Really good apartment for such a low price. It was good with two rooms. Netflix worked. I liked that it was so private, so you could really calm down. It felt safe and good cleaning. Sunbeds and the yard was nice. I liked the possibility to eat breakfast on the terrace. Fresh shower and beds. Coffemachine, microwave and toaster was also a plus. It was easy to cook breakfast and lunch. Good location, near restaurants and the beach!

A would have liked a hairdryer, but I managed to survive without it :)

Highly recommend these apartments. Easy access by collecting keys from lockbox at entrance. Extremely comfortable beds and pillows (best we've slept in). Great shower. Sofa a little uncomfortable. Pool area great, but mostly in shade by 4pm (late February). Lovely balcony, but also in shade. Exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking in quite area. Shops close by. Great boardwalk all the way to Playa Del Ingles.

The apartment is really modern and spotlessly clean with every amenity you could need in a self catering apartment. The wifi and shower are really good & the beds are comfortable. Checking in and out was made very easy by a dedicated professional host & also special mention to the cleaning staff who are really thorough & do a great job. The location is also perfect in my opinion. There are a choice of two beautiful quiet beaches within a nice 10 minute stroll with several good quality restaurants and supermarkets also very close by. I liked the fact that the location is beautifully clean and peaceful & so laid back but you also have Bus stops a 5 minute walk away were you can cheaply hop on a bus to any of the more touristy parts of the island.

Convenient location in San Augustin, on walking distance from the beach and the mall. We liked the apartment, furnishing was basic but all the necessary amenities and kitchen equipment were there for a nice short stay. We liked the lay-out of the apartment block, so each apartment has its own outside area but still has privacy. Check-in with a locker code was convenient since we could check in at any time. Good value for money.

Apartment was clean, modern and spacious with all necessaties. Pool area was kept tidy, feels very private and was quiet on our visit. Location is ideal, close to beach, restaurants and easy transport if you want to explore further. Absolutely would recommend!

Beautiful clean accommodation , fantastic area to stay in c, lose to the beach with all the facilities you need in an apartment , with nice pool area to sunbathe at. Lovely friendly owner who came and introduced himself to us , I would highly recommend these apartments xx

Ignore the dodgy reviews . I was worried but need not have been the apartment was clean and very comfortable indeed . Vicktor was so helpful and access to the property was easy because of excellent communication . Buses go everywhere from outside and they are easy to work out . €3.50 to airport

nothing the owners can change . it makes me laugh when people criticise the lack on sun on their balcony .

It's amazing location, about 5 min walk to the beach. Clean, comfortable. Close to the shops, around 10 min walk. Recommend 10/10. I think price is to low 😅

Lovely clean modern apartments with a fully equipped kitchen great shower & comfortable beds. Very convenient location close to shops, beaches, restaurants with bus and taxi services to explore the island a 5 minute walk away. I would highly recommend New Miami Playa Apartmentos on value for money, comfort and location.

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the sea. Nice little patio, as well as shared outdoor area with loungers and little pool too.

It may just be a small thing, but it's a shame that there are no thin curtains / blinds that can be half-opened, as there is no way to have privacy, either in living room or bedroom, without having the thick curtains closed, which makes the apartment (1B) very dark!
