The layout

Some areas not very clean, toilet seats were stained. Night entertainment was poor could be improved

Good layout. The outdoors areas were really nicely put together with several areas of sunshine and shade during the day. Rooms were quite spacious. Excellent food for an all inclusive place! Really nice entertainment team

Everything was excellent. A Quite minor remark: no coffee or milk/ cream in the bedroom only tea and decaf.

The staff were excellent, very helpful, knowledgable and professional, it was a busy period but they were able to deal with everyone personally.

I am vegetarian, there were not meal labels on the food to enable me to choose meat/fish free meals. Waiter Pedro and his male colleague (whose name I didn't catch) were fantastic in quizzing the chef and making sure my meals adhered to my chosen diet.

The rooms were beautiful and super clean. Very good facilities and great location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was nice and there was a range of different food each night. Value for money was fantastic.

All inclusive was great. I enjoyed breakfast lunch dinner n all the cocktails was brilliant.

1. Beans wear cold for breakfast but that's easily fixed 2. In the Terence if u lean on wall it stained your clothes. Needs better paint.

Was very clean upon arrival Room exceeded expectations and had a lovely balcony view facing the direction of the sun. Lots of storage space.

Would like to have more than one pillow for the sofa bed. Shower flooded the bathroom floor.

Clean and spacious room with great facilities. Helpful and accommodating staff. Lovely pool area with quality sun beds.

The bed was a little bit firm for me and could have used a shelf in the bathroom to put my toiletries

I like behavior of the receptionist from the beginning and all of the employees were also very friendly and nice .....

Of my case the truth is that there was not something wrong if not O would sincerely say

I liked the breakfast. The orange juice was too sweet for me but I loved the variety of foods. The location was perfect.

The kitchen did not have microwaves. The housekeeper locked us in the balcony for 3 hrs by mistake.

We had a great stay. Staff were pleasant and very helpful, food was very tasty plenty of options. We would definitely come back in the future.
