Great food, excellent entertainment staff. Hotel and Bar staff very helpful. Clean room, Towels changed everyday. Good view of the sea. Snacks available throughout the day which were great.

Unfortunately I have to mention this as it did make a difference to our experience throughout the day. The swimming pool was absolutely freezing. I didn’t see any guest last more than 2 minutes in the water. Because of this we only went swimming in the sea which believe it or not, was warmer than the pool!

Everything was excellent (food, personnel, cleaning service, etc.) I particularly liked that the room was stocked with toiletries that I normally don’t see in other hotels, such as shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, body lotion, scrub, tonic, and even a make up remover. In addition, a bath robe and slippers were provided too. A small bottle of wine on arrival was a pleasant surprise as well. And a coffee machine in the room was a bonus for early morning use. The room was very modern, soundproof (I had a very good sleep there); cleaners were super friendly, I was greeted with a smile every day, you can see that people like working there. And I had an ocean view from my balcony. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. I will be back one day again.

Pool area is near the highway road. The sun lounges were all occupied most of the time. However, I personally went to the ocean for swimming, so it did not bother me at all.

The property exceeded my expectations, the hotel is way bigger than I thought it would be. The staff are all so friendly and really hard working each and every one of them in particular Clara she was fantastic from checking us in to helping us with the bus timetable and showing us all the hotspots on the island . The hotel has 3 swimming pools (1 big pool the main one, 1 smaller and 1 kids paddle pool) the hotel rooms are modern and very spacious the hotel is SPOTLESSLY clean! They have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the main restaurant buffet style but there are options for everyone and I between the meal times and all throughout the day they have a pool snack bar which is stocked with pizzas, burgers, hotdogs, chips and fresh fruits and pastries. The 24 hour snack bar is basic but good enough for a “snack” sandwiches and cakes but you won’t ever go hungry that’s for sure! Best hotel I have stayed in Europe and I was surprised at how well they do all inclusive. Already looking at booking another stay in a few months. Value for money is 10/10 and the fact this property is only rated a 3 star is crazy very very least should be a 4 star.

The ONLY fault I have with this hotel and is a very minor one is that the swimming pool is a bit too cold but honestly it should not put anyone off as once you get your shoulders under for a minute or two you can’t tell the difference.

The hotel was extremely clean, all the staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was way better than expected with a great choice and snacks throughout the day to help yourself to. The rooms were a great size with all amenities necessary. We had a group size of 4, with 2 separate rooms and the request for the rooms to be next to each other was accommodated which was fabulous and really made a difference to our holiday.

The location was a little far out from the nightlife, but walking distance and flat. We were told that we would not be able to use the pool upon check out as our flight was in the late evening. This was disappointing, especially as we missed a day with a late arrival.

Rooms nice and celan, comfortable. Hotel looks a little dated from outside but inside is quite modern. Food was great for the price I would say. I liked also the animation team, specially the evening shows. it seemed that from the hotels around, this definetly was the best choice.

As said, the hotel looks a little old from the outside. The corridors are also visibly old. The food was good but I maybe would have liked alittle bit mora selection. There could be oranges every day since they tasted amazingly, probably because they are local.

the Hotel is very clean, the food is good, the staff is super efficient and the inside is pretty and renovated. All inclusive is really ALL inclusive.

the building at first sight looks a bit old and, just behind the structure, close to the swimming pool where guests eat, drink and take the sun there's a sort of freeway with a bus stop.. Fortunately, the area is limited by wood-made panels and it's not easy to appreciate the close proximity of cars and vehicles.

Staff very friendly and helpful room clean & all mod cons (Kettle fridge good hairdryer TV balcony) beds very comfortable. Room cleaned every day, linen towels changed regularly. Restaurant- plenty of staff great choice of foods for breakfast & Dinner ( didn't really use it during lunchtime) there were snacks & drinks available all day . Pool area clean and plenty of sunbeds available and in good conditions. Seems to be plenty of activities organised during day. Very close to a lovely beach so we went there every day. again clean sunbeds in good condition great swimming !! Nightly entertainment but not really interested in that. The Spa was excellent we had a couple massages and a facial very good and enjoyed it . would definitely go back. Big plus was staff very friendly and on the ball .

Poor coffee in main Restaurant - really poor - maybe to make you buy Nespresso for 1,70 during breakfast Staff is not reacting for reservation of sun beds - some turists are do it before breakfast and not appearing there for hours Now before high season weekends are really full, dificullt to enjoy dinner…

Everything, was amazing from start to finish . Our first night ( Friday) we had the nicest prawns i couldn’t stop eating them! Followed by roast lamb veg and mash with a mint gravy sauce! Was so good . Rooms were lovely and clean and comfy . No race for sunbeds was plenty to go around nice pool bar snacks available through the day . Lovely kind workers

Pools a bit cold

If someone reserved a sun bed with their towel, the staff removed it, which was awesome! All inclusive was good, there were snacks through the whole day.
