The food at the buffet was varied with a different theme every night and included vegan options. The reception area was nicely arranged and with good evening entertainment.

This is a minor issue, but a small change can increase the customer experience. The buffet restaurant charges customers if they want to have a glass of drinking water. This water is not from a bottle but appears to be tap water. Where in the reception area the water is completely free.

Where do I start.. This holiday exceeded my expectations. Me and my partner stayed at this hotel for 7 days for my birthday. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a warm welcome and great hospitality. We booked the unique deluxe room with sea view and the view of the beach was amazing. You could see the whole beach and shopping centre from our balcony. The beach is a 2 min walk from the hotel. Most of the excursions are also on the same beach so you won’t have travel and the shopping centre has lots of bars and restaurants so you won’t be bored at all. The rooms are a good size, very good WiFi, you can pretty much watch any programme of your choice, once your connected, if you have Prime/NOW TV etc You can also listen to music from Spotify which my boyfriend loved. The food/snacks choices were very nice, tasted very well. The staff were very friendly and attentive, especially Sara who was lovely, bubbly and so friendly. She was always interested in our stay and wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The entertainment was WOW, most of their live bands and singers were great and so entertaining. All I can say is I would highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to go back

Was disappointed no smoking allowed from the room balcony. Having to keep going to the smoking designated area which was a bit annoying

We had a wonderful stay at Corallium Dunamar in Gran Canaria. This hotel made our holiday memorable and relaxing. The hotel staff was fantastic throughout my stay. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a difference. The breakfast and dinner were a real highlight - varied, fresh, and delicious. There was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently excellent each morning. I was impressed by the daily housekeeping service. Fresh towels were provided every day without fail, and the room was always kept spotless. The hotel's location is simply ideal. You can practically step out onto the beach - it doesn't get much better than this for a seaside vacation. The proximity to the beach made it incredibly convenient for daily swimming and sunbathing.

Unfortunately, the hotel's biggest drawback is the complete lack of parking facilities. There are no parking spots available at the hotel, not even paid parking options. This creates a significant problem for guests arriving with rental cars. If you're planning to rent a car, be prepared for a challenging parking situation. I parked about a 15-20 minute walk away from the hotel, where free spaces can be found. I strongly recommend doing this rather than risking parking in prohibited areas near the hotel, as you could face hefty fines (200€).

I liked the fact there was a hotel lift to take you down to beach level and so you did not have to climb all the steps. Great location with access to local buses around the island and to a shopping mall . Generally a good choice of food for all inclusive. However desserts were just cream based and same every day . So not impressed considering I am a dessert queen . Housekeeping did a good job.

There was no spa… like some other hotels . Bacon and sausages were the cheap and nasty type at breakfast . I did not like the one off complementary private restaurant , it was so dark you could not read the menu and hot in there - The waiter did not switch on the air conditioning because he said it gets too cold 😆. Food was nothing special .Would have preferred the normal canteen type area . They also made you pay for a safe with a daily charge of 2 euro . Sooo ridiculous … couldn’t believe it . For this reason I doubt to return .

Location is by far excellent in Maspalomas. The hotel itself feels very nice and has a good atmosphere. Multiple pools. Breakfast and dinner had enough choices, although egg to order was a bit of a hassle to get. The rooms are nice, clean and very comfortable. It takes a long time in the evening and late night to get hot water and the AC has no temperature switch, it’s either hi, lo or off. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. They all do their best to ensure a nice experience.

Eggs to order/omelette station would be a nice addition to the breakfast. Hot water at night and a temperature controlled AC would be a nice improvement.

We paid extra to be Unique guests. This gave us access to a private Unique restaurant for breakfast. Service, location and staff were outstanding.

There were 2 aspects that could have been better. The main dining room which we used for evening dinner was very large, served buffet style only and reminded us of a large canteen. The other major issue we had was noise at night. There are several restaurants between the hotel and beach which employ singers at night who are very loud. Our room was at the front of the hotel with a fantastic view over the beach and sea, but at night it was difficult to sleep because of the noise.

Mostly the proximity to the beach, the tropical decor of the hotel and the friendly, professional staff.

Breakfast selection was the same every day in Unique lounge. We saw a few giant cockroaches on the first floor. Many guests go as early as 6am or 7am to “claim” their spot on the sun-beds around swimming pools by leaving their towels for the entire day and not even being at the pool. Staff shouldn’t allow such behavior. Photos of the balcony views are misleading, but still a nice view of the ocean.

The hotel is beautiful, looks amazing, and is in a perfect location right by the beach. Extremly clean. The pools are lovely. The sea view room is stunning and spotless. The restaurant is also excellent, with a wide variety of food. The staff is great, especially the waiter Jorge. :)

What could maybe be improved is the English language skills of some reception staff, as well as their friendliness. I'm not saying they were rude or anything like that - just that they could be a bit more cheerful.

My room was very comfortable, with very nice lighting. The balcony was a little less welcoming. The receptionist was friendly and professional. The choice of breakfast is particularly good. The outside facilities and pools, on different terraces, are attractive and pleasant

I couldn't find how to turn off the balcony light. From the balcony, you can hear the music coming from the restaurants and bars below, but you can hardly hear anything when the window is closed. In the morning, from 8am, the noise of beds being moved by the cleaners. The hotel has no car park, but I was able to find a space in the street.

So many nooks and crannies on various pool decks and patios for choice of sun, shade and space. Breakfast was delicious and dinner was nice. Fitness activities daily like yoga and water aerobics. Staff was nice. Live evening music was packed so had to sit inside with competing bar music. Easy walk across the street to the beach!

Lunch was lackluster. Seemed to always return from day tours in the one hour no food was available between lunch, snack bar and dinner. Bar drinks open late like 11am for an all-inclusive; no cava for breakfast. Dinner service staff is overwhelmed. I had to ‘snag’ my own free water each night; if I waited for drink service I’d be done eating.
