Very nice, very well equipped modern apartment. Everything I needed for self-catering. Good sized balcony with 3 chairs, a table & parasol. Lovely pool area. 2 pools. Comfortable sun lounges with parasols. Very good security around the complex. The location is excellent on a nice quiet road. 10 to 15 minutes to beach and just a few minutes' walk to Sandia & Cita and Yumbo shopping areas. I'll definitely be returning to these apartments in the future.

I can't think of anything I disliked about my stay.

There is nothing not to like about these apartments. The location is very good, set in a quiet area but within 10 minutes walk of amenities such as restaurants, and less than 10 minutes to supermarkets, bus stops and the beach. The apartments are of very good size with a good sized kitchen area and well equipped. Check in was simple and straightforward and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The pool areas are very attractive and plenty of sunbeds available.

I liked everything about these apartments.

Clean basic apartments in good central location and quiet complex. Mostly older German couples there during my stay in early December.

Decor a little dated and fluorescent green feature walls should be repainted white or neutral! I was happy with the apartment nonetheless and it was very clean and good value for money.

Great central location and a quiet complex. Close to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches, and Maspalomas dunes. Clean and spacious, useful balcony. We didn't use the swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy parking outside on the street.

Wifi was not great. It only worked in the living room, not in the bedroom. Requires re-login each time.

Great location (near the sea and supermarket Dino). Very friendly and helpful staff. Fridge, microwave, stove, kettle, kitchen utensils, mop and brush inside apartment. Good value for money. Just one minus, I don't recommend using a washing machine because the clothes are very stiff after washing and I had to rewash everything at home. They don't use fabric softener.

A quiet, cozy place with an ideal location (beach, waterfront, grocery store, bars and restautatnts are nearby). The service and hospitality are good. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable, with all essentials provided.

Low-quality Wi-Fi. Small, firm pillows and hard mattresses, which made it somewhat uncomfortable to sleep.

Very good location as the cita shopping center and the Yumbo Center are in walking distance. It's very quite and the amenities are enough. Good price value relationship. Definitely we will come back.

You have to pay extra for the airco. But OK, that's survivable :-)

Location is perfect. 10 minutes from the beach, 15 from the naturist beach (kiosk 3). Around the same time to go to Yumbo center, 5 minutes to Cita center. Plenty of supermarkets around. Apartment very clean. Powerful shower. Very friendly reception.

Nothing I notice.

The Location of this apartment is very good. Near beach and dunes and supermarkets. The staff is very nice and helpful. In the apartment you can also cook. There is a pool as well.

The wlan in bedroom is not very good but in living room and balcony is fine. The furnitures are old. There was no soap or shampoo available - maybe it's normal since it's an apartment not a hotel?

I loved the location; tucked away and peaceful yet really close to the beach and had everything we needed. I also like that the rooms had all the things we needed and the hosts were very kind and helpful.
