Location perfect close to both centres and the beach but not loud at night. Spa was fab, outdoor pool and beds all plentiful. Induction hob and microwave grill both work well. Outdoor terrace lovely. Bathroom and shower perfect.

Missing a coffee pot for coffee machine. One of the beds was a bit squeaky. Which would be fine but she's a wriggler :) so we swapped.

The location was excellent as well as the room and facilities. Very helpful and friendly staff. Everything was very clean, including the streets and environment. Peaceful surrounding.

The sauna/spa area was not so good. The opening hours for the Finnish and steam sauna were 11:00-19:00. However, each time we went there they were both cold and we had to wait approx. 30 mins, and heat up both saunas ourselves. We reported this at the reception, unfortunately no improvement happened. Also, the steam sauna was not good at such; it was very cold on the floor although heated but the Finnish sauna was good.

Large nice studio on top floor with balcony faced sunset is ideal for solo traveller or couple. It was windy and I sunbathed on balcony naked. Balcony is covered from neighbor’s eyes and you might take off clothes. Roof terrace and pool provides luxurious sun-beds, towels etc. Downstairs is heated pool, sauna and gym. Location ideal. Beach, shops, restaurants are in 5 min walk. Recommend “360” next door on a top floor with amazing view but book in advance! Stuff if helpful. Cleaning lady smiling. Comes every day.

No complimentary bottle of water. And you have to buy salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, everything if you want to make your own food. Isn’t convenient when you stay just a few days.

The WiFi is inadequate in the rooms. The hotel needs to make clear that it is only available in communal areas. No soap or shampoo provided.

I had a spacious room with a large corner balcony where I enjoyed having breakfast on. The beds were comfortable and there was a large sofa. Modern design but some wearing visible. In the bottom floor there was a washing machine that worked with 5* euro coins. Great location!

Would have been great to have a dishwasher.

I liked that we were in apartment number 2 which was close to the main gate and breakfast room. The terrace was good also.

Our room wasn’t cleaned for two days. The bathroom ceiling has a very bad paint job. The couch in living room needs replacing because it dirty looking.

It was quite a big room with a separate bedroom, nice terrace/balcony and a swimming pool. It close to the Yumbo center just a 10 minutes walk.

The internet connection is just not working good, we all have 4G/5G but with your laptop it would be nice if you have a stable internet connection, that was not the case.

The pool/jacuzzi were unheated. We stayed in an apartment for wheel chairs. So there were no upper cupboards, neither in the kitchen, nor in the bathroom. We had some problems storing our personal things.
