I've always looked at this hotel and wondered what it was like, so I took the plunge. I've been in a number of apartment hotels in Playa del Ingles, and was one of the better ones. Clean and well-appointed, well equipped kitchen area. Plenty of electrical outlets - you might need to bring an extra adaptor! And I have slept on some terrible beds in the past, with mattresses as soft a marshmallow, but my bed had a nice firm mattress, for which my back gives great thanks. And lastly of course, an excellent location.

I don't really have any negative things to say. They offer a late checkout if avilable: my flight home wasn't until 20.25 so I enquired about this, but unfortunately the hotel was fully booked. However, they let me sit in the cool of the lobby until it was time to catch the bus, even offered a shower. So even a negative they turned into a positive.

Second visit to this hotel and will return. Staff very helpful and friendly. Daily maid service (except Sunday). Location is excellent. Central to local facilities and very close to main bus route stops; ideal for visiting local and outlying areas. Pool area excellent with sunshine throughout the day. Pool bar offers good and reasonably priced food and drinks. Rooms on the smaller size but have all the necessary utensils etc for limited self catering. Washing up liquid and cleaning cloths provided. Reasonable sized supermarket within 50 yards. Comfortable bed and excellent shower. Hot water constant. Limited soap and shampoo provided. Good amount of storage space for 2 people.

Some signs of wear and tear in room 219. Cracked tiles in bathroom, grubby tile grout etc but nothing too significant. Having to pay extra for the safe. Common practise but always seems to be detrimental to the impression of the hotel. Air conditioning is also subject to extra fee but not needed when we visited at end of February.

Close to the Yumbo centre and transportation. Full of sexy hot men, reception staff were hot too,

The first floor is quite noisey with traffic and the cleaners talking to loud.

The staff is excellent all of them. This is our third time in the hotel.

The sofa is terrible with plastic. The bed broke down in the middle of the night, but was fixed quickly next day. We think that the carpenter forgot to fasten the most og the screws in the kitchen.

A very warm welcome on arrival by front of house receptionist Elena. She was very helpful and a charming person. The apartment was indeed above expectation. Very clean, excellent amenities and a very comfortable bed. Great location too. My first occasion to stay at the MUR Buenos Aires, have stayed few times at MUR Neptuno. I will be returning to MUR Buenos Aires on my next visit which will be soon. I recommend the MUR Buenos Aires for a great stay whether for a few days or for longer.

The location is great for the Yumbo Centre and all of the bars and restaurants. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was an apartment style with separate lounge area, so nice and roomy. The property is older, a bit dated and shows it’s age in some areas but is generally well maintained and the pool area is a great sun trap!

The finish of the bathroom was a little rough but nothing major. We opted for breakfast and lunch but didn’t use this much as the food quality was pretty poor (even for this class of hotel).

pool area was great, plenty of sunbeds. room was fine, tv channels were mostly non English, balcony with pool view but a little small. breakfast was excellent, staff were friendly

a lot of noise from nearby yumba centre which seee med to be a gay area of town, as was the rest of the town.

I loved how convenient it was to the Yumbo centre. I was exceptionally impressed when they delivered a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and flowers to my room for my birthday! Thank you! Had no issue with my guests.

I was not a fan of the sofa, as it was very rough but, at least I was not on it most of the time. I’m not sure if I was blind but I had no air con so it got very warm in the room.

Absolutely fab location for where we wanted and was very happy with it all in general.

Facilities would have been a very smiley face however, I paid for a Room with Air Conditioning but not sure if it was the Work going on or whether the Air Conditioning needed some maintenance, it was only blowing out Ambient Air and therefore times in Bed were a bit uncomfortable.

The property was in an excellent location Kept very well maintained and clean from the view outside. The maids were vigorously cleaning outside areas to keep to a very high standard.

Nothing to say I disliked. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others that it is Excellent.
