The cleanliness was a major issue when we arrived, we had to ask for the room to actually be cleaned as it was not cleaned before we arrived. There was hairs and dirt everywhere and even crumbs still left in the bed. This seemed to be a cleaner who potentially was covering for the main lady. This was quickly sorted as they sent a cleaner out straight away after we raised this and it was throughly cleaned to a good standard. However, the cleaner who we had on everyday after this was absolutely amazing and did a great job even going above by putting our dishwasher on!

Good location, nice pool area. Well equipped villa. Very happy with stay, good size for 4 adults.

No on site reception so communication difficult. Servicing of the villa was basic,so not as clean as expected. The beds were not changed in 9 day stay, bins not emptied every day. No toilet roll or dish washer tablets provided and complimentary coffee pods were already used. No instructions on how to use hob or oven. Outside area lovely but only 2 sunbeds to share between 4 adults.

Beautiful little set of apartments. The pool is very relaxing, the wee garden you get is lovely. We were in Villa 3 and we couldn’t fault it. The cleaning staff in particular were so friendly and welcoming. If we come back to maspalomas we will stay here again for sure! The only area for improvement id say is that the pillows on the beds I couldn’t quite make work for me and also the beds were twin beds pushed together which meant I unfortunately kept falling through the gap! I suppose some of the furniture is showing some age and wear but nothing too much to worry about! All in all though a really exceptional stay and can’t recommend enough.

The property is situated very central to everything shops bars restaurants beach .The villa was very clean and everything you would need for a self-catering holiday the sun loungers and beds were excellent & comfortable too . For the price we paid for 2 nights stay we were very pleased with the accommodation , pool , and surroundings . We will definitely come back to this property and location . We visited a restaurant called El Gaucho, which is very authentic Spanish and also great food reasonably priced a 100yds from the villa .

The walls are very thin. You can hear guests showering television conversations, etc . The shower room could be improved drainage after showering very poor .... The toilet needs to be looked at and repaired, These problems could be improved for guests to make their stay even more pleasurable All the bad comments about this property are not all true .

Property was really nice and in a great location in the centre of Playa Del Ingles. Free on street parking outside the door. 5 minutes walk to the main commercial areas and 5 minutes walk to the sea front promenade.

Self check in so we didn’t see any staff during our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t great. It seemed to match the outside temperature but couldn’t get it any lower so it was really just like a fan. The showers were really good but unfortunately the drains couldn’t seem to handle the pressure and the volume of water so the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower. They might just need cleaning.

Where do I start, this place is Spectacular 10/10 , My Fiancé and I stayed here for 2 weeks in August/September and were absolutely blown away when we arrived to the Villa, The villa was not short of a thing, It provided everything you would need for a relaxing holiday, that includes, Kettle, Dulce Coffee Maker, Oven, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer , Washing machine/Dryer, Dishwasher, The list goes on, It was Immaculately Clean inside and outside, The private terrace was stunning, it provided 2 Comfy sun Loungers, a Table + Chairs and a Electric Awning which was great when you want to sit outside away from the sun, It was a lovely Touch. The beds are very comfortable, 2 TVs provided , one in the Living room Area and one in the bedroom which had Netflix, YouTube etc.. The Aircon was one of the best aircon systems I've every experienced. The Bathroom was spotless and spacious, The shower was out of this world with the pressure, Amazing. I would Love to say a massive thank you to the housekeeping lady Carmen, She is just the sweetest lady ever!!! She provided fresh clean towels and bedding everyday and went above and beyond at her job on our last day when we had an early check out and our flight wasn't until late that night, she was very very helpful in ensuring we were ok and comfortable before we left for our flights, And last but not least the POOL it was Lovely, Most days we had it to ourselves, it was so relaxing and peaceful, All I can say is, If your thinking of booking Silvi villas absolutely go for it!! you will not regret it Can't wait to come back

Location near the Kasbah let the location down as it’s rundown and horrible Pool towels poor and small need replacing and so do the towels in the bathroom small and worn out Also bath robes should be added to the property for the price and star rating

The kitchen was a little under equipped- a frying pan but no spatula/fish slice and there was limited space to put food.

Apartment was clean, kitchen has all the necessities , it was a very pleasant and welcoming stay. We arrived late in evening and the keys were organised for us and they answered any queries we had pretty fast. The location is brilliant too , you're close to everything without being bang on the main hustle and bustle streets.

Unfortunately, the apartment is not soundproofed .. so there was 3 nights where someone in the neighbouring apartments were having loud party and chatting until 3 a.m, but otherwise we had no complaints at all and really enjoyed our stay
