We stayed for two weeks at the end of June with a family of 5, this is our second time staying here. The bungalows are beautiful. So many facilities and amazing staff! In particular, bar staff Dina and the animation team Max, Roberto, Bene and Patrick made our stay phenomenally fun. The location is great too, with loads to do in and out of the hotel. The food was also amazing with so many options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Couldn’t have asked for a better holiday.

Everything was perfect.

Sol Barbacan was brilliant. Our Kids loved it and we did too. The mini club was a huge hit with our young family (4, 7 and 9). Kids disco in the evening always went down well. It's not all about families though, as most of the hotel guests are elderly and the overall vibe is slightly older, but that was fine for us and would be fine for most people. In general it is a quiet place and there is a gap between young families, and then 70+ year olds, no groups of young friends. The daily entertainment provided by the Animation team was excellent. Lunch at the pool bar was affordable and very nice, filled a spot. For dinner in the evenings there are dozens of decent restaurants within 5 minutes walk of the Hotel - special mention to the Greek Village which was the best restaurant in our view. The pools are heated which was perfect for February. The breakfast was very good.

Noting negative comes to mind.

The apartment was very nice and comfortable with a terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The kitchen in the apartment was fully equipped with everything you would need. There is daily housekeeping until 15:30 and they provide cleaning and fresh towels.

It could get a bit noisy in the morning with someone screaming and singing through a loud speaker to motivate people in the pool exercising. It only lasts for 1 hour but it is very loud and especially if you are trying to relax on the terrace enjoying your morning with a cup of coffee.

Property was spacious, bungalows were great, and we enjoyed a lot the pools. The staff was fantastic, Stephen from the bar was super charismatic and his cocktails hit the spot! The breakfast team energy (Sarah, Nisa and Pili) was contagious and set us up to a great start!

Some areas were easily accessible for families with buggies or small kids (lots of stairs to the reception/ street level - and a very heavy door to the ramp to reach the street level)

Very nice hotel with good location in Playa del Ingles. We stayed in a bungalow which was perfect for 4-5 people. Very good breakfast with a nice selection of good meat, cheese, fruit and bread. Nice and clean pool area.

The price for the hotel is on the high end.

Staff was really care taking. Pools are clear and bungalows have nice terrace and garden good for kids to play

Bungalows closed to main street and restaurant are very laud, nr 1 specially. Location is good but closest beachfront is 15-20 walk.

The Hotel was beautiful and really very clean. It was great to get fresh towels every day for the pool and also for the rooms. The staff we all so pleasant and nothing was a problem. As a family of 5 we loved it there

The breakfast was excellent. However, there was confusion regarding the booking. We had booked with the intention that breakfast was included. Apparently, it was not

We have stayed here before and it was as good as we remembered. All the staff were helpful, polite and knowledgeably. We feel we must take this opportunity to make a special mention to Luca one of the children's club entertainers. We would like to thank him for making our grandson Harry's holiday special and memorable. He enjoyed all the entertainment that was put on by the hotel expecially the pool mat in the afternoon. The staff were good and polite. Great location with all that is required for a weeks stay. The bungalow was a great size and roof terrace was used a lot.

€50 was stolen out of our room. This was then returned folded up into a square and within a sweet wrapper. It was advised that this as found outside the bungalow. This was off the back of me complaining that it had went missing in the first place. The €50 note was left on the table inside the bungalow as we were on the terrace, the maid came in and after she left it had disappeared. After I complained about this, we were advised it was found outside. This was a cover up, and due to this, would not return. Shocking that staff would steal and then a cover up story be advised to the paying guest.
