We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience! The property isn't brand new, but the staff is exceptional: from the reception to the waiters and the poolside bartenders, we found a team that was always smiling and made our stay very enjoyable! We opted for half-board: the food quality is very good, and there is a nice selection at every meal (with variety from one evening to the next). A special mention for Pavel, the hotel entertainer: a truly delightful person, friendly, and very positive (but never intrusive!) who entertained us during our stay with aqua aerobics, bingo, and various games. A real added value for the hotel! The hotel's location is absolutely GREAT

Some areas need some renovation

Very clean and fresh appearance. Room was comfortable and quiet and showers was fine. We were on 2nd floor and had a partial sea view from room 248. Got sun on balcony in morning. Plenty of choice of food for breakfast and evening meal (we were half board). Glad we did not go AI though. Pool was lovely and plenty of loungers. The sun went about 4pm at pool but the rooftop terrace was sunny all day. Enjoyed aqua aerobics class and had a few treatments at the spa which were all very good. We were given a voucher for half price entry to pool, sauna etc at spa but we didn’t use those facilities. Pool towels required a deposit of 10 euros each which was returned at end of stay It cost 2 Euros to get pool towel changes (water is in short supply in canaries so this is to deter unnecessary laundry). Hotel was in a great location. Plenty of supermarkets, cafe’s etc on doorstep, 5 mins walk to a nice beach (where we would go for a refreshing swim before breakfast). There is a big market just down the road on Saturdays which finishes at 2pm..worth a visit. Easy walk to Maspalomas sand dunes.

Seating in entertainment not very comfy. Need to change of invest in some cushions.

ROOM WAS SPACIOUS, AND HAS A GOOD BALCONY. WE RESERVED THE SEA VIEW WHICH WAS MORE EXPENSIVE BUT EXTRA SPECIAL. FOOD WAS EXCELLENT, FRESH AND VARIABLE. OVERALL GOOD.

INTERNET CONNECTION WAS POOR WITH NONE AVAILABLE FOR THE COMPUTER EVEN WITH THE WIFI IN OUR ROOM. STRONG INTERNET CONNECTION IS ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE GROUND FLOOR. IF YOU NEED TO USE THE INTERNET YOU MUST GO DOWNSTAIRS. SEATS WERE UNCOMFORTABLE IN THE FOYER ON GROUND FLOOR. FACILITIES FOR HANGING/STORING CLOTHES WERE LIMITED FOR TWO PEOPLE. THERE WAS NO TABLE TO SIT AT IN THE ROOM FOR WRITING AT, EXCEPT FOR ON THE BALCONY. LATTER IS FINE IF THE WEATHER IS GOOD.

The room looked newly renovated, comfortable bed, I was on 4th floor with beautiful sea view! Roof top terrace was nice with a bar. Coffee in the restaurant was best in town and even the all incl food was best of all the four hotels I've been around, wine and beer is included if you have full board. Restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception were all friendly. Hotel is near one of the main bus stops, Tropical, where you can take buses in most of the directions. I can warmly recommend this.

My refridgerator didn't work when I came, but I called reception in the evening and they changed it next morning. So thank you for reacting fast!

Room was lovely, very clean, Breakfast was plentiful and varied, very nice. Staff in restaurant very helpful and efficient. Staff at front desk was lovely, very helpful.

The dinner, there wasnt much meat available, the chef would cook 2 pieces of steak ( for example) with a queue of 8 people waiting. Dinner was from 630 to 930pm and we went down at 730pm , the meat may have hit a lull at this time but hubby likes his meat. One thing I will say was the bar man ( not at restaurant but main bar ) was to the point of rude, we asked for ice and he wanted to charge us for it......... was not impressed I must say and spoiled things at the time

Staff were so helpful, the room was as per described and the meals were great. Entertainment varied from night to night with some very good acts. Even the staff would dance or sing when passing close to the show. Special big thanks to Desiree for all her help.

The spa area was only accessible as an extra cost and for a limited length of time. We were at the Riu and it was included, so a little disappointed with that. Also room 448 has a noisy ventilation system so don't stay at that end (west end) of the building on any floor.

Spa was great, we went twice and had a couple’s massage, very reasonably price. We went all inclusive which was also good value for money. It was my partner’s birthday during our stay and they delivered a bottle of cava and chocolate to our room on the day which was lovely. Great location and close to bars and activities.

I would have like a double bed rather than 2 singles pushed together but other than that the room was lovely, clean and spacious.

Adults only- big plus Location - 5 min from beach, lovely walk from night live centre Jumbo but lots around hotel too, great communication by public transport to airport, and around island nesesery shops and cafe's just under hotel Staff-, exceptional smiling ans helpful Facilities - everything what you need and roof top solarium with bar and little pools house amazing Food - was on half board, food was amazing everyday something new so not boring at all big choices.

Hmmm nothing. Just the tip, because outside room corridors r in beautiful atrium it's can be windy sometimes so door signs flying off, on one of pics added I stick with bandaid coz we missed one of our room service and once great housekeeping enter our room. So just good tip to keep sing on.

Fantastic hotel: the hotel staff were lovely and the hotel was very clean and fresh. Our room was tastefully decorated, airy and teh beds were really comfortable. The sea view was worth the extra money. Rooms were cleaned very well everyday. Half-board was a good option as we found we only needed a coffee or ice cream to keep us going until the evening. There food was good and there were different main courses each day and lots of fresh salad and fresh fruit available. The occasional complimentary cocktail at dinner was a nice touch as was the gift of a mini box of chocolates for the New Year. The beach is only about 100m away and we enjoyed lovely long walks along the promenade and lovely beaches near by. Perhaps because of the beach location, there were always sun beds available by the pool. Also, the roof terrace was a great place to enjoy a cocktail and hang out as well. We also enjoyed the pilates, yoga and stretching classes each morning. If you want to travel to other parts of the Island it's really easy to take the local buses and the bus stops are really near the hotel. In fact, you can take bus 66 or 90 from and to the airport for just 4 euros and be dropped about 50m from the hotel in around 30 mins. Thank you Lambrada Marieta staff for such a lovely stay :)

The WiFi is limited to the reception, lounge and dining area but that seems common in many hotels from my research. However, that is not a bad thing when you are on holiday, is it?

The staff team was very friendly. Large variety of healthy food and very tasty. Cleaning on a daily basis. 24/24 reception. Beds very big and comfortable. Lovely roof bar / terrace with amazing view, with sunbeds and 2 small pools also. Apart from all they got entertainment every evening. Gym & yoga 🧘‍♀️

Quite cold water in the pool and windy coridors probably regarding building design and our January stay so a bit expected. Bad smell from the shower drainage in the morning / night time . Top terrace with sunbeds a bit crowded as only half opened during our stay.
