Wonderful, big hotel with nice terrace, swimming pool, shops and bars, near all the restaurants, bars and beach (everything is about 5-15 min walk) .The food was excellent and the staff very friendly and cheerful (especially the lady with glasses from the restaurant). We got a wonderful room with a nice balcony and view. Everything is very clean and tidy and there are really no complaints.

The bar staff could be a little friendlier and happier

Loved the dining area and the menus. My husband was delighted to have porridge for breakfast and I enjoyed the Muesli and fruit. As well as the omelettes and other options. Dinner was varied, well presented and very tasty. We loved all the salads and fish options. The roast meats were delicious also!

Location was fantastic, staff where lovely, the hotel itself was brilliant, no faults with room or house keeping. Food most nights was fantastic 8 out of 9 nights.

Pool was definitely not heated.

The location is really good, not too far from Playa del Ingles but also not in a rowdy area. Parking on-site was good. Very clean hotel. Lots of sunloungers. Comfortable beds. Staff was amazing (especially from the Wellness Area). Buffet was okay, lots of varieties. The evening program was also very diverse.

If you don’t book All-Inclusive (which isn’t all inclusive, by the way), you have to pay for every cup of water. It’s horrible that in that heatwave we had, you get restricted from a human right… they just want to make money with that. Even if you pay for All-Inclusive Plus there are still drinks you have to pay! Elevators were horrible, one wasn‘t working and there were times you had to wait for up to 10minutes until one came. Toilet flush was leaking, towel holder kept falling down.

This is a lovely hotel to stay for a holiday. Rooms were spacious and clean. We enjoyed a large comfy bed and pillows. There was a wide variety of tasty food available in the large dining room and a well stocked large bar/lounge area. And there is a large sun bed area with a lot of flexibility. We never failed to find a spot regardless of when we arrived. And the wellness area is a bit of a hidden gem offering jacuzzi sauna and steam room as well as being a well sheltered sun trap. Daniel, Marta and Elmer were fantastic at delivering the fun day time activities such as Archery, Darts, Shooting and French Bowls. Night time entertainment was very good too with a variety of different music and dance shows. There are bus stops right outside the door. This made travel to and from the airport via the 66 or 90 services very easy. And in taking the 32 on a day trip to beautiful Mogán or a variety of services to the lighthouse at Maspalomas from where you can walk back to the hotel along the shore. We can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a 10/15 minute walk down/uphill from the beach.

•The pool area was great with lots of space •very clean everywhere you go •the entertainment was great especially the guy that got everybody laughing and dancing •the balcony had lovely views of the pool/sea •the food changed every day for lunch/dinner •the cat area and all the cats and how the hotel takes care of them

•elevators very slow and 1 kept breaking down all the time •the snack area/bohio restaurant could be made nicer inside especially a la carte dining inside •would be nice to have some decor in the room and also balcony

It was our second stay in this hotel and We really felt welcome from the first day (We also received a welcome gift in the room). We got the room We were looking for, even better than that. The room was spacious, clean, tidy, with a wonderful view (I recommend rooms on higher floors), also the bed was very comfortable. Everyone was very kind, especially Nerea and the team from the restaurant. The food was very tasty, a lot of choices for dinner. The hotel is located in a nice place, I could say that it is the best location in PDI, close to all the good bars and restaurants, and there are also shops, a pharmacy and everything you need nearby. Most of all (as a cat lover) I liked the cat house in the hotel yard! Free parking is also a big plus. We recommend this hotel to both young (18+) and old people!

We have no complaints and looking forward to come back to this beautiful place.

The food was very good and varied, we had all inclusive and did not tire of the food. Restaurant staff friendly and very efficient. Evening entertainment was generally very good. The fitness classes taught by Sonia were excellent and professional. She taught yoga, palates, core, circuit and others. These classes made the holiday really special for my husband and myself. The spa area was very good, especially the sauna. Good quality equipment in the gym, it was ever too busy.

The pool was quoted on booking.com as being heated but it was too cold to swim in. All four hot tubs could be improved by being hotter, sometimes they were cold. Soundproofing in the room was poor. We had loud music coming from an adjoining balcony but reception delt with it promptly.

Very good location. Good facilities and value for money. Very good breakfast and lot of variety. Adults hotel So no kids around , not noise. Amazing view from my 7th floor room. Beach is 12-15 mins walk and Maspalomas centre and yumpo centre 15 mins. Overall really good experience.

One of the bad things in this hotel is that is huge and a lot of people. I stayed 6 days and not even one day I could find a sunbed by the pool. All the time of the day I tried. From early morning till late afternoon. People wake up very early and “reserve” beds with towels for whole families. So for my whole stay I haven’t been to the pool not even one day. Also during my stay one of the 2 lifts was broken for 3 days . That means queue for the one lift, sometimes even for 10 mins. Imagine staying on the 7th floor waiting for long to get in and the lift stops at every single floor to get people in.

Breakfast was offered in a buffet style and it was very wide choice of meals, fruits and vegies. We are vegetarians with my partner and we were not having a hard time to pick from different kinds of meals and foods so it was actually very good experience as for vegetarians it can be challenging. The coffee and juices from machine dispenser were of not the highest desirable quality, but then we discovered that there were actually fresh juices offered at disposal and that made it back up in the ranking.
