The hotel staff were all friendly and very helpful and the hotel management should be proud of them. The room was refurbished and had a sea view as I had requested. The room was a good size with a kitchenette. The breakfast and dinners were buffet style with plenty of choice. Towels were provided for the beach/pool by paying a refundable deposit. There is an Italian restaurant just by the hotel (Il Duomo) which is very good. Beach is easy to walk to and has sun loungers and parasols (payment is by card only).

Extras such as drinks have to be paid for as you go along rather than being paid for all in one go at checkout. Quality of wine wasn't the best. Guests were a mixture of nationalities but the week we were there, quite a lot of them needed to learn how to smile!

Great location with the beach two minutes walk. Very friendly and super helpful staff. Breakfast and dinner both had very good selections of food which was hot, fresh and tasty.

My room was an "economy studio" on level 1. It was dated but clean. No sea view but I didn't mind as hearing the breaking waves occasionally was a perfect substitute. Last time here I had a renovated room on level 4. A "standard studio" and it was stunning with spectacular views.

Was first checked in to a horrible smelly old fashioned room that I didn't book. Was only transfered 2 days later as they said they were fully booked. Staff wasn't very helpful. During the stay I felt sick and asked the receptionist to call the doctor as I had heart problems. It turned later that they called private ambulance and I was admitted to the private hospital not public and wasn't even aware of that till i had to pay a bill of nearly 2000 EUR for the treatment! No-one at the hotel knew why they called the private ambulance

Very calm but central location. 2 mins walking distance from the nearest beach Veril. Bus station "Beverly park" 2-3 min. Price of a bus ticket to the airport is 3.50 euros.There is a supermarket on the first floor of the hotel. Car rental is 100 meters from the hotel. Gas station on the main street, very close too. Very good breakfast and good coffee. The beds are not big but comfortable. Some rooms are separated from the others and have the best view of the ocean.

The hotel has renovated rooms and old rooms. There are no free sockets in the old rooms. You have to move the bed to charge the phone. There is no electric kettle in the kitchenette. The working hours of the pool are from 10.00 - 18.00. I would love to swim in the pool in the evening, but it's closed :( The hotel should extend the pool opening hours. A safe in the room is available for an additional fee.

Two minute walk to the closest beach. Everything in Maspalomas was accessible from the hotell by walking. The hotell hosted a supermarket and a morning to night restaurant which was ok! The location of the hotell and the street outside made it easy to park a rental car even though the hotell did not host any own parking spots.

The noise reduction in the rooms could be better, our neighbours unfortunately got stomach sickness from which the sound also ruined some of our nighs. There was also some WiFi struggles but the hotell sorted that out in less than a day!

The location was alright, close to the beach, however some restaurants we're within walking distance. The shop and restaurant right at the hotel were useful in the cases where lazy kicks in.

The bed mattress was not great. I would recommend getting more firmer bed mattress

Not quite understanding why this property has only two stars considering the facilities. The hotel is well positioned between Playa del Ingles and San Agustin with a pleasant beach walk to either, just five minutes to the beach. There is a Buffet Restaurant within the hotel and an Italian on site and also a Supermarket. The pool was nice and clean, with a lifeguard on duty daily and the breakfast buffet had a good choice for all.

We had a couple of issues within the room and feel that possibly things may need a little TLC but this did not detract from our enjoyment. You get what you pay for and we were happy with the outcome of our report of the grievances to Reception.

We had a nice room, which was comfortable and a good size. It looks to have been recently refurbished. The room we had (203) a had a partial sea view, although there was many rooms with a good sea view (higher floors) The breakfast was OK, the pool area nice, with good sun beds. We managed to get a sun bed when we stayed, there was a Life Guard there, and he would question Guests if he thought they were leaving towels on sun beds to save them. On the outskirts, not much local without a walk,. There is an Italian Restaurant there, which seemed popular, but we did not get around to trying it. Other Restaurants about 10 minutes walk. We had a Maid Service 6 days a week. The Hotel took Covid safety restrictions seriously. Overall it was good value, and would stay again.

Reception Staff could have been a bit friendlier and helpful. The price of the Safe was 15 euros for a week, which I thought was expansive.

Staff was very accomodating, smiling and helpful Charming hotel, looks bit dated but very nice refurbished rooms, nice breakfastbuffet, swimming pool, bar, supermarket downstairs. We've really enjoyed our stay here!

It is close to the beach, but bit of a walk to restaurants and bars. You can walk along the seaside promenade though, so it is actually enjoyable.
