Perfect location.. close to bus stops, Shopping area, the beach , restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is big with stunning view.

When I arrived the floor and the balcony were dirty..dust everywhere. The apartment is too hot No air-conditioning . No free Fan. No free WiFi No free TV. No shower gel and shampoo No dish washing stuff. No extra garbage bags. The kitchen is poor The toaster is broken. be carful when you use it .it could switch the power off. I stayed 5 nights and the room was cleaned just once..they didn't change the bed sheets..the towels was changed just once and they forgot to give me a clean hand towel . The water is undrinkable .I arrived after 10pm so shops were closed and they didn't offer a free bottle of water

Quiet room, good location, nice pool, roof terrace and lots of sun beds

No kettle, broken lift with dangerous nails poking out. Our room was a long way from the pool and no sign posts to the pool. Reception staff could have been happier.

Fabulous location everything on your doorstep if you didn't want to venture far. Room met my needs, had sea view from balcony and felt safe there. Staff friendly and very helpful. Always plenty of sunbeds around pool. Water for showers was always hot. 24 hr reception was good.

Little noisy at night which I think came from neighbouring hotels entertainment but lot quieter after 1 am. No guest room on check out so if late flight home unable to shower and freshen up. No TV remote had to pay deposit but read all channels in Spanish so didn't bother getting one. No kettle in room had to boiled water in pan for cup of tea. Coffee maker in room though. Despite the things it didn't have I would definately book again and recommend to friends looking for a budget holiday. Please note picture under my review are not my pictures! I didn't experience nothing shown in the pics apartment was clean and decor well kept!

The apartments are very well located. Easily reached by the number 66 bus from/to airport. Just a few minutes walk from the bus stop. Euros £3.50 per adult each way. Request a room on a high floor sea facing. DO NOT request a pool view room as you will also be facing a busy road and have no sunshine on the balcony. The accommodation is exceptionally good value for money (£220 for 7nights late March22). The pool is large with lots of sunbeds. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep with shops and supermarkets close by too, Apartments are just a couple of minutes walk to the seafront promenade.

The apartments are in a very large, old building which is reasonably well maintained however there is no sound proofing so you can here almost everything from adjacent rooms and that means they can hear you too. There are busy roads behind the apartments so there will be some noise. The 2 lifts are very small. The apartments have basement rooms which reminded me of a dungeon. They have no outlook and I would have given a negative review if I had been allocated one of those rooms. The apartments are very close to the seafront promenade however there are approximately 100 steps down to the beach!

views were amazing, centrally located and staff were really friendly. great size balcony. wardrobe was a good size. paid for the safe which was €15 for the week. room was cleaned every other day with a change of towels would definitely return

no wifi(there was an option to pay)no kettle just boiled a pan no problem and could do with a fan or air con but what I paid it was worth the money

We paid very little for the accommodation and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how nice and clean the property was. We requested pool view and we had a lovely balcony overlooking the pool with a glorious mountain backdrop. The pool vibe was amazing. The lifeguard and bar lady were just fantastic. They made the hotel so special with their happy go lucky approach. It was one of the friendliest and most personal pool sides we have ever been to. They were just beautiful, genuine people who always greeted us and were ready to help. We loved the vibe by this poolside.

Permanent resident in next apt had a dog that barked most nights al 3-4AM. Had to complain...Even though there is a sign in reception saying no dogs allowed but it seems one rule for permanent residents and another for holidaymakers...

Perfect location, room with big terrace right in front of the pool. The pool was great, enough sun beds, the bathroom was clean and new. The beds were comfy. It was clean and big enough for 2 persons and a teenager. The kitchen was small but we ate outside anyway every night, just needed a cup of coffee in the morning and the coffee machine did its job. For us it was perfect and we will definitely book again when we come back!

Excellent location and rooms are a good size with a balcony with a view. Staff are friendly and 24 hour reception. Usually a Pool Bar serving a good breakfast

5th time in last 7 months we've stayed here. Great central location, excellent value for money, friendly, helpful people working here. The apartments are straightforward, no-frills but comfortable and all you really need. Plus the apartments (and the whole building) is kept very clean and well maintained. Thanks to everyone at Green Park for another lovely sunshine break😎

There's really nothing to dislike. They say you get what you pay for but in our experience of Green Park you get more than you pay for. Self catering apartments in general tend to be basic but if something isn't quite right here it gets put right quickly. A small example on this trip was when we came to use the corkscrew and found it missing the screw part: a quick word with one of the housekeeping ladies and we had a new one in ten minutes. This isn't the first time the staff have acted fast to correct little issues. It's nice to feel looked after by your host. 😁
