Excellent friendly place to stay, bungalows spacious and staff super friendly, location is excellent, quiet area and good parking facilities

Pool is not the cleanest, the baby pool is especially dirty with mud marks all around it and dirt all inside of it, little bugs in the kitchen area of the bungalow, the fridge and cupboards had to use cleaning spray to kill them this is a daily issue, cleanliness of bungalow not the cleanest and needs deep clean of the stairs, cupboards, under beds, but for a 1 star hotel it's liveable and can't complain for the price paid, it just needs some TLC, also requested baby high chair thay came filthy had to clean it all ourselves

I admit I chose Parquemar based on price: my preferred selections had shot up in price. But I was delighted by my room, the location, and the overall tranquility: it's very VERY peaceful and quiet. (Didn't seem to be any kids. It was awesome!) The pool is great, there was no issue getting a sunlounger, and the staff were helpful. The reception is genuinely 24 hours, which was great as my flight was horrifically delayed. The beds are moderately comfortable. The bathroom was clean and simple (although you can't have a long shower as each room has its own little hot water tank). I had a balcony with a view of Playa del Ingles, and plenty of sun all day if I chose. It's well located and not too far to the beach or the Yumbo.

I wasn't a huge fan of the pillows. A desk would have been great too but that's a personal preference.

I booked this very last minute after my original booking in another place was cancelled just as we left for the airport! I didn't have time to even read reviews. This is a 1 star resort and for the money was brilliant! Staff are so polite, accommodation very clean, gardens well kept and in a central location. There was no aircon- as mentioned in description- but we didn't need it. It was nice and cool inside so don't let that put you off. You can also rent aircon per day if needed anyway. Central location, supermarket a minute down the road on foot. A nice stroll to beach about 15 mins. We had a 2 bed 1 bathroom house facing the pool. I think we might have been disappointed if we had been facing outwards onto neighbouring hotels. I would return but would book directly with Parquemar in future. If you are used to 4/5 star hotels, this is not for you. For a budget friendly break you can't go wrong!

Great location and lovely bungalows

No washing machine, cooker or air-con - for longer stays would be good if they could have these options in some of the bungalows even at a higher price - looking to next year I'm less likely to stay because these facilities are not available.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is great — quiet, peaceful, and very relaxing. The atmosphere is calm and perfect for a restful vacation. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There are bars, shops, and bus stops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. We stayed in a studio room in the main building, which was ideal for two people — cozy, comfortable, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quiet and enjoyable getaway!

This is the 3rd year we have come to the property, like the location, like the bungalows with their own terrace/garden. The bungalows on the whole are spacious and comfortable. Pool area is comfortable with comfortable sun loungers. The staff from reception, housekeeping, maintenance are all really friendly and create a nice friendly atmosphere.

Although there have been some recent minor updates the bungalows are in need of some updating, and definitely need maintenance and painting inside. I don’t want this to be a negative on the housekeeping staff as they were fantastic! did a good job and were so friendly but the attention to cleaning could be improved. mainly focusing on true deep cleaning between customers, grout (floor tiles, and bathrooms) corners, high dusting, dust behind furniture etc. pool could also do with some maintenance. This wouldn’t stop me staying here again and I would. The positives really outweigh these few negatives

The staff were excellent all round. The staff at the desk always greeted you with a smile and the cleaners and maintenance staff always said hello whenever you passed them. Nothing was ever too much trouble for them. The cleaners did a fabulous job. We loved that there was no rush in the morning to get a sun lounger. The pool was always clean and floats were allowed for my children to play with. The grounds were well maintained. An added bonus that I didn’t expect which was really appreciated was that they provided a high chair for my 8 month old baby.

The only small negative was if you weren’t careful with crumbs of foods, you got ants. However they did provide a spray and we just used the bins all around the place instead the one in the apartment so we barely got any. It wouldn’t put us off staying again. As there is no air conditioning, hiring a fan helped greatly especially at night. Only 10 euro for a week which we thought was very reasonable.

Can’t fault this place, we paid £200 each for 7 nights and had a studio apartment. It was all very clean, and we had a maid come every day and gave us clean towels, new toilet roll, took all of our rubbish away etc which doesn’t always happen with self catering places. It’s not the biggest room in the world but absolutely fine for 2 people and definitely has everything you need and we had a big corner balcony which was great. No aircon but the fan i the room is very strong. The staff were all super friendly and not one of them would pass without saying hello. The apartments and bungalows are in a lovely setting with nice gardens and plants and the pool area is large with lots of sunbeds. There is a great supermarket a 5 min walk away and the yumbo centre less than 10 mins walk away. Also we realised there is a bus stop a 5 min walk away that takes you right to the airport for €3.50. We thought this place was great and well worth the money, it was a lovely relaxing setting and the main thing for us was how clean it all was. Would definitely return.

The Amazing Duplex 2 bedrooms Apartments where lovely, clean & well kept. The pool & sunbathing area was good The location was great & a short walk to Local nightlife. 5- 10 min short walk down to Yumbo Centre. ( €4.25 in Taxis From Yumbo )

Nothing in General everything was great. Only thing that would be good would be a small pool Bar or similar to have a coffee in Morning & a few drinks in afternoon.

This apartment had its own toilet and shower room on both levels. It was well equipped. It was close to bus stops for touring the island and less than ten minutes walk to Yumbo Centre. Wonderful decent sized pool with plenty of sun loungers. Lots of restaurants very close

Loud drilling and hammering next door as early as 8.30am. It was a private apartment though and management said they will deal with it, to ensure it doesn't happen again.
