All the adults only Suites have recently been refurbished, and the main building + fitness clubs too, where all the machines are brand new and high end Technogym. On the first day we had a electrical issue with our kids (young adults) bungalows, the staff found a very quick solution and upgraded them to similar suites as ours, including all inclusive upgrade.

The entrance of the adults only is a little far from the main hotel (restaurant area), but this should be resolved with the end of the ongoing works in the bungalows area.

Everything was great. Super clean, nice atmosphere. Great facilities, heated pool. The food was really good too, lots of choices. Entertainment in the evening too.

The beds were too firm for me and my partner. Really sore back in the mornings. Noise carried through from the neighbours in the morning but nothing excessive. We were half board and I didn't like that we had to pay for water or soft drinks with our evening meals. But other than that it was great. I would recommend and stay again.

1st time staying at this property stayed in a studio bungalow it was our anniversary, the room was clean and what I would have expected, but was greeted with a bottle of sparkling wine and chocolates, lovely touch and was appreciated. The pool area was lovely well laid out and plenty of room, the all inclusive at this hotel didn’t disappoint, there was a great choice every day including a barbecue night, same with the drinks on offer , all the staff from reception to the chefs, waiters/ waitresses, cleaners and the entertaining team were polite always helpful a lovely bunch to of people. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again.

only one male bar staff he was rude and not very polite he was only there in the evening towards the end of holiday. I put it down to he did not like his job. all the other staff where amazing

Tasty food in all-inclusive option; good choice of multilanguage TV channels; animals living on the property (peacocks, rabbit and cat); live animations and shows each day; good location 1.2 km from the beach and 600m from a bus stop with buses around the island and directly to the airport

Very poor internet coverage with service not functioning at all during our whole 4-day stay; staff should be more friendly (especially during breakfast/lunch/supper); uncomfortable beds

Been to Gran Canaria for many years, first time staying at HL Miraflor Suits Hotel . Have to say it was the best hotel I've stayed in yet. Modern, clean, super friendly and in a great location, WiFi supper speedy. Food was great, lots of choice. Drinks menu had everything on! Will definitely be back

The Hotel was in an excellent Location Lovely layout with individual studios and bungalows set in beautiful gardens with beautiful pool area.The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.Would definitely go back.Food was very good.

If traveling.Would recommend the bungalows rather than studios as they are v small .We went for studio but too small , got an upgrade for a very fair price.we were delighted with extra space.

Great outdoor indoor feeling, cozy bungalows, exotic trees and plants in the garden, good buffet food selection. Overall this is an ideal location that combines both relaxing atmosphere with possibility to enjoy every entertainment the city has to offer.

The chalet we booked wasn't ready so we were upgraded to a chalet with it's own private terrace. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good.

A few snagging issues on the new bungalows like air conditioning that only worked with the door open. But I'm sure they'll be sorted
