Me and my partner are so glad that we stayed here. It was our first time in Gran Canaria. The hotel is so nice, very comfortable. The staff is amazing and very friendly! Especially i would like to thank Kristina. She was so lovely and very helpful. We stayed in one-Bedroom Apartment with a terrace. We had everything that we need. It was nice to sit in our terrace and enjoy our drinks and the pool views. The location is so good. There is a big shopping centre just behind the hotel. You can find 2 supermarkets and many cafes&restaurants. The beach is literally front of the hotel and it's stunning. Bus stop and taxi station are only 5 min walking away. Definitely we will stay there again!

Lovely friendly small apartment complex. Apartments were very clean and spacious. Sunbeds were always available. The apartments are very quiet with no entertainment or pool music, perfect if you just want to relax and chill or use as a base. We felt it was very safe and secure with key access on all the gates. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Spar supermarket is located across the road in the shopping centre. Restaurants and bars are also located in the shopping centre although it wasn’t our choice to use them, we preferred to walk along the front for about 20/30 minutes to the many restaurants there. Taxi back was 5/6€. The bus stop was on the main road at the far side of the shopping centre, we used this to visit other resorts along the coast. Would highly recommend. We felt the apartments offered excellent value for money and included little extras like pool towels and dressing gowns, that you usually only get in larger 4* hotels. Would love to return at some point for some more winter sunshine.

The beds! Mattresses were very soft, more like a piece of foam and pillows were not much better. All the bedding could probably do with renewing.

We stayed in Flores that is a separate apartment managed by the same team. Stunning view from your balcony we enjoyed our breakfasts on. Very quiet, we have all necessary appliances /kitchenware you need, very clean, very well maintained, we have two cleaning during our week stay. Every morning you find fresh bread outside your door that was very nice. On top we were offered a late checkout without any surcharge - that was really appreciated. Very nice ladies are taking care of you and facilities. Definitely recommend for those who want to avoid crowds at big hotels and want to have privacy and peace.

The Flores apartment we stayed is located on the 2 floor, stair to climb - if you have a heavy luggage there is an obstacle, possibly Carolina has someone to assist. Sometimes parking might be an issue nearby Flores but we always managed to find a place within 5 min walking distance. Beds were too soft for us, but that is rather subjective.

Beautiful, comfortable, well equipped and furnished apartments. Excellent location with sea views, next to shops, restaurants, and beaches. Lovely garden, pool area and outdoor seating. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Nothing to dislike.

We booked for 1 night. We were extremely pleased, to have come across this gem of a place, that we decided to book for another 2 nights. Katalina greeted us with a huge smile. On our first day. The 2 bedroom apartment was well equipped, with modern decor and breathtaking views of the sea. Our next 2 days we stayed at the 1 bedroom suite, due to availability. The friendly receptionist, Oliver greeted us at reception. Gave us pool towels & offered us tea coffee or drinks from the fridge that they provide for guests to purchase. Once checked in the room was outstanding a comfortable bed and all mod cons. A breathtaking view of the pool & sea from our lounge area. With the beach so close offering a beach bar & restaurants we thought it offered everything. We definitely want to come back. They also leave fresh bread outside your room in the morning, which is a lovely touch.

Quiet, great location, very clean. professionally run. Everything needed for a self catering holiday. Great support from reception. Security at night. Air Con if required. Fresh bread delivered every day to your door. View.

Noise at night ( particularly sat/sun) from the club in the commercial centre.

location, quite al around.

the dubbe bed existed out of 2 single boxsprings, because there so light the bed kept sliding away from each other. maybe a dubbel top or something to fix the legs together would solve allot.

Spotlessly clean with beautiful gardens and location looking out over the Atlantic. Great for walks along the promenade and very central for buses and taxis or to restaurants. The staff here are the jewel in the crown...they are all so friendly, hardworking, helpful and genuinely committed to making the guests holiday the best it can be.

Nothing...other than I had to come home!

The location was great for us since we didn’t have a car and could walk to lots of restaurants, a grocery store and the beach. The hosts were very nice and helpful.,

The queen bed wa really 2 twins pushed together, and kept sliding apart.

Lovely accommodation with friendly staff, receptionist stayed beyond her shift to greet us after our delayed flight. The owners were really helpful, and all the other guests really friendly (with many guests who return each year). Accommodation is quiet and peaceful, not too crowded, so always room near the pool :) Fresh bread rolls left hanging on the door each morning is a lovely touch (thank you) - wish we'd have stayed for longer.
