Not the first time for us in this hotel so we can compare. We arrived at around 8pm which meant the check-in was not as nice as for the others who arrived earlier. Also, the room equipment (especially bathroom) is getting worse and could use some investments as in two years it degraded quite substantially. However, the rest is still as good as we remember. The breakfast and dinner are awesome and definitely worth having. There is a great selection of food and the service is very nice - the staff is helping it to be a very enjoyable experience. I feel a bit sorry for some of them as they have really plenty of work with little to no time for rest. Like the lady at the breakfast taking care of pancakes as well as doing eggs and omelets with a long queue of people ordering - she could use some help there. The same goes for dinner and staff having to cook/fry meat + serve other related bits. Similarly, cleaning service is great and the people doing it are very friendly and great at what they are doing. The location of the hotel is good as well. Very close to a few bus stop and in a decent distance from the city center and to the beach. If it wasn't for the decaying rooms I'd continue giving this 10/10, but unfortunately my first impression including the not so pleasant check-in experience was that I'll give it maybe 7/10 - but then the food and all the other staff made it for me so I feel compelled to be generous :).

Slightly unpleasant checking at late hours (8pm), quickly degrading state of the rooms (especially bathroom) which could use some investments, non functional safe (seems like batteries might have been flat).

Love the private rooftop area and the main pool and poolside are great to chill sunbathe and cool off. Fantastic breakfast choices. Dinner buffet nice but maybe a menu each night detailing what is on offer, for example what main meals and sides are available that particular night. That being said i was able to have a decent supper all 7 nights. Staff are a credit too. Comfy room on 8th floor with great views over the sea and dumes. Would love to return for 3rd visit but looks all fully booked for when i could go.

The breakfast was great. The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The beach and the bus stop were close. I definitely would choose the hotel again.

You had to ASK for some information (eg about pool towels, how to reach the parking place etc) that should have been provided when checking in. We didn't exactly enjoy the evening programme.

Lovely hotel very clean staff all very nice and helpful. The very young girl on reception amazing young lady so so nice. Buffet breakfast is fantastic

Cleaners knocking the door at 8:30 each morning. We asked about it and was told to hang the do not disturb on door each night and take it off when up for breakfast and they would call back. The woman cooking the eggs christ how they have her dealing with the public I don't know. Kettle in room but no tea bags coffee it's 2025 please put them in room.

The hotel is located just a few minutes from the beach and its surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The bus stop is also just around the corner. Besides that there is entertainment organised by the hotels’ animation team throughout the day and evening, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We spent our day chilling by the pool which is just the right temperature to cool down in the hot Canarian days and the comfortable sun beds really make it hard to do anything else. We even got a chance to have the rooftop jacuzzi for ourselves. We were very impressed by the food variety served at dinner, from sushi, to Mexican. Everything was delicious and the servers were very friendly. On the last day they even let us have breakfast earlier than scheduled by the hotel so we could catch our flight.

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent location. The breakfasts were amazing - so much choice of cooked food and the omelettes were delicious- freshly cooked to order. Plenty of fruit choices, smoothies and doughnuts - highly recommended 👌. Enough sunbeds by the pool although they are quite close together. Rooms were clean, plenty of wardrobe space and hangers, and a lovely balcony with sea and pool views. All the staff were very friendly and helpful- especially in the dining room.

The evening meals were a little hit and miss for us - lots of fish and pork choices which we're not keen on but other nights there was chicken and beef. We never went hungry. There was just 1 night where the chef was cooking chicken on the hotplate and we asked for the roast beef. He was still wearing the same gloves to slice the cooked beef that he had handled the raw chicken with. We didn't say anything as he was very busy but with hindsight that shouldn't be happening. Apart from that everything was fine.

Superb hotel. We will 100% be returning in the future. Came for a relaxing holiday thought we would tour and see other parts of Gran Canaria but it was so hard to leave the hotel. We were there the second week of October . There was entertainment shows / dancing or singing every night . Activities every day some days for the morning 10.30 to 12.30 other days have full day activities every hour ( mini golf, yoga, Pilates, aqua aerobics, darts, archery, dance class and others aswel) the two activity staff are fabulous (Henry and David) . Highly recommend this hotel . Great value massages available at poolside aswel. Very clean hotel, rooms cleaned daily. We requested sea view room and had a full view of playa del ingles. Thank you to all staff for making our experience so pleasant and memorable.

Loved everything. There is a huge spread for breakfast . I prefer continental and was content with breakfast every morning. My other half only has a full fry for breakfast and he wasn’t a fan of it. But that’s more personal choice. There was a huge array of food to choose from.

This was our third stay in the hotel and as always the personal was great, the breakfast and dinner was awesome with a large variety of thing to pick from and the hotel room was in a better shape than the one we've been in last year - when I said in a review it could use some minor investments already. That was likely just our luck but we really did enjoy the stay. There is a great bus connection and it is perfectly doable walking to the city center or to the beach which is also very close.

The double bed was extremely comfortable and you can sign into netflix. The room is a little small, but we were at the front of the hotel and overlooked the pool and a great view of the coast. The bathroom is nothing special, but is clean and only comes with soap and a soap dispenser attached the bathroom wall. Housekeeping were very good. You can hire pool towels, we also took these to the beach as well as around the pool, and you can switch them daily. The jacuzzi and sunbeds on the 9th floor are great, and the view is amazing overlooking the coast and sand dunes, a must for a photo. The 'spa' is only really a sauna by the pool and jacuzzi on 9th floor, but you can also pay for a massage by the pool if you want. Breakfast was very good with lots to choose from and staff were very efficient. We also used the car park for our hire car and this was free. The bar area is quite lively at night, but not loud enough to intrude on your evening if you prefer your room. The hotel also was largely adults with only a few children when we visited. There us a Spar opposite the hotel to get any food/drinks that you require.

The hotel only has two small lifts for all 9 floors, so often there is a queue, or you just start getting used to taking the stairs. You need to pay 10 euros for use of the safe.

We have stayed here twice now. It’s a nice hotel with good size rooms. The Breakfast and evening meals offer a wide a range of food which does vary each day. Staff are well trained and are very friendly.

The extra’s in the rooms are very limited. There is a kettle with cups but no tea/ coffee were supplied. An ironing board in the room would have been appreciated, however I did not ask to borrow one. There is a soap dispenser in the shower, I used this sometimes, but preferred using my own.
