Room had pool garden view. Great location for local buses. Food, especially the China man's was delicious! Entertainment in the garden every night by professional singers and musicians with optional dancing.

Would have liked small addition of fruit compôte for breakfast ie littlte jars of fruit with yoghurt snd granola on top.

The facilities were really good. There is lots to do on-site (mini golf, kids play park, arcade room) Evening entertainment is hit and miss depending on what age group you are travelling with and what everyone likes but generally we enjoyed most of the shows. Plus there is the choice of sitting inside or outside to watch as there are 2 different shows each evening, depending what takes your fancy. Room was spacious however the beds are right next to the front door. We didn't find this a problem (perhaps very lucky with quiet neighbours!) but I would say this may not be a great option for large families. We travelled as 2 adults (friends) and a child and unfortunately the 3rd bed was the sofa which isn't great when you have paid for 3 beds. I think the maximum any room has is 2 single beds, any extra person will be on the sofa- just something to bear in mind! The hotel itself is huge so plenty of space when there are lots of guests. Food options are good with plenty of choice. Breakfast is the same every morning but there is so much on offer it doesn't leave you limited of options. Choice of 3 different pools and lots of sun loungers (agree with other reviews that you need to get down early to secure a sunlounger) and there are umbrellas provided. There are lots of activities throughout the day from the animation team (water gym, water polo, archery etc) so plenty to keep kids entertained! All rooms have a balcony view which is lovely for watching the sun set. It is a very large hotel that caters for a high number of people so yes it can be busy (particularly in the holidays) and the restaurant is a little chaotic but overall it's the first holiday I have come home and felt like I had a actually had a break! My son, who is 6, thoroughly enjoyed himself and we have come back with some lovely memories (and tans!!)

Perhaps room size could be designed better as someone sleeping on a sofa for a week isn't ideal. More information provided on check-in- was handed a leaflet with hotel rules of what not to do but no useful information such as attractions in the area, transport links, hotel facilities (took us a while to find the spa), useful contact information etc.

Large clean bedrooms and plenty of sunbeds available . Free use of spa is plus . Good facilities for kids , ie nice play area , pools . Snack bar great and fantastic burgers . Also they have fresh to order bar ie tapas , Caesar salads etc . All inclusive drinks were okay , only tried beer , wine and G and T , so can’t comment on the rest . Girls around the pool bar were lovejy , smiling , singing and welcoming .

Some tired areas of the property ie cracked tiles around the pool areas and on the room balcony’s too. Some of the staff in the Buffet restaurant were quite rude and unaccomadating at times and the restaurant was chaotic . Sittings might be the way forward here . Overall I had a great stay and would definitely return .

The Spa is amazing. The palm trees and outside pools and jacuzzi are very nice.

The hotel is a bit dated. The food was not great, we had all inclusive and stayed for a week and found no variation. It is a buffet and at lunch you can go a la carte which was just stake and burgers. Not a fan

very tropical ish environment giving guests the sense of a proper summer holiday. the facilities were amazing, you have everything you need on site, and the spa was the perfect way to end a day in the sun.

the bar staff in the Palmera bar (the bigger outdoors bar) were not friendly/welcoming. stayed on the top floor. elevators were very slow getting there.

Everything was amazing, from the staff to the hotel facilities, spa was great but also 2 outdoor jaccuzi's to enjoy,if you are like me and prefer to be in the sun. Great place for children, with 2 little pools(one really shallow for babies),great playground, amazing mini golf and football court. I would go back at any minute to be fair

I liked Everything, Seriously cannot fault a thing with this hotel. Staff was so good. Maybe Don Miguel portions could be a bit bigger and a bit more flavour, special the steak on the stone(could do with garlic sauce or something)

The personnel was great, the entertainment was great, and the children's pool and kids club were great, We took all-inclusive so the food was excellent and I recommend it for families that want to have one good rest. Also, the centre is not so far away but if you have a child till five don't forget to take the buggy as the hot weather makes the children fast tired.

the night show is till late and sometimes the music is too loud till late at night and also the doors are not so good isolated so every single sound can be clearly heard!

Very good variety and quality of food. A corner with different themed food every time, e..g Chinese, sushi, grilled fish, etc. Freshly squeezed orange juice. Spacious and comfy rooms. Everything works and is easy to use. All inclusive of breakfast/lunch/dinner buffet, spa/wellness, outdoor pool, bar, gym. Quiet and no disturbance. Good lively location, on public transport routes, 15 minute walk from beach. Kind, friendly and supportive staff members. The garden looks very nice, there are tall palm trees, also adjustable deckchairs and shade umbrellas. Live singers in the evenings, and some entertainment performances on a small stage. Overall clean and tidy place, pleasant to the eye.

There are two single beds, which is great, but they are so close to each other that it feels more like one double bed. Couldn't get the safe lock to work (but didn't have much valuables anyways). I didn't get a chance to try the wifi because my phone was broken. The scrambled eggs were a bit bland. I don't drink coffee myself but the person I travelled with shared that the coffee could be better, as it was a bit watery.

We loved the property. We chose the Bull because of kid club reviews. The spa for the kids between 10-12 was excellent. And then for adults the rest of the day. Our room was fantastic and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. All the ice cream they could eat and fast service without huge queues for drinks etc. for a week away we thought it was great value for money.

The only two things that doesn’t give it a 10 is the food was good but it was all pro cooked so the veggies were soggy and the fresh food was a little lacking. I had hoped there would be more fresh salad. And the entertainment was mediocre. The karaoke type background music to the singers was tiring after a while.

Very very friendly and helpfull staff. Especially the girls at the pool bar Iris and her friend. You get the best possible treatment as a guest. Pools and animation are good. View from the room was nice. Room was very clean as well.

No or bad sound insulation so we could hear everything from the hall way and the room next door. One of the elevators was not working so the other were very crowded so sometimes we had to wait a long long time to get to the ground floor. Food varied from good to very bad. Lunch was not very varied and mostly not very good. Not enough parking spaces in the hotel parking so if you arrive late in the evening you might have to park out by the main road - it is free dough.
