Staff were all very nice and professional, a good food selection. Very quick to serve drinks and always with a smile. Plates were cleared efficiently

The tables were a little too closely situated, it was difficult to have a relaxed meal as it felt like we are on a communal table as they were tightly packed. It was busy and lots of people passing close by with plates of food. it wasn't a relaxing experience

Absolutely everything was smooth and pleasant during my 8 days in the hotel. The all inclusive option is the best, as you won't get bored with the food. Every night you have a theme, so food is different and delicious everyday. They have proper barbecue 3x a week. The gym is amazing, lovely view, well maintained and good quality equipment. The spa is something else and the jacuzzi is amazing (jacuzzis actually cus you have at least 6 types of jets). Hot stone loungers, sauna and steam room. The terrace is great, the jacuzzis are a must tasting a pina colada. The staff is the best, never been treated so well, absolutely delighted with everyone. The swimming pools are heated, yes, at least 30 degrees and are outdoor pools, loved it. The room is cleaned everyday and one thing was so cute which was checking in with a bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for you. Location is great, very close to the beach. Loved everything and will come back.

Nothing. The multi jets showers in the spa weren't working at that time, would be nice to try them. The steam room could be a bit hotter too.

The food and bar were fantastic, with a good selection of different foods, and drinks. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. I particularly liked the extra touches such as the bottle of wine in the room and chocolates.

A couple of times I was asked to see my wristband by the waiting staff. I understand why because anyone could potentially walk in. However, I did feel some more discretion could have been used regarding this. I felt a bit embarrassed when a waitress demanded I show her my wristband in front of other guests.

Always very clean, the staff are so friendly and helpful. My mother has a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating with providing food alternatives and ensuring she was okay.

The entertainment is very basic, but it’s not the type of hotel where you really expect to be wowed by this. So close to the bars / clubs so that compensates.

Great location near the beach and local entertainment. There was a good selection of food, even though at times it was just average. We did 1/2 board and the price of extras was very competitive. The room was very spacious and clean. Great location for buses. On departure the changing facilities and luggage storage helped make the last day memorable.

Our room was next to that of smokers, which affected our enjoyment of sitting on the balcony and despite complaining, the hotel didn't care. They could easily segregate smokers from non smokers. Also, the rooms aren't very well sound proofed to adjoining rooms. The sun beds are a little old and weary and could do with being changed. The in house evening entertainment was average.

Staff were very friendly, especially Victor behind the pool Bar. Beds were super comfy, and the food was amazing. Great selection every night, including fresh cooked steaks, chicken and fish. Also all inclusive drink included some named spirits, but you did have to ask for them

The lifts are a nightmare! They hold 4 people max, and takes ages for an empty one to reach your floor. Sometimes the waiter service was a bit slow, especially on Victors days off. It’s not the nicest pool area I’ve seen, but I wouldn’t let it put me off booking again. The entertainment wasn’t great either.

Well located facility with one of the best gyms I ever used in a hotel. Fantastic food with huge choice for each meal. Absolutely amazing rooftop bar with multiple jaccuzzis, sunbeds and breathtakig views. Spacious rooms with huge shower and nice balcony with table and chairs.

The led light behind the bed need some repairing (it started blinking few minutes after being turned on). The overall cleanliness was fine, however you could spot places which required more attention. I would say the price could be a little bit smaller for what you get.

the only thing which needs to improve is the way steaks are prepared when we ask for well done it should not be burned from outside &uncooked inside it should take a longer time to cook the inside then the outside. I realize when you are so many in a hotel it is difficult to attain that.

Breakfasts were fantastic suppers we had alto of choice but since we were in Spain more spanish food would have been acceptable, However all in all it was to be recommended and very satisfactory.AA

The room was clean and big enough. I appreciated a lot the kettle and the free coffee and tea. The breaskfast and the dinner were both very variated, tasty and of good quality

For several days next to the hotel there was music and party until late at night and the room is not well soundproofed, so I could not sleep until 1, 2 or 3 in the morning. The mattress and pillow were very uncomfortable. So in general I slept quite little and badly
