Good size for 4 adults & an infant. Easy access to the pool, restaurant and the beach. Quiet & peaceful. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, good view through trees & rooftops to the sea. Adequate cooking facilities, comfortable beds. Good to have cleaning supplies, toilet paper & towels supplied & refreshed. Great bonus to have a cleaner come in every second day.

We would have liked a bigger terrace with grass/astroturf surface for the baby to crawl on and not had steps up to the apartment but these are minor niggles. Overall we couldn’t fault the place. We wish we had been informed about the Solarium roof terrace - we did not find out about that until our last morning.

If you want to spend quality time with family & friends with a stunning view of the sea then this is the place to go. We had a beautiful sea view apartment that was so close to the ocean,, we wanted to stay longer listening to the sound of the waves morning, noon & night. The staff were so friendly,from reception staff, the manager & his lovely dog Alex, lovely food in the restaurant served by the friendliest man who was very welcoming. The upkeep of the apartments , the grounds and the surrounding areas was held to an extremely high standard. Everywhere was so clean. Our kids loved the pool & then we had the option to go to the beach aswell. We cant wait to return to Acapulco & we feel so well rested after our stay.

The holiday complex is on a very steep hill n the bus stop n the beach was at the bottom. To get up or down was a climb. I have an arthritc knee n I found the walk difficult. A car or taxi for someone with a greater mobility problem would be a must.

Front line ocean view. Super apartment with everything you need. Shop nearby. Ground floor has huge terraces. Nice quiet pool. Sun deck on roof to catch last rays of sun at end of the day.

Be aware that not all the apartments have equal ocean view: from ours we can enjoy only a “little slice” because we have first line apartments in front of us! This didn’t correspond with photos of our reservation.

We love this resort: all members of staff are super friendly, receptionists are multi-lingual, everywhere is spotless. new solarium is lovely. Plus the location is ideal in that it's a 15 min walk to San Augustin or half an hour walk in the other direction to the wind surf school and all the cafes and restaurants there. There's a wee pizza place 20m away and a very popular corner cafe about 150m. The best food is in Thai restaurant Sa Waa Dee, opposite the Spar, which also comes with a crazy golf course (which is too difficult!). SWD also have a restaurant in Maspalomas but it's not the colourful experience as the one in San Augustin.

There's nothing we don;t like about this resort. It's wonderful.

Lovely apartment on the ground floor with a sea view! Thank you Acapulco for the upgrade! Acapulco Ocean View does have a great view, literally just on top of the cliff overlooking the sea. There is a newly created walkway in front of the apartments, along the cliff top with steps down to the beach. This was just being finished during our stay. It is clean, well made and not very busy so you are not bothered by lots of people walking by. Apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean. The soundproofing that is mentioned in the property details works really well and made for a wonderful, peaceful holiday. In fact the main sound the entire week was the sound of the waves hitting the rocks below us - lovely way to fall asleep. Importantly - the bed was comfortable with good bedding and a spacious shower that always had hot water. The staff were all really warm, friendly, professional and helpful. Big thanks to Christian at reception, Michael in the restaurant, and Lolli who cleaned our room beautifully during our stay.

Great location with sea views from all the apartments. Both the apartment and the complex were spotless. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of San Agustin, but within easy reach by foot. It is private and not overlooked.

Unfortunately the council was repairing the beach path which runs alongside the complex, causing quite a bit of building noise from 7:30 on working days. So there is a continuous background noise if you stay in the complex during the day. However, this is not the Acapulco's fault. And once it's done, it should be quiet and there will direct access to the beach.

The location is very quiet. It is probably suitable for older guests.

The one huge grumble is the TV. Your website says satellite television. This may strictly be true but to advertise this in the UK is a nonsense. The fact is that there are about 10 Spanish channels and 5 German ones - not one English channel. This means that guests from the English speaking world eg UK, America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand etc, have no access to television. A polite enquiry at reception produced a shrug of the shoulders. This glaring omission slightly spoils what is otherwise a very pleasant resort.

It was quiet, no one bothered with us at all , accommodation was very roomy and clean, the beds were amazing and sooooo soft best night sleep. Staff were friendly and couldn't fault the place at all. We would definitely come back. restaurant was a bit small but the food was delicious and the waiters were very friendly Overall we were very happy with this accommodation. 😊 hopefully we be back next year...
