Amazing stay! Pretty good location close to everything you need. Wonderful and large room with a beautiful view. Food is fantastic! Congrats to the chef and his/her crew! Animation with Ms Olga is great and funny and the evening shows are spectacular! Congrats for the Flamenco Show and the Animal Show. Spa services are OUTSTANDING and the massage we did was relaxing and gorgeous! Thanks to the lady with the grey hair: she is so good at her job! Clean hotel and room with an extreme attention to all the details. Cleaning services are good and the personnel is capable and kind. Green areas and pools are just WOW. Small parking but good enough. Kind reception staff. The game room is YEAH. DO NOT forget to go up on the last floor: the view from the 8th floor is breathtaking! Fair price. All in all, you all deserve a 10/10!!

Please, change that coffee. That’s far away from our Italian espresso. A hotel of this standing cannot fail on this simple accomplishment. Some more information may be given at the reception during the check in and during the stay. Some receptionist are kind and capable (the new curly-haired girl was well trained, kind and funny)… others seem to be there just to occupy the seat and should smile a little bit more.

The staff. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. From the reception to the cleaners, 10/10. The choice of food and the dessert menu was great

The food; with the number of older people there, I was very surprised with the amount of salt in the food. Upgraded to inclusive so had all meals there and it was a choice of salty or bland or oily. And the "shot glasses" we were given get juice in the morning; nobody wants to take several trips to the juice jugs, and not a great look taking a plate of 6 glasses just to get enough juice. Maybe put allergy warnings on the food e.g. if the food has milk, seafood, gluten etc

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I took the half board, the breakfast was varied, with squeezed orange juice. The dinner was also varied with a lot of choices, grilled meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, desserts,... The Spa is really nice with an adjoining gym. The staff is really professional. The rooms are nice and comfortable. This 3 star hotel is better than many 4 star hotels I have stayed in. I highly recommend this hotel.

We did have a great time staying at this hotel, we did enjoy wide breakfast selection, fresh orange juice was real bonus, we did like dinner as much. This hotel offers few indoor activities which is why we have selected this hotel just in case if we would get caught up in bad weather. Bedroom was decent size with a decent size wardrobe where we were able to completely unpack our suitcases and put them aside. Although there are few parking spots within hotel premises but they are all taken up by the evening, in spite of that we were able to park our car outside on the street without parking restrictions for the last few days of our stay. Would book this hotel in the future.

Would have been nice if bedrooms would have had beach towels and bottled water on arrival. As a couple we didn't like 2 single beds, we understand it is due to availability, but those beds kept moving apart during the night, so we would wake up with a gap between beds, if they would clip or mattresses would zip up together would make a difference. Needed few more hangers, an iron, slippers and bathrobes would have been nice, but I'm sure that's available on request.

Everything was excellent. I had an all inclusive. I particularly liked spa (pool and floatarium) although I could not use sauna as it is nudist. The hotel has also a solarium on the roof with a small jacuzzi. There is also a games room. In addition there are plenty of sun loungers which are comfortable too. Food and cocktails were tasty. Entertainment was pretty good too with live music in the evenings. I liked the big balcony in my room overseeing the ocean. I will definitely come back again.

Sauna I was told was nudist. Hence could use only pools.

The hotel is modern, clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice, especially in the restaurant and pool bar. The food was good, it was tasty and a lot of variation. Excellent breakfast. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, as well as the balcony. The pool was big and the wellness was great. The hotel has a small parking lot.

I found a few hairs in the bathroom and some stains on the extra sheets. The towels were replaced on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. You have to pay for towels for the pool or wellness. And to wash/replace them as well. You have to pay for using the safe. It gets crowded during breakfast and dinner.

Lovely stay in a great location. Food was all tasty and staff were amazing. Made use of the facilities whilst there which could do with some upkeep; the games room was not great. The spa was wonderful however the sauna/plunge pool area is naked only which we went against and were told by a team member to not go in with any clothing on. This was quite uncomfortable for us but worth noting if using facilities here.

Great value for money! There are a lot of different activities available in the hotel, that makes the stay there very enjoyable. We loved the rooftop terrace for sunbathing and the floating at saltwater pool in the SPA area, as well as the spacious balcony in the room. Houskeeping offered to clean the room and change the towels every day during our stay. Staff at the reception was super helpful and welcoming at all times.

There was no double bed, but two separate beds pushed together that still leaves a narrow empty space in between. So we couldn't really sleep together in one bed. Besides, these beds are on wheels that are impossible to fix, so they moved a bit as well.

At the reception, about the staff, "Angel "was very kind and professional,and abled for problem solving; certainly not when It comes to girls. They should have been more Kinder. But the girl at the SPA , I don' t Remember her name,was very kind, professional, and smiling.

We got a great deal for half board. Very cheap drink, for a hotel. Nice big green area at the back for sunbathing. Friendly staff. Plenty of storage and hangers.

Food was too much of the same for my liking. Towels could be a little bigger. Make sure your fridge door closes properly. Caters more for Germans and Spanish. No English TV channels. If your not eating at the hotel, you will have to walk to find different places to eat.
