaurant and have better cookers.

Everything was great about the hotel. Sadly a little hiccup when first arrived but from then on superb.

On arrival I went to take a shower and there was no hot water. So cold shower after the flight and cold shower first thing in the morning. It was fixed during the day but not exactly what you want when first arriving on holiday! Brrrrr!

Rooms big and spotless. Roomy and clean bathroom and very comfy beds. Breakfast and dinner buffets were the best we have ever had,soo many choices. Location is a bit far from all the attractions and beach but we specifically chose this as we had a rented car. Very nice pool with tons of sunbeds. jacuzzi was a bonus! Feels like a resort,surrounded by palm trees . Everything was more than expected and the property was peaceful,not too crowded!

No option to charge to the room,everything had to be paid on the spot. One breakfast staff pointed out we cannot take too many fruits with us (2 apples and 2 bananas ,one of each/person). that was a bit excessive in my opinion...

Food in breakfast buffet and pool bar lunch was excellent. Lovely adult only pool area. Accommodation with a golf view was a bonus. Taxi was very available and took 5 mins to arrive when called

Our bedroom didn't have a small readinglight attached to bedside light like other rooms

The place itself is super. Breakfast is good, lot of variety, so one can modify every breakfast very easily. There is a swimming pool, as well. People at the reception were very helpful and kind, thank you for all your advice :-) The only thing of some concern is the location: about 35 mins to the nearest "beach" which is just an open sea, with sand and a lighthouse. The scenery is beautiful, though, just a longer walk to get there. And lot of wind, all the time. The sand dunes nearby are famous and really amazing. However, if you want to be really close to the sea/beach (but further from the dunes), Playa de Ingles would be a better choice.

It was windy all the time, but this is just a general statement. The place, as such, is beuatiful.
