Perfect apartment for my daughter and I for 1 week. We enjoyed the small pool with surrounding sand and trees very much.

On arrival, we could pick between two apartments. However when we walked into the first, it wasn’t done and the person from the reception became very upset. Very unprofessional. Also, one evening had a power outage and although the power came back on after 10 minutes, the aircon didn’t work for the entire night as aircon isn’t standard and is is purchased/controlled from the reception.

Good value hotel with sleek modern design and lovely little pool with sand. Very well located in a quiet area.

Check in was a real problem. Had to climb over the gate as it was locked and we were not given the security code. No one answered the bell or the telephone although we had been told the time to check in. Eventually we found a cleaning lady who fortunately had keys. Bedroom was too light in the mornings. Rooms only cleaned some days - a problem to keep towels dry.

Beautifal apartment and pool

Second time I stayed there and they do have a ant problem in the rooms and also the towels smell very damp I remember this from the first stay but apart from that I really like it there.

Everything was wonderful Amazing pool area, lovely top floor room. The room had everything we needed. Nice spacious balcony with amazing sun all day. The cleaning ladies were very sweet and always helpful. They cleaned the room very well. The man working at the reception area was so nice and helpful and always mad us laugh. I would definitely recommend this place to other people.

The bed was a little squeaky and a little bit short for me. But I’m 6 feet four inches tall so it was a little short for me but I managed to still sleep on it quite well.

Location, excellent, very quiet area as it is on the road behind the main road, its 500 yards walk to cita and 10 minutes to yumbo & 5 minutes to the beach. Rooms, fantastic, spacious & clean & everything there that you need. Beds, fantastic, very comfortable. Swimming pool, fantastic, heated & lots of sunbeds, rooftop has a nice sunbathing area with hot tub & a separate private area for naturists. Staff were superb, very helpful & accommodating, noellia was a superstar. All in all we would highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

Avoid Rooms 1 & 2 as they are ground floor and no privacy at all, they are facing reception & the entrance so thats your view & constant people passing, the curtains are nets so everyone can see in your room at night, blackout curtains woukd be better, ask for either ground floor round the pool or rooms on the higher levels. Hot water didn't last for 2 showers so timing is important or like me you will have the cold shower & my wife the hot one. Both of the above would not put us off staying again as it was a great stay and would request higher level rooms.

A beautifully clean and attractive place to stay. Lovely rooftop solarium with jacuzzi tub and showers, and even a sectioned off area for nudists if that's your thing. Close to amenities, yet a really quiet location. My room request was acknowledged and met. Happy helpful staff. Thank you, Alhambra. We had a wonderful stay.

Alhambra could do with investing in new pillows. They are flimsy and feel full of cotton wool balls, which just separate to either side, so your head is virtually on the mattress. We asked for another pillow each, and they were just the same. Don't expect a sea view from the rooms, more a glimpse. However, the view from the rooftop is great.

Location was perfect (3min walk from the Dunes), parking for free, the view from the balcony on the garden & the pool was great, the bed was comfortable, got a welcome champaign & Easter champaign with chocolate eggs. The hotel staff got the most out of the apartment hotel. The staff was very kind.

Jaccuzzi on the roof was way too hot, the pool was not heated, the hot water in the shower was enough for one person only.

It was a perfect stay, it was quiet but cozy and comfortable. The pool is amazing, I loved the salt water system and there was always enough room to lay on the best benches next to the pool. The reception was very welcoming and the room itself has everything you need for a nice stay. We stayed in a room which was ground level, looking out on the pool. At first I was scared to have little privacy, but this was not the case at all and if there were people at the pool next to our balcony, it was actually pretty chill. I also liked the small details, such as a small wash rack on the balcony to dry your swimclothes at the end of the day.

A beautiful boutique resort, quiet but within easy walk of the beach, bars and restaurants. Lovely pool area and roof-top spa, and fantastic front of staff hosts who were super helpful whenever a question arose.

Wifi was iffy at times, and it would be great to have the option of a proper double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together, but neither issue detracted from the enjoyment of our stay there, and we would stay again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Compared to the other apartments in the area they really are the most modern and stylish apartments. During our stay we only used the pool once, although it is small, it's fine because the pool area is rarely busy (from what we could see from our balcony + the one time we used the pool!).

Our bedroom had no windows which meant the room was really dark, even with the light on. The pillows on the bed were awful, extremely flat, it did impact our sleep.
