Always enjoyed this property. The location and views are great. The beds are comfortable. The apartments very clean and suit your basic needs.

Breakfast choice has been better at this property. They seem to have reduced the options but it was adequate. Staff have always been great here but in this occasion the lady receptionist was not good and has gone on to call me a liar and threatened me. Thankfully I have evidence of her very poor attitude and will be sending an appropriate email to the Hotel Directors. This person should not be in public service. Not once did I raise my voice or use poor language but I have never experienced anyone like this person .

Nice location, close to the famous dunes, close to restaurants and supermarket. Easy to park your car for free. Friendly staff, simple and good breakfast. Everything was clean, towels included. Nice view on the sea.

It was very windy and the window seals are not windproof. All nights ling you could hear the wind blowing. Renewed apartment but not nice to see the paint come off from the bathroom cabinet. The last day, suddenly he elevator fell down a little bit and came to a very brutal stop. Extremely frightening experience, even after, my adrenaline pumped for more than 1 hour. I was trapped during 10 minutes and had to push the emergency button for help. Nothing worked anymore and I was in the dark. But the staff was able to restart the elevator and get me out. I think this happened many times before.... Price wise, even with my discount I think that 100€/night, is a little bit too much.

Claudia (The receptionist) greeted us that evening and we felt we knew her for alot longer. She was always patient with us and answered any questions we asked. The rest of the receptionists were always very friendly and very helpful too. It was Claudia we met mostly. All the staff in housekeeping were always pleasant and helpful. The pool area and the pool - very good.

For us, it was a bit too far from the beach, my husband found it too hard to cross the sand dunes so to get to the beach it took us over 20 minutes. We are a bit more physically fitter now.

Check-in was very easy and the reception was expecting us. Everything was clearly explained and our keys were ready in no time. The space is bright and well laid out, and the terrasse was great. Comfy sofa and bed.

There was no black out curtains in the room and that woke us up extremely early in the morning. It is a shame as it really was the only downside of the flat.

Room in general was very spacious and nice with the view 6th floor, bathroom was nice, white and clean, shading of windows, staff cleaning dishes and changing towels. Supermarket at ground floor of the hotel! Very convenient! Close to Dinas de Maspalomas

Wi-fi is generally very slow and unusable generally, so plan on taking an e-sim or some kind of internet if you need one, as you won't be using the Hotel's.

I liked the location, the staff was nice and it was clean.

It wasn’t too safe, we had an incident and it seemed that they weren’t aware that it could happen. The pool hours were limited and breakfast was the same things every morning. Not even one morning we had something changed in it.

The place is very well located, beautiful view from the bedroom and easy to walk around. Friendly staff, good that breakfast was included too, nice pool area. Due to strike at destination airport, our flight was rescheduled 8 hours later. The receptionist allowed us to stay in hotel until 17.30 without additional payment. Thanks for everything.

Location was great- in the front of the dunes and beach. Apartment with view on the dunes and see. Breakfast nice. Supermarket Dino just in the side of hotel which was so handy. Receptionist Aramis amazing, so helpful. Cleaner friendly and restaurant staff so nice. Two swimming pool open winter time 11-5pm
