Great customer service, polite receptionist and all other staff. Lovely place, amaizing views, not too far from airport circa half an hour by bus. Amaizing food in the restaurant (both breakfast and diner)

It's a small town not many attractions but still nice and cosy. The open swiming was really open... to the ocean... waves were too strong and ocean still cold. Water in swimming pool was also cold alhough some were bathing. We managed to get tanned and even buned the skin however swimming conditions not great. We went to playa Amadores which was lovely one of the days, water was bit regulated and therefore not as cold but still bit chilly during Easter time.

Our original superior room was awful—it was on the first floor, directly in front of the bar, with no view and nothing appealing about it. We had to pay for an upgrade and negotiate hard, as they initially claimed no rooms were available. Thankfully, we managed to switch (otherwise, we would have left) to a two-room apartment on the 4th floor for an additional fee. The new room was much better—spacious, clean, and even had a bath on the balcony. The view was still limited, with palm trees blocking the ocean, but it was an improvement. The hotel itself feels outdated, though the surrounding area is beautifully maintained.

The breakfast options were quite limited. We had previously stayed at a smaller hotel with a much wider selection. Unfortunately, the pool is not heated therefore it was very cold in January. Our kid got ill after swimming in it.

We loved so many things about the hotel: 1. Friendly and helpful staff at reception 2. Entertaining animation for kids and adults by Joel 3. Swimming pools and jacuzzi 4. The hotel is not overcrowded 5. Calm and relaxing atmosphere 6. Great views over the ocean 7. Spacious rooms 8. Cleaning services in the hotel 9. Birthday wishes and a bottle of wine as a birthday gift from the hotel 10. Convenient location - just one bus stop from the airport

The direct access to the beach would be lovely. It doesn't really take long to walk around the hotel to get to the beach, but still..

a big apartment with kitchen and a big bathroom. plenty of free parking places in the streets around teh hotel. Nice reception lady that changed our frist room which was very close to the bar and pool to a higher floor one.

The airconditioning is only available in the bedroom, if plan in using the sofa bed in the living room, it gets very warm in the living room with windows closed and no air conditioning. Opening the window brought in many insects, so we ended uo moving the sofa bed also to the bedroom and everybody speeping in the bedroom. There could be insect nets on some of the windows and terrace door to make it possible to open it during the night.

I love the place so much, and I love the staff and all the people who are running this resort it's a place I would even stay forever cause I love it so much I am now thinking about moving right in this area because it's so lovely and I will come every year once or twice because I love it so much thankyou.

There was a receptionist she got a bit nasty cause my card declined and then started to be really horrible with me that was my only problem after me being there all week I had such a lovely time amd she was so horrible because of my bank card amd it wasn't my fault this thing happens sometimes it can happen to anyone.

1. Green territory with a lot of palms 2. Sea view from all (I guess) apartments 3. Large room area (Superior One-Bedroom Apartment) and rather well equipped 4. Car parking area just in front of the hotel entrance 5. Food quality is quite good but the choice is not very varied 6. Few own swimming pools 7. Helpful and friendly staff

1. Room interior requires some renovation, especially bathroom facilities 2. Children's playground has been dismounted 3. There is no own hotel beach acceptable for safe swimming 4. Water in local swimming pools is even colder than in the ocean (suppose because of the winter season) 5. During the dinner you have to pay for any drinks, even for normal water 6. Few last nights we were suffer from a strange sound from some technical system. But even hotel staff can't find the reason for that. My advice - do not take the first floor, since there is a service floor under.

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Blue Bay Beach Club. The apartment was large, clean and extremely comfortable. The views were stunning. We stayed half-board and found there to be a good range of choice everyday. However, what really made our stay were the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff at the accommodation, particularly the restaurant and bar staff. Thank you for a lovely stay. If we visit Gran Canaria again, we will return.

Amazing pool area protected by the structure of the building against the wind. Beautiful architecture with ocean views. The food was also quite good and the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! We also had a hot tub on our balcony which was just the perfect way to end the days with a beautiful view of the starry night sky above. I would definitely recommend this hotel and return there myself.

I thought the hotel could have facilitated more entertainment such as games and other activities.

Staff friendly and helpful, apartments spacious and adequately equipped. Lovely pool and area surrounding with stunning sea view from balcony.

Definitely apartments need an uplift… fresh paint and broken fixtures (skirting boards for example) need repair. Also on our stay we couldn’t access the beach from pool apparently due to broken steps and alternative route was hilly and rocky and generally undoable.

The staff was helpful and nice. Location is OK. Swimming pool area was nice but it was under construction part of it.

The hotel need a refurbishment. Door handles are broken tiles broken, kitchen units broken, lots of water damage, cracks on the wall. Not sure how many start hotel is this but this point I could give maximum 2 stars.
