The location feels like a hidden gem – although it’s in the middle of a busy tourist town, it has an authentic and peaceful vibe. The pool was always clean, the apartment well equipped, and housekeeping did a great job with frequent cleaning and towel changes. The staff were very helpful and quickly solved a problem we had with the keys.

Everything was great, though it would have been perfect if there had been an espresso machine.

It's in a good location,just a 300mtr walk from the beaches n shops.Its a small complex and quiet also at the time of year. Parking on weekends is tricky as local traffic for beaches.

Had to change apt due to in-house cleaning changes n which had smart TV n the other didn't unfortunately.Our lady that was doing the apt was lovely n hard working but on day we were leaving she was off which was a pity.

The location was great.. Calm and relevantly quiet location. Only few minutes to the beach and to the center of Bars and restaurants. The stuff was very friendly. Everything went smoothly with keys at the reception. The reception is available on the phone 24/7. We were very pleased 😊

Poor kitchen ware-could be a little more from kitchen utensils, plates, dishes and so on.. It would be nice if the bed was one big one instead of two small ones . The cleanliness could be little better.

The very efficient Olivia arrived promptly to check us in. We liked very much the beautiful, well maintained gardens and pool. The building itself is very pretty. The twin beds were comfortable. The room service was carried out regularly by the cheerful Binku who also showed us how to work the new ceramic hob. Everything worked well in the room, at the pool and solarium. The building and grounds felt secure and the in-room safe worked well. We will be returning to El Chaparral.

Good location, not too central but close to the coast. The place itself is nothing luxury, but provides all the essentials and 100 percent liveable. I would take it again for sure.

The keys were provided on arrival, but we had to wait 1h for the formal Check-in (there is no actual reception on the place)

Excellent location, beautiful building with spectacular garden. One of my favorites in that area. Easy check-in and check-out. Bus stop just right there so it was super easy to get to the airport.

A bit noisy during the weekend, but we knew we were going to stay at a busy area. At least we had everything literally around us.

Great people that run the place, so helpful and friendly. Perfect location.

This is our second stay at El Chaparral and it was again very good. The location, building, garden, pool are all super. Hosts Luz and Livia were welcoming, helpful and cheerful.

Nice apartment with basic amenities. The complex is in a quiet part of Play Del Inglés and has a very nice and well kept garden area. The staff – just like other Alsol locations - is very welcoming and friendly.
