We were staying in the area for a week but had a late flight back to the UK. Our hotel (Jardin atlantico) couldn’t accommodate us with a late check out, or an extra night stay as they were overbooked. We were travelling with a toddler so needed a comfortable base for the day ready for our flight and booked this purely as it was the cheapest hotel closet to our original (needed to get back there for our transfer). However, we was genuinely pleased with the apartment which was much nicer than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. Brilliant value for money! We were able to check in at 10am which was so helpful. I Walked to the hotel the evening before to arrange this and the friendly receptionist was very helpful, leaving a note for the morning staff which made check in the next morning very easy. The apartment had been updated from the pictures, and the outside areas are well kept and pretty. Ours had a gated terrace area which was great for keeping the baby from running off. The pool was also gated off for extra peace of mind. Inside the apartment was clean, more modern than the pictures show, and with everything we could need. Ours even had a washing machine! Great hotel for our needs, friendly accommodating staff, clean and a great location. And all for less than £50! Definitely recommend this hotel.

The apartment is basic but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The sea view from the apartment was spectacular. The 24 hour reception is very convenient. The location is not very central but a 10 minute walk from the center. In the area of ​​the complex there are supermarkets, bars and restaurants if you do not want to move.

The beds are long and are good for tall people but the mattresses are very very firm. A washing machine would be great to have in the apartment.

It's not a luxury standard 5 star place but for an ideal location and good services, very friendly helpful receptionists (all 3 of them that I talked to) and a nice quiet relaxed place then this was perfect for my trip to Playa Ingles. I would happily stay here again next time. The views from the roof terrace are great, especially good for New Year's fireworks watching!

Great location for seafront Nd beach as well as local bars and cafes. Lots of space in the room, kitchen had everything you could need and large fridge / freezer. Accommodation was cleaned and new towels provided every couple of days which was a nice surprise.allstaff were very helpful.

The location was perfect even the accommodation you couldn't doubt they also had the nicest thai restaurant down by the reception can't lie it was delicious and overall the staff were spot on very friendly and down to earth

Honestly, it's always been good. It's value for money so not luxurious but rather straightforward apartments. They have everything you need so there's nothing to complain about. Pool is fab too. Well looked after and good lifeguards.

Lovely hotel! Views where stunning! Loved the way their was a wall separating the beds to the lounge area!

The noise from the Kasbah was unbearable!! Found it difficult to sleep! Music went off at 5am! It's absolutely ridiculous!

Let us into apartment at midday. Good location. Only needed one night stay. Basic, clean apartment and good value for money. Bus stop at end of road by steak house ideal for airport €3.50 one way number 66 or 30.

Close to all shops, resturants, bars & clubs in Kasbah / Metro centre & next to the path down to the beach.

Great, simple, apartment. Pretty basic but great for the price.

Could have had a better view, but not really a problem.
