Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff and within walking distance of the beach bars and restaurants

Would be good if it was adults only as there is a gay resort next door and often there would be naturists bathing by the pool which is easily overlooked by guests at Guatiza

Great location close to Dunas de Maspalomas, including all shops and bars at Playa del Ingles. Good orientation off the apartment, so the sun doensn't shine through de window all day. This makes it more comfortable during the nights. At arrival everything was clean and tidy. Every day there are fresh towels, except for sundays. Staff was very friendly and helpfull. The pool had a very comfortable temperature for swimming, even for March. The beds are also good. Would recommend this stay!

Only one downside: there is no air-conditioning. During summertime it would be very hot in the rooms. If airconditioning would be available, this place would be perfect.

Very happy with our stay, excellent location for bars, restaurants and the beach. The apartments were modern, clean and had most of everything that you need for self catering. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money for what we paid compared to other similar places. Highly recommended and we'd definitely choose Alsol Guatiza if we return to Gran Canaria.

I would have rated it at 10 but for two things, no air conditioning which meant the rooms were very warm. We left the patio door and bedroom window open over night but obviously had to close the patio door when we went out. The other minor thing would be to have 'do not disturb ' signs for the doors as we were out until the early hours and were woke up in the morning a few times for the cleaning.

Excellent location and very clean. Apartment had everything we needed and has recently been refurbished. there was a 5 minute walk to the beach and 10 minute walk to the Cita centre.

we knew there was no aircon but no extra fans provided. Also not their fault but the apartment block next door is being refurbished outside so there were saws and building noise from 9am until around 2pm every day around the pool so very difficult to switch off.

Great apartments with great location in Maspalomas - walking distance to the beaches, restaurants and bars. Nice kitchenette with all amenities for a short stay. And a nice pool and sundecks to enjoy the sun and catch a tan.

I was in a room in the lower ground and it was a bit noise in the morning with the cleaning, also no air conditioner, what makes the place really hot

Nice clean apartment, just the right size for 2 people. We arrived late so had to phone to get someone to come and let us in but they came promptly. Parking was on the street and plentiful.

Beds were a little hard. The balcony was over looked...but I am nit picking for a very serviceable and clean apartment .

The location is great...close to the beach. Very silent place, no disturbing pubs and bars nearby. The apartment is modern and well equipped, perfect for two persons.

The bed wasn't too comfortable....a bit short and not a double bed!

Central to everything, clean and in good order with a n excellent little sun-trap sunbathing area. The pool is small and more for cooling-off than swimming but clean and well-kept. Planning to stay again.

Recycling bins were close so there was the occasional morning with the noise of the bins being emptied, especially the glass bins.

clean and well equipped studios, got everything you need for your stay. Location is perfect for the area, extremely quiet, close to the dunes, close to the bus stops, most of the buses go past Cita shopping centre which is round the corner. Amazing value for money. Staff is amazing!!! welcoming, friendly and helpful. Wifi is pretty good too. The swimming pool is bigger than it looks in the photos. Some reviewers complained about the size of it but you can’t expect an Olympic size swimming pool at the hotel with 16 rooms. Hotel also has a laundry room (extra pay) which is very convenient. the sleeping area has no doors so keep that in mind if it matters to you. Had an amazing time and would recommend this place 100%

it’s hard to find any faults with the hotel. the fact that you need to pay to use the safe was a bit weird, the safe is already in your room so there’s no costs involved for the hotel. it’s ok to ask for a deposit but not to charge extra just to get the key from the safe. also guests should be encouraged to recycle, you end up with a lot of rubbish but there’s only one bin.
